The comment about the management being "very nice people to work with and rent from" suggests a responsive and considerate management style, which can significantly enhance the living experience. The presence of speed bumps, while perhaps an inconvenience for some, acts as a safety feature, potentially making the park a more secure environment, especially for families with children. The combination of a clean environment, a quiet setting, and positive management interaction can be key features for those seeking a long-term RV living situation within a welcoming community.

Mobile HP Reviews
A surprisingly clean place for our son to live. We were worried about it until we visited, but it's really pretty nice. HATE the speed bumps, but it keeps the place safe and (I'm sure) keeps the lead-footed crazy drivers either slowed down, or away altogether.
