Staff are very kind and friendly now. We've been here almost 10 years and really like our neighbors on our block. There are several homeowners that take pride and consistency of their lots and some that just let weeds take over and dead grass unattended. We all have the same rules but many out here do not care what the rules say and disregard them which isn't fair to those who do. Staff does what they can but speeding, slinging through corners without slowing down or stopping at all is a problem daily on our block that has zero speed bumps or stop signs at the T. Street parking is prohibited but some use it as their parking lot in the daily. Just watch your pets and children carefully. - Tammy Garcia
