Bartlesville Mobile Home Park Introduce
While our platform primarily focuses on providing information about "RV parks near me," we also understand that local users may be interested in exploring various housing options within their community. In Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Bartlesville Mobile Home Park, situated at 4200 Nebraska St, offers a residential setting with manufactured homes. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park based on the limited available feedback, highlighting both potential opportunities and reported challenges to assist local users in making informed decisions.
Mobile home parks, unlike RV parks that typically cater to temporary stays for recreational vehicles, offer a more permanent living arrangement with individual lots for manufactured homes. These communities can be an option for those seeking affordable housing and a sense of neighborhood. Bartlesville Mobile Home Park appears to be such a community, as evidenced by the mention of a new mobile home for sale within the park.
Environment and Atmosphere (Based on Limited and Conflicting Information):
One piece of feedback mentions, "A new Mobil home for sale in our lovely community! Hurry, this stunning home will go fast!!" This statement suggests that there are aspects of the community that are perceived as "lovely" by at least some residents, and the availability of a new home indicates ongoing activity within the park. It could imply a sense of community and perhaps an effort to attract new residents with updated housing options.
However, a contrasting review expresses significant concerns about the current state of the park. This feedback states that a resident's best friend has experienced "more problems now than she ever had before." The reviewer suggests a need to "totally go in and redo the entire park and make it better for their ppl living there." This strong statement points towards potential issues with the park's infrastructure, maintenance, or overall condition. The mention of "new headaches" for long-term residents and a lack of responsiveness from management ("no one who will take their concerns to heart and fix the things they are telling them about!") paints a concerning picture of the current living environment and the handling of resident issues.
Given these conflicting perspectives, it is challenging to form a definitive picture of the environment and atmosphere at Bartlesville Mobile Home Park. While there may be aspects that some residents find appealing ("lovely community," new homes), there are also significant concerns raised about the park's condition and management responsiveness that could negatively impact the living experience for others.
Services and Features (Based on Absence of Information):
The limited available reviews do not provide specific details about the services and features offered at Bartlesville Mobile Home Park. Typically, mobile home parks provide essential infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups at each lot. They may also offer trash removal and potentially common areas for residents. However, there is no mention of these or any other amenities (e.g., laundry facilities, recreational areas, community center, on-site management office) in the provided feedback.
The lack of information about services and features makes it difficult to assess the overall value and convenience of living in Bartlesville Mobile Home Park. Prospective residents would need to inquire directly about what is included with lot rentals and what additional amenities, if any, are available within the community.
The negative review's suggestion to "redo the entire park" implies potential deficiencies in the existing infrastructure and a need for significant upgrades. This could encompass roads, utilities, and common areas.
Suitability for Potential Residents:
The suitability of Bartlesville Mobile Home Park for potential residents is difficult to determine based on the limited and conflicting information. The availability of a new mobile home for sale might be attractive to those seeking to purchase property within a community setting. However, the serious concerns raised about the park's condition and management responsiveness are significant red flags that prospective residents should carefully consider.
The negative review suggests that long-term residents may be facing unresolved issues, which could indicate a potentially challenging living environment for newcomers as well. The lack of trust in management and the perceived neglect of park maintenance could lead to frustration and dissatisfaction.
Before considering a move to Bartlesville Mobile Home Park, it would be prudent to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park, speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly engaging with the management to understand their approach to maintenance, addressing resident concerns, and the overall upkeep of the community.
Promotional Information:
One review mentions "A new Mobil home for sale in our lovely community! Hurry, this stunning home will go fast!!" This can be considered a promotional statement for the specific mobile home being offered. However, it does not provide any broader promotional information about the park itself, such as lot rental rates, move-in specials, or community-wide incentives.
To obtain information about lot availability, rental rates, the cost of the new mobile home, and any other promotional offers, it is necessary to contact Bartlesville Mobile Home Park directly using the provided phone numbers: (918) 212-6186 or +1 918-212-6186.
Why Consider Bartlesville Mobile Home Park (With Caution)?
Based on the limited information, potential reasons to consider Bartlesville Mobile Home Park might include:
- Availability of New Housing: The presence of a new mobile home for sale could be an opportunity for those looking to buy within a community.
- Perceived "Lovely Community" by Some: At least one resident refers to the community as lovely, suggesting positive aspects may exist.
However, significant concerns warrant caution:
- Reported Maintenance Issues: Suggestions that the park needs significant repairs and upgrades.
- Concerns About Management Responsiveness: Feedback indicating that resident concerns are not being adequately addressed.
- Potential for "New Headaches" for Residents: The negative review implies a decline in living conditions and management support.
- Lack of Information on Services and Features: Limited details about the amenities and services provided within the park.
Recommendation:
Given the stark contrast in the available feedback, prospective residents should approach Bartlesville Mobile Home Park with caution. While the availability of a new home for sale might be appealing, the serious concerns raised about the park's condition and management responsiveness cannot be ignored. It is strongly recommended to conduct a thorough site visit, speak directly with current residents to gain firsthand perspectives, and engage in detailed discussions with the park management regarding their maintenance plans, procedures for addressing resident concerns, and the overall upkeep of the community. Without a comprehensive understanding of these aspects, it would be difficult to make an informed decision about residing at Bartlesville Mobile Home Park. Contacting the park directly at (918) 212-6186 or +1 918-212-6186 is the essential first step in gathering the necessary information.

A new Mobil home for sale in our lovely community! Hurry, this stunning home will go fast!!
Feb 06, 2025 · Bonnie BirdMy best friend lives in that park and she has had more problems now than she ever had before. They need to totally go in and redo the entire park and make it better for their ppl living there. I feel sorry for the residents who have been there for years and now have to deal with all the new headaches with no one who will take their concerns to heart and fix the things they are telling them about!
Feb 26, 2025 · Jodie ReidThe park offers a quiet, well-maintained environment with friendly management. The park is clean, with spacious lots and good amenities. It’s a peaceful place to live.
Mar 18, 2025 · Maria SanchezLooking good. Community is coming along. Some people may not be happy with the changes but things are finally moving in the right direction. Thank you to new management!
Mar 18, 2025 · Nikki ParninDoesn't care about the residents already living there when they have an issue. Got rid of on-site management that actually cared about the people. Charging for water use when water lines are breaking and running up the water meters. Not having a on-site manager that actually does their job of answering calls or emails.
