Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk Introduce
Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk, located at 3131 Valley Rd in National City, California, is a residential mobile home park that may be of interest to local users seeking long-term housing solutions. While not traditionally an "RV park near me," individuals with recreational vehicles looking for an extended stay in the National City area might consider inquiring about the park's policies on RV accommodation, although its primary focus appears to be on permanent or semi-permanent mobile home residency.
One customer review provides a stark warning regarding the living conditions and management practices at Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk. This review strongly advises against allowing loved ones to reside there, citing deeply concerning allegations related to the care of a former resident. According to the review, the park manager, Orelia, allegedly acknowledged that the reviewer's grandfather exhibited "obvious signs of neglect" for months, including coming to pay rent in soiled clothing. The reviewer claims that despite these observations, the manager did not report these concerns to Adult Protective Services. This raises serious questions about the oversight and well-being of vulnerable residents within the park.
Further allegations in the same review detail a disturbing situation following the grandfather's passing. The reviewer states that the park allegedly allowed "2 drug addicts to squat" in the deceased's home but prevented the reviewer from retrieving personal belongings, including pictures and keepsakes. A promised call from the manager, Orelia, to supervise the retrieval of these items after police removal of the squatters reportedly never occurred. The reviewer claims that the mobile home was demolished with all personal belongings still inside, and no notification was given prior to the demolition, despite a prior agreement.
When the reviewer contacted Orelia to obtain the property owner's contact information, the interaction reportedly turned aggressive and rude, with the manager allegedly telling the reviewer not to involve her in any "mess," to "get a lawyer," and then hanging up. This account paints a highly unfavorable picture of the park's management and their handling of sensitive situations, particularly those involving deceased residents and their families. The reviewer concludes with a strong condemnation, advising others not to waste their money on a place that allegedly failed their grandfather.
In contrast, another review offers a more positive, albeit economically contextualized, perspective. This reviewer describes Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk as "a very nice Mobile Home Park" with a mix of "lovely homes," including some newer and higher quality alongside older ones. This suggests that the physical environment of the park may be appealing to some, with a variety of housing options available. However, this positive assessment is immediately tempered by the economic realities of the San Diego area. The reviewer notes that housing in the region is "rather pricey," with costs generally decreasing further away from the city. Even in nearby Chula Vista, a "nice park" could cost upwards of $700 per month, and in San Diego, that figure could be closer to $1,000. This places Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk in the context of the broader San Diego housing market, suggesting that its pricing may be competitive within the local landscape, although specific rates are not provided.
Considering these contrasting reviews, potential local users should approach Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk with significant caution. While the park may offer some aesthetically pleasing homes and potentially competitive pricing for the San Diego area, the serious allegations of neglect, mismanagement, and disrespect towards grieving family members raised in the first review cannot be ignored. These allegations suggest potential systemic issues within the park's management that could impact the safety, security, and overall well-being of residents.
For individuals specifically searching within the "RV parks near me" category, it is unclear from the provided information whether Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk accommodates RVs. Mobile home parks typically cater to long-term residents in manufactured homes and may not have the infrastructure or zoning to support RVs for extended stays. Those interested in bringing an RV to this location should contact the park directly to inquire about their policies and available amenities for recreational vehicles.
Regarding services and features, the reviews offer limited information. The second review mentions "lovely homes," implying that the park provides individual lots with utility hookups for the mobile homes. However, details about communal amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or security measures are not provided. Potential residents would need to inquire directly about the specific services and features offered at Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk.
Similarly, no promotional information is included in the provided data. To learn about any current incentives or special offers, interested parties should contact the park directly via phone at (619) 475-1800 or +1 619-475-1800. This would also be an opportunity to ask specific questions about the park's management practices and how they address resident concerns.
In conclusion, Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk in National City, CA, presents a complex picture based on the limited available reviews. While it may offer some attractive housing options within the context of the San Diego area's pricing, serious allegations of neglect and mismanagement raise significant red flags. Local users, especially those considering this park for loved ones, should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the park management, before making any decisions. For those specifically seeking "RV parks near me," it is essential to verify whether Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk accommodates RVs and offers the necessary amenities for recreational vehicles. The stark warning provided by one reviewer warrants careful consideration and further investigation into the park's operational practices and resident care.

Bonita Paradise Mobile Home Pk Reviews
‼️ DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES LIVE HERE ‼️My grandfather lived here for years and unfortunately passed away last year. When I went to the office to give a copy of his death certificate and speak with the manger, ORELIA, SHE STATED VERBATIM THAT MY GRANDFATHER SHOWED OBVIOUS SIGHS OF NEGLECT AND FOR MONTHS WOULD COME IN TO PAY HIS RENT WITH SOILED CLOTHING, YET SHE DID NOT REPORT THESE CONCERNS TO ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES! AS STRICT AS THE PARK IS, THEY ALSO ALLOWED 2 DRUG ADDICTS TO SQUAT IN MY GRANDFATHER’S HOME, yet did not allow me to retrieve any of my grandfather’s pictures or keepsakes from the home. I was PROMISED A CALL BY ORELIA, the manager, AS SOON AS THE POLICE REMOVED THE SQUATTERS, so that her and the actual property owner, “BILL”, could supervise me going into the house to retrieve these belongings before the house was demolished.THEY DEMOLISHED MY GRANDFATHER’S HOME WITH EVERYTHING INSIDE AND DID NOT CALL TO NOTIFY ME AS STATED THEY WOULD. When I spoke with ORELIA and requested the property owner’s contact information, she became aggressive, rude, and told me to “not involve her n any mess, get a lawyer and do whatever the hell I need to do” then hung up on me.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PLACE THAT FAILED MY GRANDFATHER‼️
Jun 25, 2024 · Brianna LaraThis is a very nice Mobile Home Park and has some lovely homes some newer quality as well as some older homes. Unfortunately everything in the San Diego area is rather pricey the farther you go away from the city then you find prices at our lower but even in Chula Vista you're going to be paying upwards of $700 for a nice park and in San Diego you'll be paying closer to $1,000 a month to live in a nice park.
Apr 29, 2019 · Scott Ogdenvery nice place to live but the manager is horrible.. no customer service skills .. to this day i have not met a neighbor that actually likes her .. i truly don’t understand how she holds that position.. it’s a shame because the park is a great place to live in..
