These contact numbers are the primary resource for obtaining current and detailed information about the park.
To provide a balanced and objective perspective on Bel Aire Mobile Estates, it is essential to consider the experiences shared by individuals who have lived in or interacted with the community. Online reviews offer insights into the lived realities within the park, although it's important to note that these represent individual experiences and may not be universally representative.
One detailed review expresses significant concerns regarding the management of Bel Aire Mobile Estates. The reviewer, a long-term resident, notes a decline in the quality of management over the years. Specific criticisms include the current managers being "hands off" and "not approachable." The reviewer contrasts this with previous managers who were described as "visible," "approachable," and "fair."
Several specific issues are raised in the review regarding the current management, identified as Joe and Denise. These include the cessation of providing rent printouts, infrequent presence in the office during stated hours (attributed to Denise's involvement in real estate and transporting children), and a perceived lack of enforcement of park rules, such as those concerning overnight parking. The reviewer also mentions one of the managers being unfriendly and unapproachable.
The review further suggests that these management practices have led to a decline in the overall quality of life within the park, with concerns raised about the pool and jacuzzi causing skin irritation, a problem not experienced previously. The reviewer also expresses a fear among residents of speaking up about these issues due to potential retribution or retaliation.
Despite these criticisms of the current management, the reviewer offers positive feedback about the assistant manager, Dave, and the park maintenance person, Juan, describing them as "very nice" and genuinely caring about the residents. This suggests that while there may be issues with the overall management, some staff members are well-regarded within the community.
Considering this feedback, prospective residents should be aware of the potential management-related challenges highlighted in the review. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about the current management practices, the enforcement of park rules, and the availability of amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi. It is also advisable to seek clarification on how rent and other communications are handled.
When considering Bel Aire Mobile Estates as a potential long-term residence, it is essential to gather information on various aspects of the park. This includes the availability of spaces or lots for mobile homes, the sizes and types of mobile homes permitted, the cost of lot rental, the fees associated with utilities (such as water, sewer, and electricity), and any other community charges or assessments. Understanding the full financial commitment is crucial for prospective residents.
Furthermore, it is important to inquire about the services and features offered within Bel Aire Mobile Estates. Standard amenities in mobile home parks often include utility hookups. Additional features might encompass on-site management, maintenance services, community areas, laundry facilities, and recreational amenities such as a pool and jacuzzi (though the review raises concerns about the latter). Clarifying the availability and condition of these amenities is advisable.
Understanding the community rules and regulations is also vital for prospective residents. These guidelines typically cover aspects such as landscaping requirements, pet policies, parking, noise levels, and other factors that contribute to the overall living environment within the park. It is particularly important to inquire about the enforcement of these rules, given the concerns raised in the review about overnight parking.
While specific promotional information is not available in the provided data, it is common for mobile home parks to occasionally offer incentives or special deals to attract new residents. Interested individuals should directly inquire with the management about any current promotions or upcoming offers that might be applicable to new residents bringing their own mobile homes or considering purchasing one within the community.
In conclusion, Bel Aire Mobile Estates in Yucaipa, CA, offers a mobile home living option in a potentially pleasant location. However, a detailed customer review raises significant concerns regarding the current management practices and their impact on the quality of life within the park. Prospective residents should carefully consider this feedback and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting the management at (909) 797-9085 or +1 909-797-9085 to obtain the most current information regarding availability, pricing, amenities, rules, and management. Visiting the park in person and, if possible, speaking with current residents (beyond the assistant manager and maintenance person mentioned positively) could provide valuable additional insights before making a decision about long-term living at Bel Aire Mobile Estates.

Bel Aire Mobile Estates Reviews
**** Update*****NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!Moved here many years ago for the quality of life as it was a great park. Over the last number of years the owners have settled for sub par managers to run this park. The current managers are hands off to everything and are not approachable on any topic regarding this park. When I moved in the Managers were as visible as the assistant manager Dave. The current managers (Joe&Denise) have made changes to do less work. They have stopped giving rent printouts and are never in the office when you call to get rent. They want people to do it electronically. If they don’t do the work, why do we need an onsite manager? They find reasons to do less work at the expense of the park residents. They are very unfriendly, especially the short one that walks around with a cigar.and chip on his shoulder. They allow residents and non residents to do what they want here now.ie… overnight parking in front of coaches and their driveways/walkways.
Apr 07, 2025 · MikeI have lived here for quite a while and have seen the demise with the quality of management. The managers when I moved in were strict, but approachable and fair. The current managers are petty and not approachable at all. That is if you even see them! The original managers you saw all the time as they drove around the park often like the assistant manager Dave. The assistant manager has two bad knees and works three times as hard and does a great job!The current managers have made cuts that allow them to work less and less. They are never in the office during office hours as Denise is a real estate agent that also transports kids to school in Hemet. The other manager walks around with a cigar and a chip on his shoulder. He isn't approachable either as he is mister know it all. They do not enforce overnight parking and allow new residents to do as they want (violation of park rules). I no longer swim or use the pool and jacuzzi as my skin breaks out now (didn't use too). I am not sure if the owners are aware of this behavior as residents are afraid of retribution or retaliation if they speak up.The latest change Joe and Denise made was to not provide park residents with their itemized printout of the rent bill prior to payment. They want everyone to receive everything electronically.I think the owners should reach out to their residents to find out what is going on and support the residents as we live here.I would like to give a shout out to Dave the assistant manager and Juan the park maintenance guy as they both are very nice and truly care about the residents that live here...
Sep 10, 2023 · David DennisThis place is going down hill. Current managers are not visible at all. When they are they are unfriendly. They stopped giving rent receipts and make it a headache to get your rent amount as they are never in the office and don’t answer the phone. Since Dave has gone out on surgery, nobody is patrolling the park like Dave did. When can we use the clubhouse? There is even an ice cream truck in the park now.. What is going on here? People can park in front of coaches over night and block other people places. When spoke to managers they say it’s not their job.
Oct 26, 2023 · MindyI've lived here for about 17 years now. It was always enjoyable until the recent managers were placed here. I don't know where these people came from, but they've completely ruined the community. You can't even stand out front and water your plants without them taking the opportunity to nag at you if they happen to be walking their dogs past you. They're completely unapproachable and verbally abusive. They truly speak in a manner to make it seem as if they're above you. I'm really curious why these parasites have been placed here to ruin the peace of the residents who have been here for decades. And also, what are their qualifications? The guy is the embodiment of Little-Man syndrome who has the temper and social skills of a 5 year old who just got his toy taken away, so what gives? They never even introduced themselves. Just showed up one day and decided to start harassing whoever questions their ridiculousness. I'm glad we've still got Dave. The man understands his position but remains humble and friendly.
Sep 23, 2023 · Ky MdI Love Living Here !! The Mangement is Strict But we have a Beautiful Park. Our Pool Area is one of cleanest I've ever Seen. We have access to a rec room. I've lived here 11 yrs and I wouldn't want to live in any other park in the area. I feel safe and the crime rate here is as close to 0 as it gets .Thanks Gwen and John for all the hard work you do keeping our park a clean safe place to live!
