While specific details about all the services and features of Castle Keepers RV Resort are not exhaustively provided in the given information, we can glean valuable insights from the customer reviews. One guest who stayed at site 12 offered a detailed account of their experience: "We stayed her for 2 nights. We had site 12 the lighting good and didn't bleed in the window while we were sleeping so that was nice and even though they were right off the main road it was pleasantly quiet..." This feedback suggests that our RV sites are thoughtfully laid out, considering factors such as lighting and noise levels to ensure a comfortable stay. The fact that the site was quiet despite its proximity to the main road is a significant advantage for those seeking a peaceful night's rest.
The same guest also mentioned a minor issue with their water hookup: "...the only problem we had with our site was our fresh water hose wasn't long enough but we had a back up hose that worked great!" While we aim to provide well-equipped sites, this highlights the importance for RVers to be prepared with essential supplies. We encourage guests to contact us in advance if they have specific concerns about their site requirements.
Connectivity is a growing necessity for travelers, and the guest commented on their experience with our Wi-Fi: "The wifi wasn't that good for me but we assumed coming out this way wouldn't have very good service any way!" While we strive to offer internet access for our guests' convenience, it's important to note that service quality can sometimes be affected by the rural location. We appreciate our guests' understanding and recommend planning accordingly if reliable, high-speed internet is crucial during your stay.
The review also brought attention to our winter precautions: "When we arrived the woman asked us to disconnect our water that night do to the low temp of 32° we have never stayed anywhere that we had to do this so my husband thought he could shut the water off and drain the lines. When we spoke to the woman about the situation the next day she was very passive aggressive about the situation. We understand we should have disconnected the line but i like i said this was our first time going to an RV park and having to do that. if anything had gone wrong or froze we absolutely would have paid to have it fixed. I also understand she is just looking out for her property." This indicates that Castle Keepers RV Resort takes proactive measures to protect its infrastructure during cold weather, which is a testament to our commitment to maintaining a well-functioning property. While the guest expressed initial unfamiliarity with this procedure, they also acknowledged the importance of protecting the resort's facilities. We aim to communicate our policies clearly to all guests to ensure a smooth and understanding experience.
Despite the minor challenges mentioned, the guest also highlighted several positive aspects of their stay: "Aside from that she was nice woman and very informative about what there was do in the area! There is path behind the office to bring your dog and you can let them off the leash down there! This is a nice quiet place." This feedback underscores the helpfulness of our staff in providing local information, enhancing the overall guest experience. Furthermore, our pet-friendly amenities, including a designated off-leash area for dogs, make Castle Keepers RV Resort an excellent choice for travelers with furry companions. We understand that pets are an integral part of many RVing families, and we strive to provide a welcoming environment for them.
The concluding remark from this guest, "Follow the rules and you'll see the beauty this place has to offer!" suggests that adhering to our resort's guidelines contributes to a positive and enjoyable stay, allowing guests to fully appreciate the charm and tranquility of our location.

Jan 10, 2020 · Ashlee & Zachary WalkerOk so this park was probably the prettiest park that we have stay at....however the owner could possibly work on her people skills a bit. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Just fyi no laundry here only an outdoor shower. That was fine for us but just so you know. :-)
Jun 26, 2021 · Melissa NelsonExcellent rv camping. My hats off to the lady ,(Gail) running it.Very well kept, lots of space, quiet, and friendly. We will stay there again.
Mar 26, 2025 · randall horneWe were so happy after calling around for an RV resort to stay at the week between easter & the solar eclipse that there was an available spot for us. Gail couldn't have been more helpful & nice on the phone until we got there & met her. Welcoming us as we arrived after dark & helping my husband back the Travel Trailer in as he was so tired from driving. Thank you Gail for your hospitality and for a peaceful enjoyable stay.FYI. The Fresco shower was awesome
