Bedrock Country Squire Introduce
For local users in the Paisley, Florida area searching for "RV parks near me," Bedrock Country Squire, located at 100 Ivey Ln, Paisley, FL 32767, USA, presents itself as a potentially appealing option. Based on recent customer reviews, the park is noted for its cleanliness, upkeep, and various amenities, although some minor concerns regarding maintenance and community dynamics have also been mentioned. This introduction aims to provide a detailed and objective overview of Bedrock Country Squire based on the available feedback.
One of the recurring positive comments about Bedrock Country Squire is its improved state under newer ownership. A reviewer notes, "It's a better place now since the newer owners," indicating that recent management changes have likely had a positive impact on the park's overall quality. This suggests a commitment to maintaining and potentially enhancing the facilities and environment for residents and guests.
The park is praised for its physical attributes, with mentions of being "Clean, well kept," suggesting that the management prioritizes hygiene and the overall appearance of the grounds. This is a crucial factor for many RV travelers and long-term residents seeking a comfortable and pleasant living environment. Additionally, the presence of a "nice pool and lounge" indicates recreational amenities that can enhance the stay and provide opportunities for relaxation and socializing within the park community.
The staff at Bedrock Country Squire are also highlighted positively, with one reviewer stating that they are "excellent." Friendly and helpful staff can significantly contribute to a positive experience at any park, providing assistance, addressing concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and residents.
For added convenience, Bedrock Country Squire offers an "Laundry facility on site with restroom." Having these essential amenities available within the park is beneficial for both short-term and long-term stays, providing residents and travelers with easy access to laundry services and restroom facilities.
Importantly for those specifically searching for "RV parks near me," the review explicitly mentions that Bedrock Country Squire "Has RV spaces also." This confirms that the park caters to recreational vehicles, making it a relevant option for individuals traveling in RVs or considering long-term RV living in the Paisley area.
Another significant advantage of Bedrock Country Squire's location is its proximity to a convenient store. The review notes that "Right next door is a great little convenient store with gas and perty darn good hot foods." This adjacent amenity offers easy access to essential supplies, fuel, and quick meal options, adding to the overall convenience and appeal of the park for travelers and residents alike.
Parking appears to be ample at Bedrock Country Squire, with the reviewer mentioning "Plenty of parking." This is an important consideration for RV owners, as adequate space for their vehicles and any additional vehicles is necessary for a comfortable stay.
While the majority of the feedback is positive, one reviewer offers a more nuanced perspective, stating, "Not a bad place to live! Some people need to keep their noses out of others business." This comment hints at potential interpersonal dynamics or "drama" that can sometimes occur in close-knit community living environments, whether in RV parks or mobile home parks. The reviewer acknowledges that "it's as good as good can get in a park style of life," suggesting an acceptance of the inherent social complexities of such settings.
This same reviewer also raises a concern regarding maintenance, specifically mentioning that "Maintenance needs to start doing there jobs such as mowing the dog park and around the park." This indicates a potential area for improvement in the park's upkeep, particularly concerning the designated dog park and general landscaping. The implication is that while the park is generally clean and well-kept, certain areas may be receiving less attention from the maintenance team.
The reference to a "dog park" is noteworthy as it suggests that Bedrock Country Squire is likely a pet-friendly park, which is a significant draw for many RV travelers and long-term residents who travel with their animal companions. The need for maintenance in this area highlights the importance of providing well-maintained facilities for pets.
Considering the available information, Bedrock Country Squire appears to be a generally well-regarded park in Paisley, Florida, especially under its newer ownership. It offers cleanliness, essential amenities like laundry and restrooms, a nice pool and lounge area, and the convenience of an adjacent store with gas and hot food. It also accommodates RVs and is likely pet-friendly with a dog park. However, prospective visitors and residents should be aware that, like any community living situation, there may be some interpersonal dynamics to navigate, and there have been mentions of maintenance needing improvement in certain areas like the dog park and general groundskeeping.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. Local users interested in learning more about Bedrock Country Squire, including current rates for RV spaces, long-term residency options (if available), and any special offers, should contact the park directly using the provided phone number: (352) 669-4582 or +1 352-669-4582. The positive feedback regarding the newer ownership and staff suggests a potentially pleasant experience for RVers and long-term residents. However, prospective visitors should be mindful of the potential for community dynamics and the reported need for improvement in certain maintenance aspects. Overall, for those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Paisley area, Bedrock Country Squire is worth considering, with a direct inquiry recommended to gather the most up-to-date information and address any specific concerns.

Bedrock Country Squire Reviews
It's a better place now since the newer owners, but like any park, there's always drama with others. But it's as good as good can get in a park style of life. Clean, well kept, nice pool and lounge, staff are excellent. Laundry facility on site with restroom. Has RV spaces also. Right next door is a great little convenient store with gas and perty darn good hot foods. Plenty of parking.

Jun 13, 2021 · April ClarkI have emailed the owner about raising the rent as there is been nothing but trouble this past year. There has been no response. Was promised that the mortgage portal would be added to the payment portal and nothing for a year now. There is more that I do not want to discuss on here but I did email and call the owner of bedrock multiple times to no avail.
Jan 05, 2024 · harry farrishThe management changes like the wind. They keep raising lot rent, but don't do anything to keep the grounds kept. All residents are responsible for yards and cutting ir trimming trees. Not worth the money to live there...
Jun 26, 2022 · Yvonne CortezThis place has fairly large home sites, a pool and clubhouse as well as RV spaces. It is located near the library, elementary school, a gas station/mini mart, community center and playground. And last but not least, the Pirates Pub.Paisley is a lovely down home forest community with Southern heart.
