**** Update*****NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!Moved here many years ago for the quality of life as it was a great park. Over the last number of years the owners have settled for sub par managers to run this park. The current managers are hands off to everything and are not approachable on any topic regarding this park. When I moved in the Managers were as visible as the assistant manager Dave. The current managers (Joe&Denise) have made changes to do less work. They have stopped giving rent printouts and are never in the office when you call to get rent. They want people to do it electronically. If they don’t do the work, why do we need an onsite manager? They find reasons to do less work at the expense of the park residents. They are very unfriendly, especially the short one that walks around with a cigar.and chip on his shoulder. They allow residents and non residents to do what they want here now.ie… overnight parking in front of coaches and their driveways/walkways. - Mike
