Another review highlights significant increases in lot rent within a short timeframe, from $500 to $825 in 1.5 years, and advises prospective residents to inquire about this directly with current park residents rather than relying solely on management information. These points suggest the importance of thorough due diligence and speaking with current residents to gain a balanced perspective on the living experience at Bonny Shores Mobile Home Park.

To inquire about current lot availability for mobile homes or RVs, pricing (including lot rent and any associated fees), and any potential promotions, it is essential to contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers: (863) 665-0640 or +1 863-665-0640.
When you contact the park, be sure to ask about:

- The current lot rent and any history of recent increases.
- Any additional fees or charges associated with living in the park.

Bonny Shores Mobile Home Park Reviews
My Nana lives here, neighborhood is full of super nice folk. Management of property I'm told can be problematic. Property manager needs to work on her people skills, should be ashamed of herself talking to the elderly with disrespect

Jan 01, 2025 · Joe LI've lived here for 18 months and I have no complaints at all.The residents are very friendly and nice. The park is very clean. The manager is friendly and fair, and does a good job. There's a lovely screened in gazebo on the lake, parking for boats, trailers, and RVs, there's a nice area near the clubhouse and shuffle board courts with some swinging gliders. There's Taco Tuesdays, Game Nights, Movie nights, Ice Cream Socials on Sundays, pancake breakfasts, and holiday dinners.Christmas there's a golf cart parade.Alot of people have pets and everybody enjoys each other's fur babies. There's plenty of ducks, spoonbills, squirrels, and birds wandering around and everyone keeps their yards nice.Loving this little piece of paradise on Lake Bonny and the people who share it with me.Don't pay attention to any negative reviews, come see for yourself; because there's always somebody who wants to complain about something.Bonny Shores is a very nice community and the residents and management are wonderful.
