Auburn Vista Mobile Home Park Reviews
Good place to live - you can bring your trailer or RV and live here: pretty quiet and safe now, conditions have definitely improved from 3-4 years ago, Brett screens potential tenants better and it shows.
Dec 03, 2024 · Alex J. SmalMaybe one more than a year ago there was a couple trailers that were out of hand and the management wasn’t able to control what illegal activity’s where going on. But we’re kicked out eviction process that takes time and since covid 19 they thought they would never have to leave so maybe it was out of control for that time but that’s always a long process eviction. But after the two trailers that caused all the bulkshit were removed it’s all a really nice incitement to live in citrusheights ca auburn vista trailer park I can’t wait to move into a spot soon. And if u have bugs that’s ur problem all the trailer park has to make sure u hook your tube up to the plumbing and your cord to the electricity so if u have bugs it’s because ur dirty lol
