Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Baytown, Texas region, it's crucial to investigate various housing options, which may occasionally include mobile home parks in the vicinity. While our platform primarily focuses on RV parks offering services and goods relevant to RV living, understanding the landscape of available accommodations in the area can be beneficial. In this context, we present an objective introduction to Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park, situated at 322 Massey Tompkins Rd, Baytown, TX 77521, USA, based on the limited customer feedback currently available online. It is important to note that the following information is derived solely from these reviews and may not encompass the full spectrum of experiences at the park.
The available reviews for Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park offer a mixed perspective, with significant concerns raised regarding the landlord and management practices. One reviewer strongly advises potential residents to "better off buying land or renting elsewhere," citing issues with unexpected lot rent increases without prior notice. This lack of transparency and potential for sudden cost changes is a significant factor for anyone considering residency, whether in a mobile home or potentially an RV if such options were available at this location.
The same reviewer also describes the landlord as "rude" and mentions being charged for an electrical post and a water meter upon moving their home into the park. The reviewer contends that these connection services should be provided on the property by the landlord, suggesting a potential discrepancy between the park's policies and standard practices or expectations. Such unexpected fees can significantly impact the overall cost of living and should be carefully considered by prospective residents.
Furthermore, this reviewer indicates that other tenants at Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park are also unhappy based on the feedback they have received. This suggests that the concerns raised may not be isolated incidents and could reflect a broader pattern of dissatisfaction among the residents. Understanding the general sentiment of the existing community is an important aspect of choosing a place to live.
Interestingly, despite the negative experiences with the landlord, the reviewer acknowledges that Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park is a "nice place" with "friendly neighbors." This highlights a potential dichotomy where the physical environment and the sense of community among residents might be positive aspects, but these are overshadowed by issues related to management. The presence of friendly neighbors can contribute significantly to a positive living experience, fostering a sense of belonging and support.
However, the reviewer concludes by strongly advising potential residents to "think twice before moving here" due to the negative interactions and financial implications of dealing with the landlord. This cautionary advice underscores the significant impact that management practices can have on the overall quality of life in a community, regardless of the physical surroundings or the friendliness of other residents.
It is important to note that one of the provided reviews appears to be mistakenly directed towards a large retail store (Walmart) and is entirely unrelated to Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park. This irrelevant feedback should be disregarded when evaluating the mobile home park itself. Its inclusion in the provided information highlights the importance of critically assessing the source and relevance of online reviews.
Considering the limited but strongly negative feedback regarding the landlord's practices at Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park, prospective residents, including those who might be exploring mobile home parks as an alternative to "RV parks near me," should proceed with extreme caution. The issues raised about unexpected rent increases and potentially unfair charges for essential connections can lead to financial strain and a negative living experience.
While the mention of a "nice place" and "friendly neighbors" suggests some positive aspects of the community, these may be insufficient to outweigh the potential difficulties arising from the landlord's management style, as perceived by at least one reviewer. The advice to consider other options or purchasing land indicates a significant level of concern and dissatisfaction.
Given the lack of detailed information about the park's amenities, services, or specific features, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview. The available feedback primarily focuses on the administrative and management aspects, which appear to be the primary source of concern for at least one former or current resident.
For individuals specifically seeking "RV parks near me" in Baytown, Texas, the limited information and negative sentiment surrounding the management of Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park, a mobile home park, suggest that exploring dedicated RV parks in the area would likely be a more suitable approach. RV parks are typically designed with the specific needs and expectations of RV travelers and residents in mind, often offering amenities and services tailored to this lifestyle.
In conclusion, the available customer feedback for Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park raises significant concerns regarding the landlord's practices, including unexpected rent increases and potentially unfair charges. While the park may offer a pleasant physical environment and a friendly community, these positive aspects may be overshadowed by the negative interactions with management. Prospective residents, including those considering mobile home parks as an alternative to RV parks, are strongly advised to exercise caution and thoroughly investigate all aspects of residency before making a decision. Seeking additional reviews or attempting to contact current residents directly may provide a more comprehensive understanding of the current living conditions at Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park.

Bridgeberry Mobile Home Park Reviews
You're better off buying land or renting elsewhere. The landlord raises your lot rent WITHOUT notice. She's rude and will charge you for electrical post when you move your home in and for water meter. She tried that with me knowingly she is to provide connection service ON the property. Tenants aren't happy here from the feedback I received. It is a nice place and friendly neighbors, but things go south when you deal with her. Think twice before moving here.
Jun 07, 2023 · Denisse ArreolaYou're the smart very large store for such little selection and when you're in self checkout they breathe down your neck and stare at you like you're about to steal something. After that and all of your items are bagged with receipt in hand they will still try to stop you and check your bags as if again you are a criminal. Walmart needs to change this Behavior or they are going to lose some very valuable customers including myself. Walmart is the devil
