Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 2621 Sweetwater Rd in National City, California, Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park is a residential community offering mobile home living in the South Bay region of San Diego County. For individuals exploring "RV parks near me" with the potential for a more permanent setting or those specifically considering a mobile home park in this area, it is crucial to consider all available information regarding the community, including feedback from current and former residents.
The limited reviews available for Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park paint a concerning picture regarding the management practices and the overall upkeep of the property. One reviewer expresses strong caution for those considering buying or renting within the park, alleging that "the owner has favorites." This suggests potential issues with fairness and equal treatment among residents, which can significantly impact the community environment and the sense of security for tenants.
A particularly alarming accusation made in the review involves the issuance of eviction notices. The reviewer claims that the management provides "no verbal warning and immediately give a 7to 10 day notice to fix or quit," implying a rapid and potentially harsh approach to addressing alleged violations of park rules or lease agreements. The reviewer specifically highlights the vulnerability of elderly residents, stating that this practice could lead to the eviction of "your elder parent out of the 20 plus home." This raises serious ethical concerns about the treatment of long-term residents and the potential for undue hardship, especially for those who may require additional time or assistance to address any issues.
The reviewer goes on to describe the situation as "very bad" and "abuse happening there," particularly emphasizing the difficulties faced by out-of-state individuals attempting to protect their elderly parents residing in the park. These are severe allegations that potential residents should carefully consider and investigate further if contemplating a move to Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park.
Another review corroborates concerns about the park's maintenance and management. This reviewer states that while the park "was really nice in the past," the current condition is significantly worse, with "the roads are a mess and the park won't do any work on them." The alleged reason provided by the management for the lack of road repairs is "we don't have the money to repave streets." This suggests a potential neglect of essential infrastructure within the park, which can impact the quality of life and safety of residents.
The second reviewer further claims that the park management "basically don't want to do any repairs or fix anything that needs work," expressing "very disappointed in the park management." This indicates a broader issue with the upkeep and maintenance of the community beyond just the roads. A lack of responsiveness to necessary repairs can lead to a deteriorating environment and dissatisfaction among residents.
Adding to the concerns about the cost of living in Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park, the second reviewer mentions that "Space rent up 5% a yr." This consistent annual increase in space rent, coupled with the alleged lack of maintenance and repairs, could lead to a situation where residents feel they are not receiving adequate value for their money. Such rent increases can also place a financial burden on residents, particularly those on fixed incomes.
Considering the perspective of individuals searching for "RV parks near me," Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park, as a mobile home park, may not directly cater to short-term RV stays. However, those considering a transition to a more permanent mobile home living situation might still come across this community in their search. The information from the reviews suggests that while the location in National City might be convenient, potential residents should be aware of the reported issues with management practices and park maintenance before making any decisions.
The allegations of unfair treatment, rapid eviction notices, neglect of infrastructure, and consistent rent increases paint a negative picture of the current living conditions and management of Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park. These are serious concerns that could significantly impact the well-being and financial stability of residents.

Given the serious nature of the concerns raised in the limited reviews, prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park as a potential living option. This should include, at a minimum, visiting the park in person to assess the condition of the roads and overall infrastructure, attempting to speak with multiple current residents to gain a broader perspective on the management and living environment, and inquiring with local authorities or tenant rights organizations about any reported issues or complaints regarding the park.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park in National City, CA, raises significant concerns about the management practices, the upkeep of the property, and the treatment of residents. The allegations of unfair eviction practices, neglect of maintenance, and consistent rent increases should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating living in this community. While the location in National City might offer certain conveniences, the reported negative aspects appear to outweigh any potential benefits based on the limited feedback available. Thorough investigation and direct interaction with current residents and local resources are strongly recommended before making any decisions regarding Bonita Vista Mobile Home Park.

Be careful buying buying or renting in here the owner has favorites. They give no verbal warning and immediately give a 7to 10 day notice to fix or quit meaning they will kick your elder parent out of the 20 plus home. It is very bad expecially if you live out of state and cannot protect your 75 plus parents It is abuse happening there.

Apr 12, 2022 · Sandy SandeckiThe manager here harrases the residents for anything! She also is known for giving everyone warnings for about everything she can think of. She is known for also taking pictures of your home and also traspassing without permission. She sends warnings and she writes on them that we are not aloud to go to her office to speak to her regarding the warnings. She hangs up on people when ever she knows she is in the wrong. She has had many arguments with residents here. She is a very miserable person I dont know why the owner still has her as a manager. She does what ever she pleases parks her car by the park were I am sure that if someone else wouldve done that she would of had a problem. She also stalks your home when everyone is sleeping I always see her car going around slowly stalking our homes early in the morning. She is very disrespectful and is not a professional what so ever. Everyone here wants her gone ASAP! She makes living here a living hell.
