Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Alexandria, Kentucky area, Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park, located at 12617 Spruce St, Alexandria, KY 41001, USA, presents a residential community that might also accommodate RVs. They can be contacted at (859) 250-8927 or +1 859-250-8927 for inquiries about potential RV site availability and related services.
Based on the limited customer reviews available online, Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park elicits mixed reactions. One detailed review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the value proposition of the park. This reviewer claims that the rents are "way too high" for what they perceive as a "little mediocre trailer park." They suggest that cosmetic additions, such as street lights or a lake fountain, do not compensate for a perceived lack of substantive improvements by the management. According to this review, the manager is rarely present and unresponsive to the concerns of the residents. A recurring complaint is the alleged frequent rent increases (approximately every six months) without any corresponding improvements or justification. While acknowledging that the park is "livable," the reviewer emphasizes that this is the "bare minimum," indicating a lack of satisfaction with the overall living experience.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a more neutral and somewhat positive perspective based on brief visits to the area. They describe the location as "laid kinda back as outskirts of the city," which could be appealing to those seeking a quieter setting removed from the immediate urban hustle. This reviewer, who travels to the area to visit family, notes that the location is "just a bit farther then I like to travel but seems to A/ok !" A subsequent, even briefer comment from the same reviewer simply states that another trip to the area "an seems peaceful," suggesting that the environment of Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park is quiet and tranquil, at least during their visits.
When considering Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park as a potential option for "RV parks near me," it is essential to weigh these contrasting viewpoints. The negative review raises concerns about affordability, perceived lack of management engagement and responsiveness, and the value received for the rent paid. These are critical factors for RV owners considering a long-term stay, as they relate to the overall cost of living and the quality of the community management.
On the other hand, the positive, albeit limited, feedback highlights a potentially peaceful environment on the outskirts of the city. This could be an attractive feature for RVers seeking a quieter location. However, these comments do not provide information about the specific amenities or services available for RVs.
Given the limited information and the contrasting opinions, it is challenging to form a comprehensive understanding of Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park as a viable option for "RV parks near me." Mobile home parks can sometimes accommodate RVs, particularly for extended stays, but the facilities and services offered may not be equivalent to those found in dedicated RV parks. These might include the availability of full hookups (electricity, water, sewer), the size and condition of the RV sites, and access to amenities such as restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and recreational areas.
For individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me" in Alexandria, Kentucky, Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park necessitates direct inquiry. Potential RV residents should contact the park management at the provided phone numbers to determine if RVs are permitted, the types of RV sites available, the amenities offered to RV campers, the cost of renting an RV site (and whether rent increases are a regular occurrence), and any specific rules or regulations for RV residents. It would also be beneficial to inquire about the management's responsiveness to resident concerns and the overall upkeep of the park.
A visit to Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park, if possible, could provide a firsthand assessment of the environment and the condition of the facilities. Observing the overall atmosphere and any visible amenities could help in making a more informed decision. If the opportunity arises, speaking with current residents (both mobile home and RV, if any) could offer additional perspectives on the living experience within the park.
In conclusion, Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park in Alexandria, Kentucky, presents a mixed picture based on the limited online reviews. While it may offer a potentially peaceful location on the outskirts of the city, concerns have been raised regarding the affordability and the perceived lack of proactive management. For those seeking "RV parks near me," it is crucial to contact the park directly to obtain specific information about RV accommodations, amenities, and rental terms, and to conduct a personal assessment if possible, to determine if Campbell Pointe meets their needs and expectations.

Campbell Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
The rents way to high for a little mediocre trailer park. Add all the fancy crap you want, street lights or lake fountain, it doesn't change that the manager does nothing to actually improve the 'park'. They rarely even come over, which is fine, but they don't even listen to the people that live here either. It's like every six months, they raise the rent even higher without doing anything to deserve it. It's livable, but that's the bare minimum.
