B and B RV park Introduce
For those navigating the open roads of North Carolina and seeking a comfortable, convenient stop, B and B RV Park in Roxboro offers a welcoming retreat. As a prominent listing within the "RV Parks Near Me" category, it provides essential services and a pleasant environment for both transient travelers and those looking for a longer-term stay in the heart of Person County.
B and B RV Park is situated at 5001 Boston Rd, Roxboro, NC 27574, USA. The park can be reached via phone at (336) 598-1144 or mobile at +1 336-598-1144. It is known for its peaceful atmosphere and friendly management, making it a viable option for those prioritizing tranquility and a sense of community during their RV adventures.
Environment and Setting:
The park is described as a "nice location near a cute little town," suggesting a blend of rural quietude with access to local amenities. Guests often highlight the quiet nature of the park, where "most people keep to themselves," which can be appealing for those seeking a restful and undisturbed experience. While currently undergoing some construction, with "new spots being made everyday," this indicates ongoing improvements and an evolving, modernizing facility. The overall impression is one of a developing park that is actively enhancing its offerings for guests.
Services and Amenities:
B and B RV Park aims to provide a comfortable experience with a range of key services for RVers. Each spot typically offers full sewer hook-up, a significant convenience for any RV traveler. Reviewers have specifically noted the "great water pressure" and the welcome addition of "soft water," which can make a noticeable difference in daily routines. Some sites also feature "paved patios," adding a touch of outdoor living space and cleanliness. While Wi-Fi is mentioned as "still a work in progress," indicating potential for slower speeds, particularly in the evenings, guests have found success using their own Starlink systems for connectivity.
One aspect that has received mixed feedback concerns the hot water availability in the communal showers. While the facilities are generally described as "clean," a common complaint revolves around the inconsistent hot water supply, particularly during peak usage hours. Some guests have found workarounds, such as showering very early in the morning to get about 15 minutes of hot water. This suggests that while showers are available, guests might want to consider their own RV's shower if hot water is a critical comfort feature for them, especially during colder months. The park also provides restrooms, which are noted to be clean.
For package deliveries, it's advised that guests consider having their packages held at the local post office, as there have been instances of packages going missing after delivery at the park. This is a practical tip to ensure mail and packages reach their intended recipients securely.
Features and Nearby Attractions:
Beyond the immediate confines of the RV park, its location in Roxboro offers access to several local features and attractions that enhance a stay. For those who enjoy maintaining a fitness routine, "a gym close by, the Bull Pen" has been utilized by guests during their stays, providing a convenient option for exercise. Additionally, the area boasts a "beautiful winery nearby which we highly suggested - Tunnel Creek Winery." This offers a local excursion for wine enthusiasts or those looking for a pleasant outing. Being near a "cute little town" means that guests can likely find local shops, restaurants, and other services in Roxboro to meet their needs.
Promotional Information and Hospitality:
The owner, Joe, has been highlighted in reviews for his exceptional hospitality, described as "very hospitable!" This personal touch contributes significantly to the positive experience of many guests. The park's continuous construction and creation of new spots indicate a commitment to improvement and expansion, suggesting a forward-thinking approach to accommodating more visitors and enhancing their stay. The park accommodates both short-term and long-term stays, making it versatile for different travel plans. Rates are offered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, providing flexibility for diverse guest needs.
In summary, B and B RV Park, listed under "RV Parks Near Me," presents itself as a quiet, hospitable, and developing RV destination in Roxboro, NC. It offers essential full hookup services, including good water pressure and soft water, and features like paved patios on some sites. While Wi-Fi might be a work in progress and hot water in communal showers can be limited, the friendly management and convenient access to local amenities like a gym and a winery make it a commendable choice for RV travelers seeking a relaxed and welcoming base in the North Carolina countryside.

B and B RV park Reviews
Our stay lasted a month. This is a nice location near a cute little town. It's a quiet park and most people keep to themselves. My only complaint is that you're not likely to get a hot shower. Due to being met with cold water each time we went to shower during the day, we opted to start showering at 3am when everyone else was asleep. Even then, we got only 15 mins of hot water. This might work out better in the middle of summer when the pipes aren't cold. That said, my impression is that the demands of the park are too high for the size of the hot water tank. We'll drop in again if we're in the area, but we'll ensure our own shower is working. Also, consider having your packages held at the post office. We had 2 go missing after delivery.
Jan 09, 2025 · Elle BWe are very grateful we stumbled across this RV park from a local recommendation. The owner Joe was very hospitable! The park is still under construction and new spots are being made everyday! The facilities are clean. Our spot had a paved patio, great water pressure ( soft water which was welcomed coming from TX), and full sewer hook-up.Wifi is still a work in progress, our Starlink worked but was slower in the evening. There was a gym close by, the Bull Pen which we used during our 3 weeks there. There was also a beautiful winery nearby which we highly suggested- Tunnel Creek Winery.
Oct 08, 2022 · SEREANA SCHARAPENKO-TAYLORFull time RV, moved from GA to NC. In our hunt for a long term campground, we lucked out with this place !! Brand new park, still adding spots as I type. Literally. They’re still working at 5:25pm and watched them work all weekend. Owners are brothers, Mr Joe and Mr Cal, and they couldn’t be nicer. So very helpful and accommodating. They actually answer the phone when you call !!! While trying to find somewhere to park Wanda from 1.5 states away, they MADE room for us, easing my stress considerably. This is a no frills campground(so far) but they do have a very nice bathhouse and laundry facility on site. Great long term rates. And bonus, I get the 1st review !!
Jul 03, 2022 · Christa JohnsonBeautiful RV Park, very convenient, got all the hook ups you need. close to so many shopping places like food lion, and Walmart, Golden Corral and Many more. Very affordable. The park Owner is so kind and understand, always checks that everything is okay. I'll recommend this place to anyone looking for an RV Park, short/ long stay all welcome here.
Feb 28, 2025 · MaryEverything is new. The showers and restrooms are clean, heated and have hot water. They were a godsend during the 8*f winter blast that came thru during Christmas. All sites have power, water and sewer. The park's free WiFi is decent, but better if you have a booster. Cell service availability depends on carrier. More geared to the long term visitor. Many guests are here for local construction, and are staying here instead of a motel, because the rates are very reasonable. Really quiet at night. Far enough away from town that light pollution doesn't bother your view of the night sky, either.Google needs to update their map of the park. The loop has been extended to add at least 30 sites since it was first added.*Update* The WiFi has been updated. It's still not perfect, but it covers most of the property, and is still being fine tuned.*Update* a dozen new sites are being set up for use before July.
