Aug 26, 2024 · Tawnya VegaNice park and people. Horrible management. Have to fight and complain to get anything fixed. Management, if you can call it that, could care less about the residents. No air conditioning in the clubhouse summer 2020. Pool is constant need of attention due to requiring a new filtration system. The management and this company DO NOT CARE about residents: asked for speed control, they keep ignoring requests. Pool and Spa on premises, that we pay for, is always in constant need of repair and unusable. We have ben told last two years "we are working on getting them fixed". Cracks and craters in the road, "we will fix these", has not happened. Front gates never work when it rains, they wont fix because its too expensive. Street lights within community, have been reported last 2 years ones that are not working, management does not help. Water meters were installed and for over a year we were told "these are only for monitoring, we will not be charging extra for water". that was a down right LIE, as now we will be paying for water starting Aug 2022. Don't come here to live. Residents are nice, that is the only good here. Company owners and management treat us like complete garbage.

Regional manager has no people skillsAnd walks right past you and won't even say. Never smiles.My friends I've met here are great. We watch out for each other. Their the best. Some well you know. I love my house but they keep raising our rent .With nothing in return. But other than that we love itWe have a great maintenance man willing to help anyone of us.
Apr 12, 2022 · Kathleen EvansSince the new owners took over, it has really become a slum. The infrastructure dates back to when the complex opened in the early 1970's. Water lines frequently break or leak causing pressure issues or repairs with no water for several hours. Then management throws the blame on the residents. When it rains the front gate is inoperable unless you have a remote at an additional cost of $50. The pool has been unusable more often than usable during past 2 years. The hot tub is a actually a warm tub with inoperable jets and sand in the bottom. The roads are riddled with cracks that up to 3" wide making navigation difficult for those using scooters and walkers. There is no onsite management. A so called manager drops by one a week, if we're lucky, for 3- 4 hrs. Their only concern is bilking more and more money out of the residents. The average lot rent in this area is about $499 per month. Comfort Property charges nearly $600 with an annual increase each November. They decided after tell us for months it will not happen, they we will have additional billing for water starting in August on top of the annual increase putting lot rents above the $600 mark. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
