Central Park Village Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Phoenix, Arizona area? Central Park Village, located at 205 W Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85023, USA, presents itself as a mobile home park that may offer long-term residency options for recreational vehicles alongside traditional mobile homes. For those seeking a community environment with the potential for various amenities and services, Central Park Village could be a point of interest to investigate further.
Based on the available information, Central Park Village can be contacted at (888) 299-1526 or +1 888-299-1526. This contact information can be utilized to inquire about the park's current availability for RVs, the specific terms and conditions for RV stays, and the pricing structures in place. It is crucial for prospective residents to directly engage with the management to obtain the most up-to-date and accurate details regarding their specific needs.
When considering a long-term stay at an RV park, several factors typically come into play, including the environment, available services, and the overall features of the community. While direct descriptions of Central Park Village's environment are limited in the provided data, the Phoenix location suggests a desert climate with warm temperatures for a significant portion of the year. The surrounding area of West Bell Road in Phoenix likely offers access to various urban conveniences, such as shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services. Potential residents may want to explore the neighborhood to assess its suitability for their lifestyle.
In terms of services and features, the limited information available offers some insights, although it's important to note that these are based on customer reviews and may not represent the entirety of the park's offerings or current state. One review mentions that the park is "run-down in general with common maintenance items not being taken care of in a timely manner." This suggests that prospective residents should carefully evaluate the current condition of the park's infrastructure and common areas during a visit. Another point raised is that the "clubhouse is a relic of the '70's with non-functional kitchen." If a clubhouse and its amenities are important to your RV living experience, this feedback warrants further investigation to understand the current status and usability of these facilities.
It's also important to consider the social environment of any long-term living situation. One customer review expresses concerns about the social dynamics within the park, stating, "They gossip and are mean.. but they act nice to your face." This type of feedback highlights the subjective nature of community experiences and underscores the value of visiting the park and, if possible, speaking with current residents to gain a more nuanced understanding of the atmosphere.
Furthermore, a concerning review details an alleged incident involving pets, stating, "My across the street neighbors are shooting a air pistol at my cats... Jade my cat was shot in the eye... Then today the front of our trailer has a bunch of niches , and I looked down and there's all these green air pistol bullets...." This is a serious accusation and, while it represents one individual's experience, it should prompt potential residents to inquire about park rules and regulations regarding pet safety and neighborly conduct. It would be prudent to understand the park management's policies on such matters and how they ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and their pets.
Another significant aspect raised in the reviews pertains to the financial considerations of living in Central Park Village. One former resident who lived there for 2.5 years mentioned having to sell their "nearly-new home for half of what I should have gotten for it. This was primarily due to the rent crossing the $1000/mo. threshold." This suggests that rental costs may be a significant factor to consider, particularly for those on a fixed income. The reviewer also stated, "IMO, this is not a $1000/mo. park in any way, shape, or form," citing the general upkeep and condition of the park. For RV owners considering long-term stays, understanding the current rental rates for RV spaces and any associated fees is crucial for budgeting and financial planning. It would be wise to compare these costs with other "RV parks near me" to ensure Central Park Village offers competitive pricing relative to its amenities and overall condition.
The same reviewer also noted that Central Park Village is an "age-qualified park," implying that there may be age restrictions for residency. This is an important factor for potential residents to verify, as it could influence the suitability of the park based on their age and the demographic of the community. Age-qualified parks often cater to seniors and may offer specific amenities or a particular lifestyle that appeals to this demographic.
In conclusion, for individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in Phoenix, Arizona, Central Park Village at 205 W Bell Rd presents a potential option to explore. However, based on the available customer reviews, it is highly recommended that prospective residents conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions. This should include contacting the park management at (888) 299-1526 or +1 888-299-1526 to inquire about current RV availability, rental rates, park rules, and amenities. A physical visit to the property is strongly advised to assess the current environment, the condition of the facilities, and the overall atmosphere of the community. Engaging with current residents, if possible, can also provide valuable insights into the lived experience at Central Park Village. By taking these steps, potential residents can make an informed decision about whether Central Park Village aligns with their needs and expectations for long-term RV living in the Phoenix area.

Dec 21, 2024 · Ranee EsterlineLived here for 2 1/2 years, and had to sell my nearly-new home for half of what I should have gotten for it. This was primarily due to the rent crossing the $1000/mo. threshold. Being an age-qualified park, many residents have tight fixed incomes, and I believe the $1000/mo. represented a line in the sand that few are willing to cross. IMO, this is not a $1000/mo. park in any way, shape, or form. The park is run-down in general with common maintenance items not being taken care of in a timely manner, and the clubhouse is a relic of the '70's with non-functional kitchen. This is probably a decent park to rent in, but I would caution anyone to think twice before buying anything other than a
Oct 31, 2024 · Bill BladesDo not move here not only as management horrible but then they have people that are in charge of stuff. They’re even worse than her. I got thrown off our Facebook page because I disagree with some of the stuff going on here and I recommend that you stay as far away from this place as you possibly can.
