Bella Vista RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in Bella Vista, Arkansas, that combine natural beauty with convenient access to local amenities? Bella Vista RV Park, located at 700 Blowing Spring Rd, Bella Vista, AR 72714, USA, appears to be a wonderful option, particularly for families and outdoor enthusiasts seeking both short and potentially longer-term stays. Based on the available customer reviews, the park boasts a rich natural environment, access to recreational activities, and a convenient location near essential services.
The environment surrounding Bella Vista RV Park is highly praised for its natural appeal. One reviewer, who experienced temporary full-time RV living with three children, emphasized the "plenty of nature to satisfy" within the park. A significant highlight is the close proximity to a "little ankle-deep creek" featuring cold, clear water. This natural water feature provides a refreshing escape, especially on hot days, and offers opportunities for children to engage in activities like catching crawdads. The presence of this accessible creek adds a unique and family-friendly dimension to the park's environment.
Further exploration within the park reveals the renowned Blowing Spring, situated about half a mile from the RV sites. This natural spring is described as having a cooling effect on the entire area, akin to "an air conditioner blowing." The Blowing Spring area is also equipped with a "very nice bathroom," suggesting well-maintained facilities for park guests. Additionally, the area around Blowing Spring offers access to "hiking and biking trails," catering to those who enjoy outdoor recreation and exploration of the natural surroundings.
Adding to the unique appeal of the location, one reviewer mentioned "orchestra concerts about twice a month" in the vicinity of Blowing Spring. This unexpected cultural offering further enhances the environment and provides opportunities for guests to enjoy local arts and entertainment without having to travel far from the park. This suggests a vibrant local community and a diverse range of experiences available to visitors.
Bella Vista RV Park is described as "very family friendly." While it does not have an on-site playground, it compensates with a "bike park" and paved bike trails leading to another playground approximately a mile away. This encourages outdoor activity and provides safe spaces for children to play and ride their bikes. The emphasis on biking trails aligns with the general appeal of the Bella Vista area for cycling enthusiasts.
For those looking to cool off during the warmer months, the park is conveniently located within two miles of "great swimming areas" that are reportedly no more than waist deep, making them safe and enjoyable for families. The proximity to these swimming spots adds another layer of recreational value to staying at Bella Vista RV Park.
In terms of local convenience, one reviewer noted that while traffic in the area could be "usually thick," there is excellent access to essential amenities "without having to get on the main roads!" This includes a "great grocery store, restaurants, and gas station," making it easy for guests to stock up on supplies, dine out, or refuel without navigating heavy traffic. This balance of a natural, somewhat secluded environment with easy access to necessities is a significant advantage.
One potential drawback mentioned in another review is that "the sites are a bit tight." This is a practical consideration for RV owners, particularly those with larger rigs, as it might affect maneuverability and the feeling of spaciousness at their site. It would be advisable for potential guests to inquire about site sizes and layouts when making a reservation to ensure their RV can be comfortably accommodated.
The same reviewer also pointed out an issue with site cleanliness upon arrival, noting that their fire pit contained "egg shells and coffee creamer containers." This suggests that while the overall park experience can be lovely, there may be inconsistencies in the thoroughness of site maintenance between guests. It highlights the importance of the park staff ensuring that sites are clean and ready for new arrivals.
One of the most significant pieces of promotional information available is the weekly rate mentioned by one reviewer: "$240/week." This provides a concrete indication of the potential cost for staying at Bella Vista RV Park and suggests that it may offer competitive rates for weekly stays, particularly for families or those seeking an extended visit. It would be prudent to inquire about daily, weekly, and monthly rates, as well as any potential discounts or special offers, when contacting the park.

Bella Vista RV Park Reviews
Can't say enough good things about this park! It's been wonderful. Temporary full time rv living with 3 kids and this place has plenty of nature to satisfy. There's a little ankle deep creek very close that is cold clear water! The kids caught countless crawdads and was always able to cool of on the hot days. A half mile further into the park is the blowing spring which feels like an air conditioner blowing on the whole area with the little creek and a very nice bathroom, hiking and biking trails, orchestra concerts about twice a month... This place has been very family friendly. It does not have a playground but it does have a bike park and paved bike trails to another playground about a mile away. There's great swimming areas, no more than waist deep, within 2 miles of the park. Traffic was usually thick but there's a great grocery store, restaurants, and gas station without having to get on the main roads! We have absolutely loved it here. $240/week
Aug 24, 2021 · Jessica HammThis is a lovely place to stay, although the sites are a bit tight. If you are a bicyclist or hiker, there are lots to see and do. It's an oasis close enough to Bentonville to have easy access. The staff should check sites after a camper leaves. Our fire pit had egg shells and coffee creamer containers in it when we arrived.
May 07, 2023 · Casey DawesFirst it's a parking lot so it surprises me that I am writing a 5 star review. Starting from the gate, this place impressed. The staff knows their stuff and they were helpful. The closeness to the mountain bike trails can't be beat. The park is clean and well kept all the way around but the deal maker was the laundry / shower building. The shower was awesome and appreciated!!
May 08, 2021 · Daniel RandolphI stay here every Christmas to be near family. The showers and restrooms are clean and well maintained. I've seen prettier Parks but bring your bike there's miles and miles and miles of adjacent bike trails. That makes up for what the park is lacking in my book. Plenty of oversized parking. My truck is and trailer is over 65 P can I have no problem and don't have to unhook
Dec 24, 2017 · Debra RacheterWhile the RV spaces aren't very remarkable- this isn't why you come to this park. From what I could tell, this area teams with Mountain Bike trails, go out and enjoy nature. There is laundry on site, and the first Rv Park that had recycling bins available in almost 1900 miles since we left home.It was close to the things we wanted to do in the area. Seems like it's a popular RV Park
