Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park Introduce
Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park is situated at 1103 27th St, San Leon, TX 77539, USA. While categorized under "RV parks near me," the limited information available online suggests a dual nature, potentially accommodating both recreational vehicles for shorter stays and offering long-term residency for mobile homes. This introduction aims to provide local users with an overview based on the inquiries made by potential customers online.
One of the initial points of contact for prospective visitors or residents is often a phone call. A recent inquiry to Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park revealed some uncertainty regarding the accommodation of specific types of campers. The reviewer stated, "Could not say whether they allow popup or hardwall campers on the property when called by phone. Spoke to a male representative. Wanted to have a representative call us back later. Stays considered by appointment." This interaction indicates that the park may have specific policies regarding the types of RVs they can accommodate, and it highlights the necessity of direct communication with the management to ascertain these details. The mention of stays being "considered by appointment" suggests a structured process for booking or securing a spot, whether for short-term RV stays or potentially for viewing mobile home lots for long-term residency.
Another online inquiry focuses on the financial and rental aspects of Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park. A potential customer asked, "Hello. Does anyone one how the rent is there and do they rent their own RVs n homes?" This question points to two key areas of interest for those considering Bayshore: the cost of lot rental for mobile homes or RV spaces, and whether the park itself offers RVs or mobile homes for rent. The inquiry about renting their "own RVs n homes" suggests that Bayshore might have units available for lease, providing an alternative to bringing one's own RV or purchasing a mobile home to place on a lot. However, without a direct response or further information, this remains a point of uncertainty.
Given the limited feedback, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive description of the environment, services, and features of Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park. San Leon, Texas, is a coastal community located on Galveston Bay. This suggests that the environment around the park might offer a relaxed, waterfront atmosphere with potential access to fishing, boating, and other coastal activities. The climate in this area is typically warm and humid.
As a combined RV and mobile home park, Bayshore might offer a range of amenities to cater to both short-term and long-term residents. For RVers, these could include utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer), restrooms, showers, and possibly laundry facilities. For mobile home residents, the focus would be on lot rentals with utility connections. It is unclear whether Bayshore offers additional amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, or recreational areas, as this information is not available in the provided text.
The fact that stays are "considered by appointment" implies a need for proactive communication with the management to understand the availability and booking procedures, regardless of whether one is interested in a short-term RV stay or a long-term mobile home lot. This requirement suggests that potential users cannot simply arrive without prior arrangement.
For local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park presents a dual option. It may serve as a place for short-term RV camping, but it also functions as a community for long-term mobile home residents. The specific policies regarding the types of RVs accommodated and the availability of rental units (RVs or mobile homes) are crucial pieces of information that can only be obtained by contacting the park directly.
To gain a clearer understanding of Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park, interested individuals should contact them directly at (832) 422-7368 or +1 832-422-7368. Inquiries should focus on:
- Whether popup and hardwall campers are permitted.
- The process for arranging a stay or visit (the "appointment" system).
- The current rent for RV spaces and mobile home lots.
- Whether the park rents out its own RVs or mobile homes.
- The amenities available for both RV and mobile home residents.
- The overall environment and community atmosphere of the park.
Without further information, it is impossible to comment on any specific features or promotional offers at Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park. The limited online inquiries suggest that potential customers are primarily seeking basic information about accommodation policies and rental options.
In conclusion, Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park in San Leon, TX, appears to be a dual-purpose facility catering to both RVers and mobile home residents. However, the limited online feedback indicates that direct communication with the management is essential to understand their policies on accommodating different types of RVs, the requirement for appointments, and the rental options available. Local users interested in either short-term RV stays or long-term mobile home residency should contact the park directly to obtain the necessary details.
Prospective visitors and residents should call (832) 422-7368 or +1 832-422-7368 to inquire about their specific needs and to understand the terms and conditions of staying at or residing in Bayshore RV & Mobile Home Park. Given the lack of detailed information online, a direct conversation with the management is the most reliable way to gather accurate and comprehensive details.
There is no promotional information available based on the provided data. Potential users should focus on obtaining essential details about accommodation, rental costs, and amenities through direct contact with the park management.

Aug 03, 2024 · Onedeep ChavarriaWhat a beautiful turn around in this park. This place is so cleaned up now from all the past riff raff it had. Very quiet place to live. All of the residents are clean, respectful and care about the place they live unlike residents from a few years ago.
Feb 08, 2023 · lynn serianiThey will not give your deposit back. They are poorly built. Rats are a problem as well as trash. Unprofessional management and rude. Lynn Serrioni is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. There is better places to stay. Don’t waste your time and definitely not your money here.
