Birches Creek Village - RV Park Reviews
A great place to stay whether for a weekend, week, month, or live full-time. This is a small, cozy, Tiny Home/RV Village. Owned by Cindy and Jay Thompson, who are the nicest people to deal with, and Jay builds all the tiny homes, by himself, custom made! After almost 4 years living on the road, I've decided to make E Texas my home base and live full-time here at Birches Creek Village. This place is a real hidden gem. Nestled out in the country between Bullard & Jacksonville, off Hwy 135, it's in close proximity to stores & restaurants, but far enough out in the country for solitude, peace & quiet. And... because it's not a huge park, there are a limited amount of spaces, and it has a charm unlike other RV Parks!

Apr 07, 2025 · Doc M BrownCindy and Jay are wonderful people. Very friendly and helpful. They have a nice, quiet park that you'll enjoy!
Dec 14, 2024 · Joee RosentrittWe spent 5 nights at this park. It is new and the owners are most accommodating. We had an issue that required our absence for 2 days and 1 night. We were fully confident that our rig was secure. We will return as we have relatives in the area. I have stayed in other parks in the area and will definitely return to this park. It is all gravel but well maintained and level. Only caution I have is to be sure you use a water pressure regulator as the pressure was on the verge of being dangerously high for RV's. Over all, very nice little park. You will be well taken care of.
May 05, 2023 · Olen AkinsThis place looks amazing. They are putting in a lot of time and effort to really make this a place to come and relax for a weekend getaway or park and stay awhile. They are also custom building Tiny homes in their shop. Its definitly worth a look. They are going to add more amenities soon, just be patient and check it out.
