Sonora Trails Reviews
We are a vendor for Property Sonora Trails Mobile Home Park, and we have been thoroughly impressed by the remarkable growth and maintenance of the structures and cleanliness of the lots. It's evident that Haven Park and Manager Maria Avalos genuinely care about the community and its residents. Highly recommended!
Mar 28, 2024 · Sundance ofArizonaI am really enjoying the online options. I am not going to lie at the beginning I was extremely mad because they kept on pushing me to keep my space clean and they keep coming up with new things I needed to do with my lot new manager Maria Avalos I was definitely not happy about it and then I was explained that these rules and regulations are not new they have been in my lease agreement I went over it and yes they were there it was nothing new but once I got through it I realized that my home looks better looks clean my lot looks better looks clean and then I'm looking at my neighbors complain about the same things I was complaining about and I feel like a fool. Just because we were doing it for so long doesn't mean it was right changes are not always bad I just hope my neighbors understand that and clean their space, keep up with their home maintenance so all of our homes look better all of our community looks better these inspections that are being done every month are not so bad as long as we keep up with them and stop whining about it we're adults here we really don't have to be reminded of things that are our own responsibility. I used that laundry room everyday it does get cleaned I see her in there everyday I just would hope people would help her keep it clean by looking in the corner where the trash cans at and putting their trash inside the trash can not in the floor in front of the dryers. ( I see a couple of comments here and I've seen you at that laundry room throwing your trash in the floor shame on you ) and then complaining about it ....The only thing I'm not too comfortable about about is the NO Street Parking I understand I read the lease we're not supposed to do it I just can't help it I'm not happy about it. One more thing we finally got the new name on the front it was confusing for a while to tell your guest property name was Sonora Trails but the signed said Turf mobile. I definitely loved Jennifer the old manager but it was because she will let us do whatever we wanted there was no rules here. The state of the homes and the park itself reflects that. I would pay $50 for a lot violation and forget about it for the rest of the month that's how it was now that option is gone I have to clean I have to fix it I was not happy at the beginning.
Sep 06, 2024 · mario ramosMarie favorites certaint tendents passes out eviction notices for anything and please tell me why everybody had to take down there fences and not certain people why were people given eviction notices and threatened to be kicked out of our homes for fences and yet it’s been how many months since and certain people still have there gates still up I find it unfair
Apr 26, 2024 · Darrek WardThe place is run down, place smells like a giant cat litter box. The lady that manages it now not fond of her. I honestly think Jennifer did a better job and was better . This one now nit picks about everything. Honestly I think the park just needs to be shut down
Jun 27, 2023 · Paul ThompsonWell kept. Some areas need better disciplines. Children's toys need put away after use. Park has out of sight, out of mind. Entrance up to clubhouse is neat, but regresses as you go further in. Pool area looks nice.
