One of the most noticeable changes highlighted by a resident is "their effort in maintaining the no parking zones cleared," which has resulted in "The roads are driveable once again." This suggests that previous parking issues had impacted the navigability within the park, and the new management is actively addressing these concerns to enhance the overall functionality and accessibility of the community's roadways. The management itself emphasizes the importance of rules and regulations for the safety and well-being of all residents. Specifically addressing concerns about speeding, the manager points out the presence of "3 speed signs that are 10 MPH," correcting a previous statement of a 5 MPH limit. The management underscores that these are "driveways not street," necessitating slow speeds for everyone's safety. This focus on rule enforcement, particularly regarding driving and parking, shapes the environment of Broad Acres as one that prioritizes order and safety.
Regarding services and features, the provided reviews do not explicitly list a wide array of amenities. However, the fact that it is a permanent mobile home park implies the provision of essential services such as utility hookups for water, sewer, and electricity at each lot. The management's statement about implementing rules that residents signed upon moving in, which include expectations to "clean up your space" and "respect your neighbors privacy," indicates an effort to maintain a certain standard of living and community harmony within the park. The mention of maintaining no parking zones suggests active management of common areas to ensure they remain accessible. While specific recreational facilities or communal buildings are not mentioned, the focus on creating a safe and orderly environment through rule enforcement can be considered a key feature provided by the management. The emphasis on improvements since the change in management suggests an ongoing effort to enhance the services and overall quality of life within Broad Acres Mobile Home Park.
A key characteristic of Broad Acres Mobile Home Park is its management's proactive approach to enforcing community rules and implementing improvements. The manager's direct response to a negative comment highlights a commitment to addressing concerns and ensuring that residents adhere to the agreed-upon regulations. This firm stance on rule enforcement, described by the manager as "GOOD MANAGEMENT," aims to create a more stable and respectful living environment for all residents. The fact that the management believes the park is "much better then a year ago" and is committed to preventing rule-breaking indicates a positive trajectory and an ongoing effort to enhance the community. This management style shapes the park's identity as one where rules are taken seriously for the collective benefit of the residents.
Promotional information for Broad Acres Mobile Home Park would likely emphasize the improvements being made under the new management and the commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly living environment through consistent rule enforcement. Broad Acres Mobile Home Park Reviews
I'm the manager this person RA is referring to. We have 3 speed signs that are 10 MPH, so is not 5, I think this RA used to drive in the park maybe 30 MPH or more. The park does have driveways not street, so for everyone safety, slow speed is a must. It's not fair that this person RA is assuming that everybody is unhappy living here, I implemented the rules they all signed when came to live here and it's their problem if they don't follow simple rules like drive slow, clean up your space, respect your neighbors privacy. I assure you this mobile home park is much better then a year ago and I will make sure no one breaks the rules. That is called GOOD MANAGEMENT.
Aug 10, 2022 · Alma GallegosManagement has changed and has been making improvements, the most noticeable being their effort in maintaining the no parking zones cleared. The roads are driveable once again.
Jan 04, 2022 · Sara GarciaWaking up at 6:30 am to music playing so loud it can be heard down the street outside the park was ridiculous. Residence say they have the OK from the park manager...... Ummm the law says 10 am to 10 pm and I should still not hear it from 10 homes away. From Gun play to swat teams showing up this has turned into a haven for crime. And it appears the manager of the park is OK with this!
Dec 12, 2018 · Barbara BallardDoes not respect the privacy of the people living here at all, the old management actually did respect privacy.
Oct 25, 2022 · AlexA must NOT visit specially at night. Dirty all the way around, people walking the streets at all times, garbage everywhere.
