Bonaventure Mobile Home Community caters to individuals and families seeking a long-term residential solution in a well-maintained environment. While categorized under "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that Bonaventure primarily functions as a mobile home community, offering spaces for manufactured homes rather than temporary RV stays. This distinction allows for a more stable and established neighborhood feel, which is often sought after by those looking for a place to settle down.
Based on available information, including firsthand accounts from residents, the environment at Bonaventure Mobile Home Community appears to be a subject of varied experiences. One resident highlights the friendly and quiet neighbors, along with prompt responses from the front office staff when assistance is needed. This suggests a sense of community and efficient management in addressing residents' concerns. The positive feedback regarding neighborly interactions contributes significantly to the overall quality of life within the park.
However, another review presents a contrasting perspective, citing issues with management's treatment of individuals with disabilities and concerns about property maintenance. Allegations include excessive notices for minor exterior upkeep while neglecting more significant issues like decaying animals and poor road conditions within the community. This feedback indicates potential inconsistencies in management practices and property upkeep that prospective residents should be aware of. It's crucial to consider these varying experiences when evaluating Bonaventure as a potential living option.
While specific services and features aren't detailed in the provided information, the mention of a front office implies that there is an on-site management team responsible for the community's operations and resident support. The positive review suggests that this office is responsive to resident needs, which is a significant aspect of a well-run mobile home park. Typically, such communities offer essential services like water, sewer, and trash disposal, often included in the monthly lot rent. It's advisable to directly contact the management at the provided phone numbers to inquire about the specific amenities and services offered at Bonaventure, such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community events.
Features of living in a mobile home community like Bonaventure often include the opportunity to personalize your living space by owning your home. This allows for a greater sense of ownership and the ability to make modifications (within community guidelines) to suit your preferences. The long-term nature of residency fosters a stronger sense of community compared to short-term RV parks, where residents are more transient. The location in Phoenix also provides access to a wide range of city amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and entertainment options.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given text. However, based on the general appeal of mobile home communities, Bonaventure likely emphasizes affordability compared to traditional housing options in the Phoenix area. In conclusion, Bonaventure Mobile Home Community presents itself as a long-term residential option within the "RV parks near me" category for those seeking a mobile home environment in Phoenix, Arizona. Bonaventure Mobile Home Community Reviews
I've been here for almost one year and I've had a great experience so far. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, and any time I've needed help, the front office staff has responded quickly. There have been times where they've asked me to fix some issues outside my house, but they always gave me a reasonable amount of time to fix the issues. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Sep 03, 2024 · Maddy StothersAbsolutely horrible! Upper management needs to see how the employees are treating people with disabilities. They send you notice after notice for things like weeds, painting your house, kids toys not put away right way, yet their property has decaying animals and horrible roads. On top of that people with disabilities and in need of a caregiver has to go threw the office first even if the medical provider does not live in the mobile home and can be proven. They denied my caregiver even though they do not sleep here and leaves daily.
Aug 03, 2021 · Aleesa Vanmetermy sons live there a great park except they had this neighbor who's dog.barks constantly and they met thier dog roam the streets. that was outrageous, my boys work hard ny middle son works graveyard as an armed guard and his room is right where that yapping dog. goes on and on.my boysbkeep thier yard nice and are quiet hard working men.really wish I hadn't been so disturbed by the blatant disregard these people had.hope management tightens up.
Jun 21, 2024 · Brigit “Bree” BridgesWhile the location is great, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, in my opinion, the office and maintenance staff leave a lot to be desired.I lived here for 6 years, and it was a constant flow of harassment from the office, as several other reviewers have mentioned. They will issue you a 14/30, which is a non-compliance of lease agreement notice that halts your ability to pay rent until the issue has been resolved, at the end of the month, so the time overlaps when rent is due to prevent you from paying on time.Sometimes, the notice is for weeds in the yard, but other times, it will be to paint the home, change interior window coverings, change landscaping, fix the feral cat issue, I mean anything they think they can get away with, management will try. I was issued multiple notices for having my trash can location "visible from the street" which was back by my AC unit, while my neighbor had a pad made of pavers directly up against the road that his lived on.And if you can't come into compliance within the 30 days, they can start the eviction process. And if you own your trailer, that means that you have to remove it from the park, which can cost well over $10,000. And if you can't have it moved, they'll sue you for abandonment and take your home to sell or make it into a rental. When we sold our place, they gave us a "move out" checklist to fulfill before the sale could take place. It contained all the aforementioned items and many more. We completed the list, made the sale, and got back our security deposit. We were then contacted by the buyers that they were issued a "move in" checklist of items that weren't completed by the seller. Again, this is after we have received our security deposit and sale money. The "move-in" list contained almost the exact same things from our "move out" list. That house was painted, and exterior wood stained 3 times in 18 months cause of their lists, which also count as 14/30 notices. So the buyers couldn't even move in until the list was finished, causing them to pay double rent for a month and to come out of pocket to paint the house again, etc. If they hadn't, they would have lost the family home they just bought before even getting to live in it.And if you read management's response to al these claims, it's because all these complaints are from people who don't want to pay their rent or live within the community guidelines. But it seems that management is often the ones who make it near impossible to do by design. There are even rumors that they have an "in" somewhere in the eviction courts based on the number of evictions they issue and how fast their cases seem to move through the process by comparison to other property management groups. And the roads are trash as well. They never brought in professionals to fix the issues, just had the regular park maintenance guys do it, often resulting in reoccurring issues that became worse with each "repair."As many others have mentioned, if you make any complaints about any of this, your harassment will be increased. I feel safe only after having not lived there for over a year to make these statements mostly because of the trauma of having to deal with what I feel was manipulative and coercive behavior on such a frequent basis.I'm choosing to end this here, but it's not all there is. I just don't have the time or energy.
Nov 18, 2023 · Ty WheelerManagement are completely beyond reasonable restrictions forcing the people who lives there and pay for the houses to live in totally fear based on threats by being kicked out of there. Don't go live over there.
