The environment at Destiny RV Resort is consistently praised for being "great" and "very quiet." This peaceful atmosphere is a significant draw for travelers seeking a restful stay. The ease of navigating the park, particularly for larger vehicles, is also highlighted, with one reviewer noting that it was "easy to get motorhome in and out of while towing a car." This suggests well-designed roadways and spacious sites that can comfortably accommodate larger RVs and tow vehicles, reducing the stress often associated with maneuvering in and out of RV parks.

Additionally, the sites are equipped with "full hookups," which typically include water, electricity, and sewer connections, providing all the necessary utilities for a comfortable stay.
While one reviewer mentioned the park being "as quiet as can be expected with freeway proximity," this suggests that while the overall environment is peaceful, there might be some ambient noise due to its location. However, the reviewer still found the park to be a positive experience, especially when compared to another less desirable park. This indicates that any freeway noise is likely minimal and does not significantly detract from the overall tranquility of the resort.

Destiny RV Resort Reviews
This park was great. Very quite. It was easy to get motorhome in and out of while towing a car. Very very clean. The security gard on duty when I checked in was friendly and very helpful. This will be the first place I call for reservations next time.
Mar 28, 2025 · michael kingOnly overnighted, but park is clean, as quiet as can be expected with freeway proximity. Staff was friendly, helpful. check in was a breeze. Site was an easy to access pull through with full hookups. LOL, the one star reviews should have to cross into CA and stay in the OTHER park I overnighted in. This would look like paradise after that.
Jan 03, 2025 · Ito the CatGreat place and great staff! I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!Only two things of note:1) Some spots are better than others if you have 2 vehicles. If you have 2 cars, I’d recommend talking to the front desk and see if they can help!2) I assume the underground water lines are not very deep because the tap water is pretty warm (even at night) in the summer. Actually ended up pretty nice because I didn’t have to turn on the water heater until the end of September. I just used the water in the water heater as my cold water.I wouldn’t recommend drinking your tap water in Arizona. Not because the water is bad, but because the sun is pretty brutal on plastic hoses. I would get that plastic smell in the water when the sun was up. I saw some people using pool noodles to cover their hoses.
Sep 29, 2024 · James GegenheimerGreat park for longer stay in the Phoenix area. Close to Goodyear ballpark (which was why I was there). Good pool and dog areas.
Apr 17, 2025 · Mike KirbyWe were coming up to the Phoenix area to visit with family and found this RV Resort not far from Sun City. Other than the awful Phoenix traffic, it was very easy to get to. We had made reservations in advance so Check-in was a breeze. They came out to greet us and we didn’t even need to get out of our rig. Pull-thru Sites are long enough to accommodate our 36’ rig & our tow vehicle. All the roads are asphalt, as well as LEVEL asphalt sites. There are concrete pads for the patios and more than enough space between sites. WiFi is excellent and basic is free. The park is extremely clean and the residents are quiet. The most noise you’ll get is from it being relatively close to Luke AFB, so you’ll get the occasional fighter jet flying overhead. They stop at night, so we had no problem getting to sleep. We’ll stay again on our next visit to Phoenix.
