Fairoaks Mobile Lodge Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in the Sunnyvale area, it is important to consider all available options and understand the current environment of potential communities. Fairoaks Mobile Lodge, located at 580 Ahwanee Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA, is a mobile home park that, based on recent customer reviews, appears to be undergoing significant changes and facing considerable challenges.
One of the primary concerns raised by a long-term resident is the apparent decline in community engagement and the closure of communal facilities. According to the review, the clubhouse has been closed for several years, resulting in the absence of activities and social interaction among residents. The reviewer notes the lack of common social events that were once a part of the community, such as potlucks, movie nights, bingo, meetings, and dances. This absence of organized activities and the observation that "you don't see anyone walking around" contribute to an atmosphere described as "boring" and akin to a "ghost town." This suggests a significant shift from a potentially vibrant community to one where social interaction is minimal.
The reviewer also points out that the perceived lack of community and the resulting atmosphere may be contributing to lower mobile home prices in the area. However, they express optimism that effective management strategies could potentially revitalize the park and create a more enjoyable living environment for residents.
A particularly serious and concerning review details allegations of racism and a significant decline in the quality of life within the park. This long-term resident, who has lived in Fairoaks Mobile Lodge for 15 years, describes a stark contrast between the past, when the park was "well taken care of" with "great" and "caring" neighbors, and the present situation under new management.
According to this review, the new management has hired a park manager whose actions are described as detrimental to the community. The reviewer alleges that a majority of the now rental homes have been rented to individuals described as "racist Hispanics," mirroring the park manager's ethnicity. This is a serious accusation that indicates a potential for discriminatory practices and the fostering of a hostile environment within the park.
The review further details specific instances of alleged misconduct by these new tenants, including driving vehicles without license plates at high speeds on the park's small roads, yelling racial slurs at the long-term resident and their family when asked to stop blocking their driveway, and smoking drugs in close proximity to their home, where the resident's mother suffers from chronic asthma. These are significant disturbances that severely impact the quality of life for the reporting resident and raise serious safety and health concerns.
The reviewer also expresses feeling unsafe within the community, stating that they receive "hostile glares" from these individuals and fear potential assault. A particularly distressing aspect of this account is the alleged inaction of the management in addressing these issues, leaving the long-term resident feeling helpless and desperate to leave the community.
Based on these recent reviews, the environment at Fairoaks Mobile Lodge appears to be facing significant challenges related to community engagement, management practices, and allegations of racial tension and antisocial behavior. The absence of social activities and the perceived lack of community spirit, combined with the serious accusations of racism and mismanagement, paint a concerning picture for potential residents.
Information regarding specific services and features of Fairoaks Mobile Lodge is limited in the provided reviews. The mention of a now-closed clubhouse suggests that there were once communal facilities intended for resident use. However, the current state of these facilities and any other amenities available (such as laundry, maintenance, or security) is not detailed. Similarly, there is no information provided about the availability of RV hookups or the park's policies regarding RV stays. Therefore, it is unclear whether Fairoaks Mobile Lodge currently accommodates RVs or offers services relevant to RV owners searching in the "RV parks near me" category.
No promotional information is available in the provided text. Given the serious negative feedback in the recent reviews, it is unlikely that the park is currently running any promotions. Potential local users considering Fairoaks Mobile Lodge, whether for mobile home or RV living (if permitted), should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions. This would include contacting the management directly to address the serious concerns raised in the reviews and potentially speaking with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the current living conditions.
In conclusion, the recent feedback regarding Fairoaks Mobile Lodge in Sunnyvale presents a concerning picture. The closure of the clubhouse and the lack of social activities suggest a decline in community engagement. More seriously, allegations of racism, antisocial behavior by some residents, and inaction by management raise significant red flags about the current living environment. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities, it is crucial to be aware of these issues and to seek comprehensive and up-to-date information before considering Fairoaks Mobile Lodge as a potential residence.

Fairoaks Mobile Lodge Reviews
The clubhouse is been closed for several years now. There are no activities. You don't see anyone walking around. Looks like if no one lives in there. There are no any activities at the clubhouse, such as potlucks, movie nights, bingo, meetings, no socializing, dances or anything else. It's so boring as there's no socializing in this park, like it used to have. The mobile homes are cheap in this area because of looking like a gust town. However a good management strategy, can change everything and make the living here, much more fun and pleasant.
Aug 07, 2023 · Henry Bit-heydariThis mobile home park is garbage and the new tenants are very RACIST!My family owns our home and have lived here for 15 years, when it was well taken care of and the neighbors were great and cared about each other. The new management has hired a terrible park manager, who has rented the majority of now rent-able homes to racist Hispanics just like her. They race their plate-less cars down our tiny roads and scream racial epitaphs at us when we tell them to stop blocking our driveway with their cars and smoking drugs next to our home, where my mother has chronic asthma. When I drive the roads to get to my house I get hostile glares from people who ruin my quality of living any chance they get. I'm just hoping I can get done with school as fast as possible before one of these terrible excuses for humans assaults me. Which management refuses to do anything about.
