Bull Run Mobile Home Community Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" in the Manassas, Virginia area, or considering the benefits of residing in a mobile home community with responsive management and a generally positive atmosphere? Bull Run Mobile Home Community, located at 7420 Old Centreville Rd, Manassas, VA 20111, USA, presents a residential option that warrants consideration based on the available customer feedback. While one review raises a concern regarding management's approach to certain situations, another long-term resident offers a more broadly positive perspective, highlighting the community's quiet nature and responsive management.
From the perspective of individuals seeking "RV parks near me," Bull Run Mobile Home Community's location on Old Centreville Road in Manassas places it within Prince William County, Virginia. Manassas offers a blend of suburban and historical elements, providing access to various amenities, services, and cultural attractions in Northern Virginia. The accessibility of Old Centreville Road likely provides convenient connections to major transportation routes, which could be beneficial for RV travelers seeking a stopover or an extended stay in the region. The area is also known for its Civil War history and proximity to Washington D.C., potentially offering points of interest for visitors.
One customer review, whose best friend's father lives in the community, offers a mixed opinion. They state, "Not a bad place, in my opinion." This suggests a generally acceptable living environment. However, the review also raises a significant concern, noting that when assistance for a handicapped resident is not performed as quickly as management desires, "they harass you." This is a serious accusation that potential residents or RV owners with specific needs or who advocate for others should consider. It suggests a potential lack of understanding or flexibility on the part of the management in certain situations involving residents requiring assistance.
In contrast, another reviewer shares a much more positive experience, stating, "Wonderful place to live. We've been here since 2008. Everyone is kind. Very quiet for the most part and Management is responsive on questions or concerns." This long-term resident's perspective paints a picture of a welcoming community with friendly neighbors and a peaceful atmosphere. The praise for "responsive" management directly contradicts the concern raised in the other review, suggesting that perhaps the negative experience was an isolated incident or that management's responsiveness is generally positive, albeit potentially with exceptions in specific circumstances.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," Bull Run Mobile Home Community likely provides designated parking spaces or lots suitable for recreational vehicles. These spaces typically include essential utility hookups for electricity, water, and sewage. The long-term resident's positive experience suggests that the environment is generally pleasant and quiet, which could be appealing to RV travelers seeking a peaceful stay. However, the concern about management's handling of assistance for a handicapped individual should prompt RV owners with specific needs to inquire about the park's policies and approach to accommodating such situations. It would be advisable to contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers: (703) 791-3054 or the mobile number +1 703-791-3054 to inquire about RV amenities, lot rental rates, and any specific policies.
For individuals interested in mobile home living, Bull Run Mobile Home Community offers spaces or lots for manufactured homes within a community that appears to have a generally positive reputation among long-term residents. The "wonderful place to live" and "everyone is kind" comments suggest a welcoming social environment. The "very quiet for the most part" aspect could be particularly appealing to those seeking a peaceful residential setting. Prospective mobile homeowners should inquire about the availability of homes for rent or purchase, the terms of lot rental agreements, community rules and regulations, and the specific amenities and services offered within the park. The concern raised about management's interaction with a handicapped resident highlights the importance of understanding the park's policies on resident support and accommodations.
The environment of Bull Run Mobile Home Community, based on the positive review, is likely characterized by a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The presence of long-term residents since 2008 suggests a stable and established community. While specific features are not detailed, typical amenities in a mobile home park might include paved roads, landscaping, and communal areas for residents to enjoy. The positive social environment ("everyone is kind") also contributes to the overall appeal. However, potential residents should also be mindful of the reported issue with management's handling of assistance for handicapped individuals.
In terms of services, Bull Run Mobile Home Community likely provides essential infrastructure such as water, sewer, and trash removal. The "responsive" management mentioned in one review suggests that they are attentive to residents' questions and concerns, which is a positive indicator for service provision. For RV residents, services would include the utility hookups and potentially access to any communal facilities. It would be beneficial to inquire about the specific services included in the lot rental fees for both RVs and mobile homes and to understand the management's policies on addressing resident needs, particularly those requiring assistance.
The positive review from a long-term resident serves as a form of promotional information, highlighting the community's welcoming atmosphere, quiet environment, and responsive management. Potential promotional aspects that the park could emphasize include its established community, peaceful setting, and the attentiveness of the management to residents' inquiries. However, they should also be prepared to address the concerns raised in the other review regarding the handling of situations involving residents needing assistance. To learn about any specific move-in specials, lot rental rates, or other incentives, interested individuals should contact the park management directly using the provided phone numbers.
In conclusion, Bull Run Mobile Home Community in Manassas, VA, appears to be a generally well-regarded community offering potential for both RV parking and mobile home living. The positive feedback from a long-term resident highlights its quiet atmosphere and responsive management. However, a concern has been raised regarding the management's approach to situations involving residents requiring assistance. Prospective residents and RV travelers should weigh both perspectives and contact the park directly at (703) 791-3054 or +1 703-791-3054 to inquire about specific amenities, policies (especially regarding resident support), and current rates to determine if Bull Run Mobile Home Community meets their individual needs and preferences for a comfortable and suitable living or temporary stay.

Bull Run Mobile Home Community Reviews
Best friends dad lives here. Not a bad place, in my opinion. He’s handicapped and requires help for some around the house activities. When not done as fast as management wants, they harass you. No complaints other than that!
