Calhoun acres Introduce
While your search might be under the category of "RV parks near me," we want to provide you with information about Calhoun acres, a mobile home community located at 10765 Tibet Rd SE, Allenhurst, GA 31301, USA. You can contact them via phone at (912) 447-3304 or mobile at +1 912-447-3304. It's important to note that mobile home parks offer long-term residential living, distinct from the temporary stays typically associated with RV parks. The following introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the limited information available, including direct customer reviews.
Based on the very limited information available, particularly the direct customer reviews, the environment at Calhoun acres appears to be a significant area of concern for current residents. One review explicitly advises potential residents not to move there, citing a lack of maintenance and upkeep, including uncut grass and a general unwillingness to address issues. This suggests a potentially neglected physical environment within the community. The same review also alleges prejudice towards African Americans and the absence of a local dumpster for trash disposal, despite residents paying rent. Furthermore, it mentions a restriction on pools. These points paint a picture of a potentially undesirable living environment.
The services at Calhoun acres, according to the customer reviews, seem to be severely lacking. Multiple major issues reportedly go unaddressed by management. One resident specifically mentions a barely functioning air conditioning unit leading to high electricity bills, indicating a failure to provide essential maintenance. The absence of pest control services is also highlighted, with concerns raised about flea infestations from stray and other pets, even for residents without pets. A particularly alarming issue mentioned is the frequent turning off of the water and reported notices from the city regarding water contamination, raising serious health and safety concerns. The overall sentiment from the reviews suggests a significant deficiency in the provision of essential services and maintenance expected in a residential community.
The features of Calhoun acres, as perceived through the lens of customer feedback, appear to be minimal and potentially negative. The lack of maintenance, absence of pest control, unreliable water supply (with contamination concerns), and the alleged absence of a local dumpster are significant drawbacks. The prohibition of pools, even though rent is paid, is also mentioned as a negative feature. The reviews do not highlight any positive amenities or features that enhance the living experience. Instead, they paint a picture of a community where basic needs and maintenance are not adequately met, leading to resident dissatisfaction.
Calhoun acres is located in Allenhurst, Georgia. Allenhurst is a town in Liberty County, which offers a certain type of local environment. However, the internal environment and the management's responsiveness seem to be the primary concerns based on the provided feedback. While the location itself might offer proximity to local amenities in Allenhurst, the negative reviews strongly suggest that the living conditions within Calhoun acres may overshadow any potential locational advantages. Local users searching for "mobile home parks near me" in Allenhurst should carefully consider the serious allegations raised in the customer reviews regarding the management and upkeep of Calhoun acres.
The atmosphere at Calhoun acres, as described by the residents in their reviews, appears to be one of dissatisfaction and frustration. The feeling of being ignored by management, the lack of necessary repairs, and the concerns about basic utilities like water contribute to a negative living environment. The allegations of prejudice would further contribute to a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere for certain residents. The reviews convey a sense of misery and a strong recommendation for others to avoid moving into the community. This suggests a potentially toxic and unsupportive living atmosphere within Calhoun acres.
Regarding promotional information, the provided reviews do not mention any positive promotions or incentives for moving into Calhoun acres. Instead, the strong negative feedback serves as a significant deterrent. Given the serious allegations of neglect, poor maintenance, unreliable utilities, and prejudice, it is highly unlikely that potential residents would be attracted by any standard promotional offers. The overwhelming message from the reviews is to stay away from Calhoun acres, indicating that any promotional efforts would likely be overshadowed by the negative living conditions reported by current residents.
Choosing Calhoun acres as a long-term residential option in Allenhurst, Georgia, based on the available customer reviews, appears to be a decision that should be approached with extreme caution. The consistent negative feedback regarding the lack of maintenance, unresolved major issues (like a malfunctioning AC), pest problems, unreliable and potentially contaminated water, inadequate trash disposal, and allegations of prejudice paint a concerning picture of the living conditions and management practices at Calhoun acres. Potential residents searching for "mobile home parks near me" should carefully weigh these serious concerns before considering this community as their new home. It is strongly recommended to seek alternative options and conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the property and speaking with multiple current residents (if possible), before making any commitment to Calhoun acres.
In conclusion, while Calhoun acres is a mobile home community located in Allenhurst, Georgia, the available customer reviews paint a very negative picture regarding the environment, services, and overall living experience. The serious allegations of neglect, unresolved maintenance issues, problems with essential utilities, and prejudice should be a significant warning to any local users searching for "mobile home parks near me." It is imperative to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent investigation before considering Calhoun acres as a residential option. The provided information strongly suggests that potential residents may find more suitable and better-managed mobile home communities elsewhere in the Allenhurst area.

Dont move here!!! They just Want your Money!!! They dont Fix any thing ever!!! They dont cut your grass they dont do anything!!! There Prejudice towards African Americans!!! They dont have a local dumpster for your trash!!! Even tho u pay Rent every month cant have no pools!!! Dont move here!!!
Apr 01, 2024 · Naomi WilliamsNo matter how much i try they never come out and fix MAJOR issues. So i am hoping that this will catch their attention. First things first our A/C barely works. My electric bill is sky high because of it. They do not spray for pests but they are pet friendly so even if you dont have pets you can get nasty fleas from the strays and other pets in the neighborhood. They turn the water off all the time to the point where im scared to ever drink the water. (We have gotten several notices from the city about the water contamination here). Overall I honestly dont see why i am paying 1100.00 to live here. Im miserable. Stay away if you can.
