Casa de Amigos Mobile Park Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Sunnyvale area, Casa de Amigos Mobile Park, located at 1085 Tasman Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94089, USA, presents itself as a "nice quiet community" with a range of amenities. While primarily a mobile home park, its features and environment may appeal to individuals seeking a long-term RV stay within a well-maintained and amenity-rich community setting.
One of the frequently mentioned aspects of Casa de Amigos Mobile Park is its peaceful atmosphere. Residents describe it as a "nice quiet community," which can be a significant draw for those seeking a serene living environment away from the hustle and bustle. This tranquility suggests a community that values peace and quiet, potentially making it an attractive option for individuals looking for a more relaxed long-term stay in their RV.
Casa de Amigos Mobile Park offers a variety of amenities for its residents. Notably, there are two clubhouses, two pools, and two hot tubs. While this suggests ample recreational facilities, it's important to note that only one pool and one hot tub are open year-round. This seasonal limitation should be considered by potential residents who value consistent access to these amenities throughout the year. The presence of clubhouses indicates potential spaces for community gatherings or activities, although specific details about their use are not provided in the reviews.
A unique feature of Casa de Amigos Mobile Park is the monthly pancake breakfast, held on the first Saturday of each month. This regular social event provides an opportunity for residents to connect and foster a sense of community. Such organized activities can enhance the living experience and contribute to a more engaging social environment within the park.
Another amenity mentioned by a resident is a gym, indicating that the park caters to the fitness needs of its residents. The availability of a gym on-site can be a significant convenience for those who prioritize regular exercise and prefer not to travel to external fitness centers.
In terms of the living spaces, one reviewer noted that "the houses are larger than expected," and that "mobile homes are good to live in." While this comment pertains to the mobile homes within the park, it suggests a general standard of comfortable living within the community, which could extend to the experience for RV residents in terms of lot sizes or overall park layout.
However, there are important considerations for potential residents, particularly regarding parking and pet policies. Parking at Casa de Amigos Mobile Park is described as "limited," and strict enforcement is in place regarding parking in red zones, with warnings that vehicles will be towed. For contractors visiting residents, there is a requirement to register at the front office to obtain a street parking pass. These parking regulations highlight the need for residents and visitors to be mindful of parking restrictions within the community.
The pet policy at Casa de Amigos Mobile Park is a significant point to note for RV owners with pets. According to a resident, there is "no assigned area for dogs," and while there is grass, dogs are generally "not permitted" due to issues with some individuals not cleaning up after their pets. The current policy reportedly allows only service animals. This is crucial information for RV travelers with non-service animals, as it may preclude them from residing in the park. The reviewer who lives in the park with a service animal expresses disappointment that other people's dogs are not allowed, indicating a strict no-pet policy for non-service animals.
Despite the restrictive pet policy, the reviewer also mentions that "still there are things that make up for it," suggesting that the other positive aspects of the community, such as its quiet nature and amenities, are valued by residents. This highlights the trade-offs that potential residents may need to consider based on their individual priorities.
While the reviews do not explicitly state whether Casa de Amigos Mobile Park accommodates RVs or provides specific amenities for RV hookups (like water, electricity, and sewage), the context of the search category ("RV parks near me") implies that it is worth investigating this possibility. Given the long-term residential nature of mobile home parks, if RVs are permitted, they are likely intended for extended stays rather than short-term camping.
Promotional information is not provided in the available reviews. To inquire about the park's policies regarding RVs, the availability of RV spaces and hookups, the cost of long-term RV stays, and any current promotions or special offers, it is essential to contact Casa de Amigos Mobile Park directly at (408) 734-3379 or +1 408-734-3379. The management will be able to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information tailored to the needs of RV owners.
In conclusion, Casa de Amigos Mobile Park in Sunnyvale offers a quiet and amenity-rich community that may appeal to those seeking a long-term RV stay in the area. Its strengths include its peaceful environment, the availability of two pools (one year-round), two hot tubs (one year-round), a gym, and a monthly pancake breakfast. However, potential residents need to be aware of the limited parking and the strict policy regarding pets, which currently only allows service animals. If you are an RV owner without pets (or with only service animals) seeking a tranquil community with amenities in Sunnyvale, Casa de Amigos Mobile Park is worth contacting for further information regarding their RV accommodations.

Sep 24, 2018 · Victoria Chambers KrollTwo pools, and a gym, the houses are larger than expected, mobile homes are good to live in. The thing is there is no assigned area for dogs, there is grass but dogs aren't permitted because some people weren't picking up after their pets, only service animals are allowed. This is bad news because i have a dog and live here, thankfully shes a service animal but other peoples dogs aren't permitted to go here.Still there are things that make up for it.
May 13, 2023 · Cosmic CometThe electricity just randomly got cut off right now! . I have been living here for years. The security guards at night at very rude. They make their vendors come in to do work with very minimal notice. Last couple of weeks we had our electricity cut off and the building owner put that their own vendor cut a wire accidentally. How is this our fault?!?! If you are thinking of buying or renting. Please reconsider. Update: water has been shut off the entire day. An email was sent with super short notice.
