Cabana Court Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "rv parks near me" in the Brunswick, Georgia area, Cabana Court Mobile Home Park, located at 4559 US-17, Brunswick, GA 31525, USA, appears as a potential option. However, it is crucial to approach this park with caution and a thorough understanding of the experiences shared by previous customers. Based on the limited information available, particularly the provided customer reviews, there are significant concerns regarding the environment, services, and features of Cabana Court Mobile Home Park that prospective RVers and potential residents should carefully consider.
The environment of Cabana Court Mobile Home Park, according to one review, appears to be severely compromised by flooding. The reviewer states that "3/4 of park is flooded," indicating a widespread and potentially persistent issue with water accumulation. This flooding is described as so significant that it impedes access to the property, making it difficult to even "get into driveway to drop off food due to flooding from rain." Such conditions can create numerous problems for RVers and residents alike. Stagnant water can lead to unsanitary conditions, attract pests such as mosquitoes, and, as specifically mentioned in the review, pose a risk due to the presence of snakes, especially concerning given the presence of children in the neighborhood. The reviewer also notes that the park is "in desperate need of a makeover," suggesting a general state of disrepair and neglect beyond just the flooding issue. This paints a concerning picture of the overall environment and its suitability for a comfortable or safe living experience for those seeking "rv parks near me."
The services at Cabana Court Mobile Home Park, as described in the reviews, raise serious concerns about the management and maintenance of the property. One reviewer explicitly labels it "the absolute WORST place to rent from…" and details a multitude of issues related to service. A significant complaint is the "HORRIBLE" maintenance. The reviewer mentions that "the management is a mystery because there is no office to go to," which suggests a lack of accessibility and accountability from the park's administration. This absence of a readily available management point can make it difficult for residents and RVers to address concerns or request necessary services promptly. The review further elaborates on a specific incident involving tree cutting by the "maintenance man" and his "crew," where the debris was left in the renter's yard for months, posing a safety hazard to children. The subsequent damage to the reviewer's county trash can by the maintenance crew, which allegedly remained unaddressed for "atleast 3-4 months ago," further underscores a severe lack of responsiveness and responsibility in the park's maintenance services.
The features of Cabana Court Mobile Home Park, based on the negative reviews, appear to be severely lacking and potentially detrimental to the living experience. The pervasive flooding described by one reviewer is not a feature but a significant liability, impacting accessibility, safety, and overall habitability of the park. The lack of a visible management office, as mentioned by the other reviewer, is a significant drawback, hindering communication and the resolution of issues. The delayed and inadequate maintenance, exemplified by the prolonged presence of tree debris and the unrepaired trash can, indicates a failure to provide basic upkeep that residents and RVers typically expect from a mobile home or RV park. The need for a "makeover," as noted in one review, suggests that the park's infrastructure and amenities are likely outdated and in poor condition. While positive features are not mentioned in the provided reviews, the overwhelming negativity points to a park that may not offer the standard amenities or quality of life expected by those searching for "rv parks near me."
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the environment, maintenance, and management of Cabana Court Mobile Home Park, it is highly unlikely that there are any positive promotional offers that would outweigh the significant concerns raised by these customer experiences. It is important to note that without any official information or a counter-narrative from the park management, we must rely solely on the available customer reviews, which paint a concerning picture. Prospective RVers and individuals seeking a mobile home park in the Brunswick, GA area should exercise extreme caution and seriously consider the potential risks and negative experiences associated with Cabana Court Mobile Home Park as described by these reviewers.
For local users searching for "rv parks near me" in Brunswick, GA, the information available for Cabana Court Mobile Home Park strongly suggests the need to explore alternative options. The reported flooding issues pose significant environmental and safety hazards. The descriptions of poor maintenance and inaccessible management indicate a high likelihood of unresolved issues and a lack of support for residents and RV guests. The absence of any positive feedback or mention of desirable features further reinforces the need for caution. Before considering Cabana Court Mobile Home Park, it would be prudent to:
- Attempt to contact the park management directly (if possible) to seek their perspective on the issues raised in the reviews and inquire about any planned improvements.
- Visit the park in person to assess the current conditions, particularly regarding flooding and overall maintenance.
- Seek out additional reviews or testimonials from other sources to gain a broader understanding of the experiences of those who have stayed or resided at Cabana Court Mobile Home Park.
- Thoroughly research other "rv parks near me" in the Brunswick, GA area to compare environments, services, features, and customer feedback before making a decision.
In conclusion, while Cabana Court Mobile Home Park at 4559 US-17, Brunswick, GA, might appear as a local option when searching for "rv parks near me," the available customer reviews highlight significant issues related to flooding, poor maintenance, and inaccessible management. These concerns should be carefully weighed by anyone considering this park for an RV stay or as a potential mobile home residence. Without further positive information or evidence of improvements, prospective users are advised to proceed with extreme caution and explore alternative RV parks or mobile home communities in the Brunswick, GA area.

Cabana Court Mobile Home Park Reviews
3/4 of park is flooded... In desperate need of a makeover. Can't even get into driveway to drop off food due to flooding from rain. This is one of the many things that needs or be addressed but definitely a major issue due to snakes and all of the Kids in the neighborhood. Not bashing, just stating the obvious. Thanks for reading.
Jul 08, 2022 · Just Being HonestThe absolute WORST place to rent from… maintenance is HORRIBLE, the management is a mystery because there is no office to go to, the “maintenance man” and his “crew” cut down trees and left them in our yard for months. Pretty sure that’s dangerous seeing as how we have 3 small children that play in the yard, and when he finally decided to move them, he ran over my county trash can and has STILL NOT replaced it. This was atleast 3-4 months ago. We’re in the process of leaving, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PARK.
Apr 05, 2022 · Brittany HendrixI live here, and have been h here almost 3 years. I have no problems and no complaints.
May 23, 2023 · Cecelia WallsThe only thing I know about this place is that they don't list a phone number. To me, that means they don't want calls and don't want business...
Nov 29, 2021 · Darl VanBurenThis place is a dump. The owners don’t take care of the place and couldn’t care less.
