Apr 27, 2025 · Heidi SaffordCarson Springs RV Park is a great place if you are looking for a quiet secure place and beautiful place to begin your RV journey. It is right in the middle of everything. 1 hour to Gatlinburg, 45 minutes to pigeon forge, 45 minutes to Knoxville and a little over an hour to the Tri cities. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our first 2 years here. Geoff is the owner of the park is very accommodating and real easy to get along with . It is certainly a great place with good neighbors. If you’re lucky you get a rare bear sighting. Also Douglas lake is 15 minutes away to enjoy. So it’s a place we love to call home right now.
Jan 06, 2025 · Michael BlackburnCarson Springs RV park has been my wonderful home for the past year, and I plan to stay for the foreseeable future. The park offers peace and safety, with the soothing sounds of birds and a nearby creek. Our owner/manager maintains excellent standards, fostering a true community atmosphere. The lots are exceptionally spacious - 2-3 times larger than typical RV parks - with room for multiple vehicles, outdoor amenities such as a BBQ or firepit, and a storage shed if you want. The grounds and utilities are well-maintained, including reliable electricity, water, sewer, and fiber optic internet (billed individually). Located in eastern Tennessee, we enjoy convenient access to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, plus nearby shopping and highways. It's an ideal choice for anyone seeking a clean, safe home in a natural setting.
Feb 06, 2025 · Michael KorbelThis RV park is amazing and so is the owner!! It's a little piece of heaven. We have a creek side lot and it's nice and peaceful. Nice clean park. Everyone is friendly. You can decorate your yard and have a shed with owners permission. The owner is always there to lend a hand and help everyone if a need arises.
