Bavarian Village Mobile Park Introduce
While your search might be under the category of "RV parks near me," we want to provide information about Bavarian Village Mobile Park, a mobile home park located in Mt Angel, Oregon. It is important to understand that mobile home parks typically offer long-term residency for individuals who own their manufactured homes and lease the land within the community, rather than short-term RV stays. Based on recent and concerning online reviews, potential residents should be aware of very serious allegations regarding the behavior and management style within Bavarian Village Mobile Park.
Located at 830 N Main St UNIT 7, Mt Angel, OR 97362, USA, Bavarian Village Mobile Park can be contacted by phone at (503) 845-2586 or their mobile number, +1 503-845-2586. These contact details can be used to inquire about residency opportunities, current space rental rates, community rules, and any other information for prospective residents. However, in light of the strongly negative reviews, it is crucial for anyone considering this park to proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough personal investigation.
One particularly alarming review states that the reviewer would give the park zero stars if possible, describing the park manager as "rude and aggressive." This resident, who has reportedly lived in Bavarian Village for approximately eleven years, alleges that the manager singles out and harasses tenants he dislikes, particularly women. The reviewer recounts multiple instances of being accosted for "driving too fast" while idling through the park towards their own home, with the manager allegedly screaming eviction threats. This long-term resident expresses that they would have moved long ago if they did not own their home, and claims that management/the park owners have refused to make an offer on their property.
This review paints a picture of a hostile and intimidating environment created by the park manager, with accusations of aggressive behavior and unfair targeting of residents. The alleged threats of eviction, especially towards homeowners within the park, are particularly concerning and suggest a significant power imbalance and potential for abuse of authority.
Another review corroborates the negative assessment of the park manager. This reviewer acknowledges that "the park itself is well kept and the residents I've met are friendly," which suggests that the physical environment and the community of residents might be positive aspects. However, this positive note is overshadowed by the description of the park manager as "very controlling" and someone who "thinks he is the king of the park." The reviewer further alleges that the manager is "nosy" and inappropriately interferes in residents' personal affairs. Specific examples of this alleged behavior include "stalking people trying to catch them breaking 'rules'," running license plates of visitors, and even following people out of the park for no apparent reason.
The second review also recounts an instance where the manager reportedly called a tenant at 4 pm to inquire about who was in their house. This level of scrutiny and intrusion into residents' private lives is deeply concerning and suggests a severe lack of respect for their privacy and autonomy. The reviewer describes the manager as a "bully" who constantly threatens eviction, even towards homeowners, and alleges that he "even peeks in windows." The concluding statement of this review is stark and highly critical, with the reviewer stating they would "never live there" and expressing pity for current residents, suggesting their living situation is akin to being in jail.
The consistency and severity of the allegations in these two independent reviews paint a very troubling picture of the management environment at Bavarian Village Mobile Park. While the physical upkeep of the park and the friendliness of other residents are mentioned as positives by one reviewer, these aspects are significantly overshadowed by the serious concerns raised about the behavior and management style of the park manager.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might also be considering long-term residency in a mobile home park in the Mt Angel area, the information available about Bavarian Village Mobile Park warrants extreme caution. The allegations of rude, aggressive, controlling, and intrusive behavior by the park manager, including harassment, unwarranted surveillance, and threats of eviction, are significant and should not be taken lightly. Potential residents must consider the potential for a negative and stressful living environment based on these accounts.
Given the gravity of the issues raised, it is imperative for anyone contemplating residency at Bavarian Village Mobile Park to conduct very thorough and independent investigation. This should include contacting the park management directly to ask about their management policies, resident relations practices, and how they address concerns raised by residents. However, in light of the reviews, it would also be crucial to attempt to speak directly with current residents of the park to gain firsthand accounts of their experiences with the management and the overall living environment. Visiting the park in person to observe the atmosphere and any interactions with management, if possible, would also be a prudent step.
In conclusion, the online reviews for Bavarian Village Mobile Park in Mt Angel, Oregon, present deeply concerning allegations about the behavior and management style of the park manager, including rudeness, aggression, harassment, unwarranted surveillance, and threats of eviction. While one reviewer noted the park's upkeep and friendly residents as positives, these are overshadowed by the serious nature of the management issues reported. Local users seeking long-term housing in the Mt Angel area should be extremely cautious and are strongly advised to conduct extensive personal investigation and seek firsthand accounts from current residents before considering Bavarian Village Mobile Park as a place to live. The potential for a negative and stressful living environment, as described in the reviews, is a significant factor that must be carefully considered.

Bavarian Village Mobile Park Reviews
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The manager of the park is rude and aggressive. He singles out and harasses tenants that he doesn't like, especially if they're women. I've lived in Bavarian Village for about eleven years, and he has on multiple occasion stopped me while I was IDLING through the park toward my house for "driving to fast," literally screaming in my face about how he was going to have me evicted. If we didn't own our house, we would have moved a long time ago, but management/the owners of the park won't give us an offer on the house.

He is nosy and gets into residents businesses very inappropriately.. He stalks people trying to catch them breaking "rules" when a resident has company he runs the license plate..he even wenso far as to following w people out of the park to stalk them for NO REASONI've been there when he has called a tenant to ask who was in the house at 4 pm!!! He's a bully and threatens to eviction people all the time. These people own these homes. This mans a lunatic and makes life hard for lots of tenants. He even peeks in windows...I would never live there and I pray for those who do because they might as well be in jail.
