Oct 14, 2024 · Todd LeeOutstanding family owned camp. I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am for their accommodations, understanding, and education on the necessities of living in an RV during the winter time. If I could give 5,000 stars, I would, without hesitation.
Jan 09, 2025 · Chris WrightWe discovered this campground when looking for a location to camp close to West Chester University. The campground is beautiful. We visited 10/25-10/17 and the fall colors were stunning. Our site was pretty level and spacious and right along the creek. The campground was very quiet. They also offer streaming wifi at very reasonable rates if weather doesn’t permit outdoor activities. We didn’t have any signal strength issues when streaming on our Roku tv. We enjoyed our weekend stay here and will be back in the future.
Oct 27, 2024 · Ellie ParkWe stayed at Brandywine Creek Campground in Downington PA for a month. It was totally relaxing, quiet and scenic.Sites 52 & 53 are set up facing each other - perfect for family gatherings. I've never seen that before. Cool. The nearby area is awesome - a combination of historic and modern.Close to numerous restaurants, shopping & attractions. We enjoyed our stay VERY MUCH! No regrets.
Sep 30, 2024 · A SpoonerBe very careful with their reservation system! In February we booked RV site #53 for end of June to be located next to friends in site #52. In early June we requested adding a couple days to our stay, and it was confirmed via email. When we arrived, we were not in their reservation system / list and told nothing was available. Les, who was filling in for the campground owners, worked very hard to find us site #47 for the first night, then we had to move to site #46 for the remainder of our stay. The location and campground are lovely, we enjoyed our stay even though we had to walk back and forth six campsite to do things with our friends. Les checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. On departure day, I went to the office to settle our bill as the owners arrived back from Europe. Instead of an apology, I was told that I did not return multiple phone calls and emails! Apparently, they inputed both an incorrect phone number and email into their reservation system, yet I had an email confirmation of the added days I requested. One thing I will not tolerate is being called a liar! Beautiful campground, in a gorgeous area, with a fantastic maintenance man called Les! Thank goodness we are local, only 30-minutes away. and not on a cross-country tour requiring firm stops reservations. Over 25-years RVing and this is the first time we were told, by the owners, we are not welcomed back.In response to the owners comments: I sent them a check for our stay! You can make your own opinion on the rest of their response. Also, look at our many Google Reviews, most are 5-Star as we rely on them for our incredible experiences. There are other campground in the area ... expand your searches.
