We live in Brookvale Terrace and love it. It's a really special park in that there is a lot of nature, trees, a creek and wildlife. Residents own their properties and most lots are large for a MHP. The management staff really work hard to keep the park up to high standards. There is a great Clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi and a nice walking trail as well.
