When considering a location for your RV within a senior living community, whether for a temporary stop or a more extended stay, it's essential to evaluate the environment, the services and features offered, and the overall community atmosphere, with a particular focus on the needs and safety of residents aged 50 and over. Paradise North Mobile Home Park is identified as an over 50s location, suggesting it is designed to cater to this demographic, potentially offering a quieter environment and amenities geared towards senior lifestyles.
The location of Paradise North Mobile Home Park in Phoenix, Arizona, places it within a major urban center, offering potential access to a wide range of city amenities, including healthcare facilities, shopping centers, and recreational activities suitable for seniors. The specific environment within the mobile home park itself, such as landscaping, lot sizes, and the upkeep of common areas, contributes to the living experience. The provided reviews offer contrasting insights into the community, highlighting both positive and deeply concerning aspects.
As a mobile home park catering to the over 50s, Paradise North likely provides essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage connections, which are fundamental for RV living. It might also offer amenities common in retirement communities, such as a clubhouse, communal spaces for activities, or potentially organized social events. However, the limited information available does not specify these additional features, and prospective residents would need to inquire directly.
To gain a more informed perspective on Paradise North Mobile Home Park, it is crucial to consider the experiences shared by its residents. The available customer reviews offer a stark contrast in their feedback, presenting both positive and alarming accounts.
One reviewer states, "This is an over 50 location. I have lived here for almost 2 years and enjoy it immensely." This positive testimonial suggests that for some residents, Paradise North offers a comfortable and enjoyable living environment within a community of their peers. This could be a significant draw for those seeking a senior-focused RV park.
However, another reviewer shares a deeply troubling experience following the passing of their father, who was a resident. Initially, they mention that the park was "Good when my father was alive, nice people." This indicates a potentially positive social environment during their father's residency. However, their tone shifts dramatically after their father's death. They recount that his place was robbed, allegedly by some of the local trailer park residents. While they choose not to share the specific details, the accusation of theft by fellow residents is extremely serious and raises significant concerns about the security and trustworthiness within the community.
The same reviewer further alleges that they had to call the police because two residents had locked themselves in their father's place with the backing of the manager, identified as Jeff. This is an extraordinary and disturbing claim, suggesting a severe breakdown in community norms and potentially inappropriate behavior by park management. The fact that this occurred within 27 days of their father's passing amplifies the distress and urgency of the reviewer's warning.
Based on these experiences, the reviewer strongly advises, "Do not let your parents or anyone you love live there," despite acknowledging that there are "Nice people." The concluding statement, "Nice people, be very very cautious," encapsulates the conflicting information—a potentially friendly community marred by serious security and management issues in at least one instance.
Considering these contrasting reviews, Paradise North Mobile Home Park presents a complex picture. While some residents may find it enjoyable, the serious allegations of theft and mishandling of a deceased resident's property by other residents, potentially with the involvement of management, are grave concerns. For those seeking "RV parks near me" within an over 50s community, these security and management issues must be carefully weighed against any potential benefits of the age-restricted environment.
When searching for a senior RV park, safety, security, and trustworthy management are paramount. The alarming account of criminal activity within the park and the alleged involvement or support of management in a highly distressing situation should prompt prospective residents to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This includes seeking additional reviews from other sources, if available, and attempting to speak with current residents about their experiences with security and management responsiveness.
Before making a decision, potential residents should contact the management of Paradise North Mobile Home Park directly to inquire about their security measures, their policies regarding the safety and security of residents' properties, and their procedures for handling disputes or criminal activity within the community. Asking specifically about the incident described in the negative review and seeking the management's perspective on the matter would also be a prudent step. Furthermore, inquiring about the amenities and social activities offered for the over 50s residents would help provide a more complete picture of the community.
In conclusion, Paradise North Mobile Home Park in Phoenix, Arizona, is an over 50s community that at least one resident finds enjoyable. However, the serious allegations of theft by residents and inappropriate management involvement in a post-death property issue raise significant red flags regarding the safety and security of the community. Those seeking "RV parks near me" for senior living should carefully consider this conflicting information and conduct extensive research and inquiries before considering Paradise North as a potential residence for themselves or their loved ones.

Aug 19, 2019 · Keri DuganBeautiful homes manufactured to last a life time. The traffic is very light and the community is very friendly. There are nice commodities such as tennis courts, pools and horse shoes by the social club house. The homes usually range anywhere from single wide to double wide commonly.
Jan 06, 2019 · JoshI've lived here almost 3 years and love this community. The manager and maintenance man are great and always available. The park is clean and the people are great! I've had no problems.
