This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed and objective overview of Aspens On the Creek, drawing upon the limited information available, including direct customer reviews, to help you assess its suitability for your needs. You can contact the park at (541) 772-5079 or +1 541-772-5079 for further inquiries.
When evaluating an RV or mobile home park, prospective residents typically consider several key aspects: the environment and atmosphere of the community, the services and amenities offered, the specific features of the park and individual lots, and any available promotional information. Let's examine what can be gleaned about Aspens On the Creek based on the provided reviews and general considerations for such communities.
Environment and Atmosphere:
One positive review describes Aspens On the Creek as a "beautiful quiet/peaceful neighborhood," highlighting its tranquil atmosphere. The reviewer also mentions "gorgeous floral garden arrangements during the spring," suggesting an aesthetically pleasing environment, at least during certain times of the year. This positive feedback indicates that for some residents, the park offers a serene and visually attractive living space, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a peaceful community.
However, another, more detailed review presents a contrasting perspective, particularly concerning the management's approach to property maintenance and modifications. This reviewer, who was considering purchasing a mobile home within the park (noted as a "senior park"), encountered issues with the condition of the lot associated with potential listings. Specifically, they observed "severely cracked and raised" driveways/patios on both sides of the mobile units. Upon inquiring about repairs, the park manager reportedly indicated that the responsibility for resolving the issue, allegedly caused by a neighboring tree, would fall on the mobile home owner, despite the problem being with the lot itself. This suggests a potential point of contention regarding the maintenance of common areas or lot infrastructure and the allocation of responsibility for repairs.
Furthermore, the same reviewer was informed that expanding storage, which they had seen elsewhere in the park, was "no longer allowed." This indicates a potential change in park rules or policies regarding property modifications. Additionally, they observed a "cover missing with exposed/corroded electrical outlets on the primary high current electrical service (on the lot/property NOT on the mobile)." This is a significant safety concern and raises questions about the park's overall maintenance and safety standards for the common infrastructure.
The contrasting views suggest that while Aspens On the Creek may offer a visually appealing and quiet environment for some, potential residents should be aware of potential issues related to lot maintenance responsibilities and restrictions on property modifications. The observation of exposed electrical outlets is particularly concerning from a safety standpoint.
Services and Amenities:
The provided information does not explicitly detail the services and amenities offered by Aspens On the Creek. However, typical services and amenities found in mobile home and RV parks, especially those catering to seniors, might include:
- Utility hookups for water, electricity, and sewer at each lot.
- Waste management services.
- Maintenance of common areas (roads, landscaping, etc.).
- Potentially a clubhouse or community center for social activities.
- Laundry facilities.
- Recreational facilities such as a pool, spa, or shuffleboard courts (common in senior parks).
- Possibly organized community events or activities.
The negative review's mention of cracked driveways/patios and exposed electrical outlets suggests potential issues with the maintenance of the park's infrastructure. The restriction on expanding storage also indicates a specific park policy that potential residents should be aware of. To obtain a comprehensive list of the services and amenities offered at Aspens On the Creek, it is crucial to contact the park management directly at the provided phone number.
Features:
Based on the reviews, one positive feature of Aspens On the Creek appears to be its "beautiful quiet/peaceful" atmosphere and attractive floral gardens in the spring. This could be a significant draw for individuals seeking a tranquil and visually pleasant living environment. The fact that it is mentioned as a "senior park" in one review suggests that it may cater specifically to the needs and preferences of older adults, potentially offering age-restricted living and related amenities.
However, the negative review highlights potential drawbacks that could be considered negative features for some. The policy of holding mobile home owners responsible for lot repairs seemingly caused by external factors (like neighboring trees), the restriction on storage expansion, and the presence of exposed electrical outlets are all factors that could deter potential residents. The "management attitude towards maintaining the property" perceived by the negative reviewer is also a significant consideration, as it can impact the overall living experience within the park.
The location in Medford, Oregon, could also be considered a feature. Medford is the county seat of Jackson County and offers a range of urban amenities, including shopping, dining, healthcare facilities, and cultural attractions, while also being situated in a region known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities.
Promotional Information:
The provided information does not include any specific promotional details for Aspens On the Creek. RV and mobile home parks sometimes offer incentives such as discounted rates for long-term stays, move-in specials, or referrals. To inquire about any current promotions or special offers at Aspens On the Creek, interested individuals should contact the park management directly.
Considerations for Local Users:
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home in a senior park in Medford, Oregon, Aspens On the Creek presents a mixed picture based on the limited available feedback. The park appears to offer a quiet and aesthetically pleasing environment, which is a significant positive. However, the concerns raised in the negative review regarding lot maintenance responsibilities, restrictions on property modifications, and potential safety issues with park infrastructure should be carefully considered.
Before making a decision, it is strongly recommended that potential residents:
- Contact Aspens On the Creek directly at (541) 772-5079 to inquire about current availability, lot fees, park rules and regulations, and a comprehensive list of services and amenities.
- Specifically ask about the policies regarding lot maintenance and repairs, including responsibility for issues caused by natural elements like trees.
- Inquire about any restrictions on property modifications, such as storage expansion.
- Ask about the safety and maintenance of the park's electrical infrastructure and other utilities.
- If possible, visit the park in person to assess the overall environment, the condition of the lots and common areas, and to speak with current residents (if feasible) to get a broader range of perspectives.
- Seek out additional reviews or information online from other sources to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the park's reputation and resident experiences.
The contrasting feedback highlights the importance of thorough due diligence when considering a move to any RV or mobile home park. While Aspens On the Creek may offer certain appealing aspects, potential residents should ensure that the park's policies and maintenance standards align with their expectations and needs. Direct communication with the management is crucial to address the concerns raised in the negative review and to obtain a complete and accurate understanding of what it is like to live at Aspens On the Creek.

Aspens On the Creek Reviews
Beautiful quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Especially gorgeous floral garden arrangements during the spring. 😊
Jun 17, 2018 · Just a Girl (Songbird Livewell)I am currently looking to purchase a mobile in a senior park and received 3 potential listings from my real-estate agent in this park. Upon touring the units I was very interested in making an offer on one of them, but had concerns about issues with the lot it was on so I spoke with the park manager. The driveway/patio on both sides of the mobile are severely cracked and raised so I inquired as to how they could be repaired. To my astonishment I was told the likely cause was a neighboring tree and would be the mobile owners responsibility to resolve (even though the problem is with the lot, NOT the mobile unit). Additionally, I asked about expanding the storage as I had seen throughout the park and was told this is no longer allowed. I also observed the cover missing with exposed/corroded electrical outlets on the primary high current electrical service (on the lot/property NOT on the mobile). I feel fortunate to have discover these things and the related management attitude towards maintaining the property before making my purchase decision and will certainly NOT be considering units for sale in this park.
Jul 27, 2024 · Art HarveyI have been lucky enough to of seen this park for over 50 yrs. My parents sold their large home in the70's and retired there. I love the fact that a family has always owned the property, and it gets passed down to generations. When I decided to sell my home, I also bought a home here. I have now been in the park for 19 yrs, and never regretted my choice. Management has always been approachable and kind. The residents who live here enjoy a very peaceful environment and the owners do their best to accommodate visitors, families and our various four legged tenants. I stay here because there are rules and I feel safe from many of the problems that other parks experience. I have never known management to discourage children visits. My 4 granddaughters spent weekends with me for 8 yrs and never a complaint. I supervised their visits, and they went nowhere without me. It is our responsibility to keep them in line. I have referred friends to this park over the years and I am grateful for their diligence in keeping the park secure.
