Buena Vista Introduce
While the platform category is listed as "RV parks near me," the following information pertains to Buena Vista, a mobile home park located at 2000 S Apache Rd, Buckeye, AZ 85326, USA. For local users seeking long-term residential options in the Buckeye area, particularly those considering a mobile home community, Buena Vista offers a setting with notable features and some points to consider. You can contact them at (623) 386-2559 or their mobile number, +1 623-386-2559, for inquiries.
Based on the available reviews, Buena Vista presents a mixed picture of community living. One resident who has lived there for some time shared concerns regarding the front office's handling of an incident involving their child, which resulted in unexpected financial costs. This reviewer also mentioned issues with the upkeep of the common areas, specifically noting that "the grass at the field is partly dead." Additionally, they observed that "mostly old people live here" and expressed that there are "way too many houses around Benue vista also." However, this same reviewer conceded that "rather than that, it seems to be safe," indicating a perceived level of security within the community.
In contrast, a visitor to Buena Vista, whose sister resides there, offered a more positive perspective. This reviewer was "super impressed with the layout, cleanliness, and upkeep of most of the trailers/yards!" This suggests that while some common areas might have issues, individual residents appear to take pride in maintaining their properties. Furthermore, this visitor highlighted the "awesome" mountain view and the convenience of the location, noting that it "is in an area that is growing and is close to schools, shopping, and restaurants." This indicates that Buena Vista benefits from its proximity to essential amenities and the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Considering these contrasting viewpoints, the environment of Buena Vista appears to be characterized by both positive and negative aspects. The "awesome mountain view" suggests a scenic backdrop, potentially enhancing the quality of life for residents. The visitor's impression of cleanliness and upkeep of individual lots indicates a degree of pride and responsibility among homeowners. However, the resident's comment about partly dead grass in the field points to potential inconsistencies in the maintenance of communal areas. The observation that "mostly old people live here" indicates the demographic makeup of the community, which might be a consideration for families with children or those seeking a more age-diverse environment. The concern about having "way too many houses around Benue vista also" could relate to perceived density or potential overcrowding, although this is subjective.
Information regarding specific services and features within Buena Vista is somewhat limited in the provided reviews. However, based on the nature of mobile home parks, certain standard services are likely to be available. These typically include water, sewer, and electrical hookups for each mobile home lot. Trash and recycling services are also generally provided. The mention of a "front office" implies that there is on-site management responsible for the park's operations and potentially for addressing resident concerns, although one review raised questions about the effectiveness of their handling of certain situations.
The layout of the park, which impressed one visitor, suggests that Buena Vista is organized in a way that is aesthetically pleasing and functional. This could include well-defined streets, designated lot spaces, and possibly some communal areas beyond the "field" mentioned in the negative review. The cleanliness and upkeep of individual trailers and yards indicate that residents contribute to the overall appearance of the community.
The feature of the mountain view is a significant positive aspect, offering a visual amenity that can enhance the living experience. The convenient location, with its proximity to schools, shopping, and restaurants, adds to the practicality of living in Buena Vista, making it easier for residents to access essential services and engage with the wider Buckeye community. The perceived safety of the neighborhood, as mentioned by one resident, is another important feature that contributes to the overall desirability of the park.
In the context of "RV parks near me," Buena Vista, as a mobile home park, primarily caters to longer-term residents living in manufactured homes rather than short-term RV stays. Local users searching for immediate, temporary accommodation for recreational vehicles would likely need to look at dedicated RV parks. However, if a local user is considering a more permanent or semi-permanent living situation in a mobile home within a community setting in Buckeye, Buena Vista could be an option to explore.
There is no specific promotional information included in the provided text. To inquire about lot availability, costs associated with residency (whether renting a lot or purchasing a mobile home within the park), and any current incentives or special offers, it is recommended to contact Buena Vista directly at the provided phone numbers. They would be able to provide detailed information about the process of becoming a resident and any financial aspects involved.
In conclusion, Buena Vista mobile home park in Buckeye, Arizona, offers a community with the advantage of mountain views and a convenient location close to essential amenities. While one resident raised concerns about management and the upkeep of some common areas, a visitor was impressed by the layout and the cleanliness of individual properties. The community appears to be predominantly comprised of older adults, and safety is perceived as a positive attribute. For local users seeking a long-term living situation in a mobile home park in Buckeye, Buena Vista presents a community with both appealing features and aspects that warrant further inquiry. Direct contact with the park management is advised to obtain comprehensive and up-to-date information.

Buena Vista Reviews
I have lived here for awhile, and why I have given it three veiws is because the front office people accused one of my kids for doing something bad and we have ended up paying a lot of money. they checked the camera at a wrong day when it really happened at a different day. And the grass at the field is partly dead and mostly old people live here. Way to many houses around Benue vista also. Rather than that, it seems to be safe.

Jun 24, 2024 · Heather PiehlI really wish the office was open more often or at least called people back. It is very difficult to get in contact with them. Also, there are neighborhood kids that like to knock hard on windows (not doors) and run. Ridiculous!!! Thankfully we have cameras! And lastly the new houses need to be cleaned so much better after being put together. The dry wall was everywhere and it took us weeks to clean it all. The cleaning crew wasn't able to do it because we were moving IN when they showed up. They were told to clean what they could but honestly they didn't even try. The master closet, shower, ALL floors, kitchen counters and lights were covered in white splatter. It was terrible. Clayton was here within 3 days to take care of their issues, thankfully. Aside from those problems it is fairly quiet here and our neighbors are polite.
Sep 24, 2023 · Joy MinnisThe best part is usually clean, the worst part is the high rate of speed. It’s supposed to be 10 mph but too many feel rules don’t apply as well as stopping at stop signs. There are no speed bumps here and it doesn’t seem like management will ever get one or two in here despite the requests. Many complaints about it but it’s obvious the speeding does not get enforced here. Not safe for kids to play.** you literally can’t take pictures because they are driving too fast, need someone out and about see for themselves then do the work and find out where they live. Speed bumps would help.
Jul 08, 2024 · AZ KBuena Vista is a really good place to live! It has a park, basketball court, swings, soccer field, and a community pool. I enjoy living here a lot.
