These are crucial factors for any RV traveler looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, whether for a short overnight stop or an extended visit.
One guest who stayed for two weeks highlighted the park's positive attributes, stating, "We stayed at the campground for two weeks and it was well maintained and quiet. I would recommend this campground..." This review underscores the park's commitment to upkeep and providing a serene atmosphere, which can be particularly appealing for those seeking a relaxing getaway or a comfortable long-term stay.
Another reviewer shared a heartwarming experience during an unexpected travel delay, noting, "We were there over Easter week. We’d had a two day delay in arrival due to some rv damage. I called Campers RV and the woman answering the phone was helpful and understanding about holding our reservation. Her husband made a point to check on us. Very welcoming." This feedback speaks volumes about the park's customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and a genuine concern for their guests' well-being. The proactive gesture of checking on the delayed guests further emphasizes their welcoming nature.
However, the first reviewer also mentioned a specific detail regarding mail service, stating, "...as long as you don’t need mail sent to you there. There mail system is kind of complicated because the office doesn’t accept mail and the delivery service has to put in a lock box with a code." This is an important piece of information for potential guests, especially those planning a longer stay or who may need to receive mail during their visit. It indicates that while the park itself is commendable, their mail handling process has specific procedures that may not be suitable for all guests. It's advisable to inquire further about these procedures if receiving mail is a necessity during your stay.

Apr 29, 2025 · LINDA JENKINSON (Jersey Devil)We were there over Easter week. We’d had a two day delay in arrival due to some rv damage. Apr 28, 2025 · Lynne TaylorVery nice RV park. The grounds were well kept and I really liked the extras like the hammock hut and the setting areas. The sites were nice with level ground to set up on. All the hookups were well maintained.
May 06, 2025 · James StallionWe were there for Mule Day Weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the RV Campground. The grounds were clean and well maintained and each weather warning or watch we were sent a text letting us know the bathrooms were unlocked in case we needed to shelter. We plan to be back next year!
Apr 06, 2025 · Terri LaneI would’ve loved to give this spot 4 stars BUT…. Be careful to pay at 10:00am sharp, if you check in late, as we did. I had to leave for work and told their “manager” that I would stop in or call when I got back before 5pm. Their office doesn’t open until 10am. Had planned to stay 2+ weeks. First off, I have a ford F250 diesel that I drive carefully and slowly ESPECIALLY in campgrounds. He jumped in front of my truck waving his arms and yelling at me to stop. It’s a good thing I WAS going slowly otherwise I would’ve bumped into him. He actually yelled at me, belittled me, and shamed me for driving “like a manic” through his park. I was idling and covering the brake. Maybe 15mph. Yes too fast and I apologized and things were “good”. Upon returning from work, I stopped at the camper to drop groceries off and check on my elderly father before I went back up to the office. That was about 2:30pm. My father was informed by a different “manager” 3 times while I was away that I needed to pay before 5. So I’d been back maybe 20-30 minutes when the same female that was pestering my father all day came by and asked when I planned to come to the office. I told her that I was coming up in a few minutes. MAYBE 10 minutes had gone by when the tyrant from the morning showed up and DEMANDED that I go up with him to the office to pay NOW. That was at 2:47. How do I know the time exactly? Because he SCREAMED it at me. He then yanked my power cord from “his” power post and violently threw it down and bent the prongs together. Now, I’m not completely innocent myself as after he started yelling and getting violent, I did not back down and bow to him. I think that caught him off guard. SO… moral of the story, if you’d like to try this place out, stay away from the mean guy in the green shirt. See photos below. I did call the sheriff and told dispatch how they could reach me if this place were to call in some type of property damage accusations. I took plenty of pictures of our site and I’m glad I did. I moved down the road to a different park where the owner of that park shared several horror stories about Campers RV Park to include fabricated property damage claims. SO glad I took the pictures.
