Cave Creek Introduce
Welcome to Cave Creek, a manufactured home community located at 3400 Sagebrush Blvd, Evans, CO 80620, USA. Situated in the city of Evans, Colorado, Cave Creek offers a long-term living environment for individuals and families who own or lease manufactured homes. While online platforms might categorize such communities under 'RV parks near me' due to the provision of individual lots and the potential for extended stays, Cave Creek primarily functions as a permanent or semi-permanent residential area, distinct from the typically short-term nature of recreational vehicle parks. Its location on Sagebrush Boulevard in Evans provides residents with access to local amenities and the surrounding areas.
The environment of Cave Creek presents a somewhat mixed picture based on the available resident reviews. One long-term resident of nearly ten years notes that the staff are now "very kind and friendly," indicating a positive development in management. This resident also appreciates their neighbors on their block, highlighting a sense of community among some residents. However, this positive aspect is contrasted by observations of inconsistencies in lot maintenance, with some homeowners taking pride in their properties while others allow weeds and unattended dead grass to proliferate, despite community rules. This suggests a lack of uniform enforcement or varying levels of commitment to community standards among residents. The same reviewer also raises concerns about speeding vehicles, including those "slinging through corners" and not stopping at a T-intersection lacking stop signs or speed bumps, posing a potential safety issue, particularly for pets and children. Additionally, the prohibition of street parking is reportedly disregarded by some residents who use it as their daily parking area. These observations suggest that while some parts of the community may be well-maintained and neighborly, there are also areas where rule adherence and safety are concerns.
In contrast to older reviews mentioned by a more recent resident, the current staff, specifically Victoria and Shelly, are described as "extremely kind and professional" and "nothing but helpful" in answering questions. This new resident, who moved in a month prior to their review, also praised the quick resolution of an A/C problem, which was repaired the day after it was reported. This positive experience with the current management suggests a potential improvement in service and responsiveness. The neighborhood is described by this reviewer as "very quiet and well kept," offering a contrasting perspective to the long-term resident's observations about some unkempt lots and speeding. This difference in experiences might reflect changes over time, variations between different blocks within the community, or individual perceptions.
Key features of Cave Creek include the long-term residential living offered through manufactured homes in Evans, Colorado. The recent positive feedback regarding the kindness and professionalism of the current staff, particularly Victoria and Shelly, suggests an improvement in management that could enhance the living experience for residents. The quiet nature of the neighborhood, as reported by a recent resident, could be appealing to those seeking a peaceful living environment. The affordability of the community is also highlighted by the recent resident as a significant advantage. The presence of long-term residents, as indicated by the ten-year resident, suggests that some people find Cave Creek a satisfactory place to live over an extended period. However, potential drawbacks include the reported inconsistencies in lot maintenance, the issues with speeding vehicles and disregarded parking rules, and the lack of traffic calming measures on some blocks.
The contrasting reviews provide a nuanced view of Cave Creek. The long-term resident's perspective highlights the importance of neighborly relations on their block and acknowledges the staff's efforts while pointing out persistent issues with rule enforcement and safety concerns related to speeding and parking. The recent resident's positive experience with the current management and the quiet, well-kept nature of their neighborhood suggests that improvements may have been made or that different parts of the community offer varying experiences. The quick resolution of a maintenance issue also speaks positively to the current management's responsiveness. The affordability mentioned by the recent resident could be a significant draw, especially in the context of the broader housing market in the region.
For local users searching for 'RV parks near me' who might be considering a longer-term stay in the Evans area and are open to manufactured home living, Cave Creek presents an option to explore. The reported kindness and professionalism of the current staff are positive indicators. The potential for a quiet living environment and affordability, as mentioned by a recent resident, could also be attractive. However, it is crucial for prospective residents to be aware of the concerns raised by the long-term resident regarding inconsistent lot maintenance, speeding vehicles, parking issues, and the potential lack of uniform rule enforcement throughout the community. Visiting the community and speaking with current residents from different areas within Cave Creek could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the overall living experience.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given text. However, any promotional efforts for Cave Creek could highlight the kind and professional current staff, the affordability of living in the community, and the quiet nature of at least some parts of the neighborhood. Addressing the concerns raised in the negative feedback would also be important. This could involve outlining any new initiatives to improve rule enforcement, enhance community maintenance standards, and address safety issues like speeding. Highlighting any amenities or community features that are available, even if not explicitly mentioned in the reviews, would also be beneficial. Potential promotional points could include the long-term residency of some individuals, suggesting a degree of stability and satisfaction within the community. Interested parties should contact the Cave Creek management directly at (970) 330-1700 to inquire about current lot availability, rental rates or home purchase options, community rules and regulations, and any ongoing efforts to improve the community environment and address resident concerns.
In conclusion, Cave Creek in Evans, Colorado, offers long-term residential living in a manufactured home community. Recent positive feedback suggests improvements in staff kindness and professionalism, and some residents appreciate the quiet atmosphere and affordability. However, potential residents should be aware of reported issues with inconsistent lot maintenance, speeding vehicles, parking violations, and variable rule enforcement throughout the community. It is recommended to contact the management directly for the most up-to-date information and to consider visiting the community to assess whether it meets their individual needs and expectations for long-term living in Evans.

Cave Creek Reviews
Staff are very kind and friendly now. We've been here almost 10 years and really like our neighbors on our block. There are several homeowners that take pride and consistency of their lots and some that just let weeds take over and dead grass unattended. We all have the same rules but many out here do not care what the rules say and disregard them which isn't fair to those who do. Staff does what they can but speeding, slinging through corners without slowing down or stopping at all is a problem daily on our block that has zero speed bumps or stop signs at the T. Street parking is prohibited but some use it as their parking lot in the daily. Just watch your pets and children carefully.
Jun 22, 2024 · Tammy GarciaI’ve seen many reviews saying the staff here are rude and unprofessional, and I can say that is definitely not the case! We just moved in a month ago and Victoria and Shelly are extremely kind and professional! They have been nothing but helpful in answering all of our questions. We had a problem with our A/C after moving in and they had it repaired the next day! The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept! If you are looking for an affordable and nice place to live look no further!
Jun 02, 2024 · Graham AbbottVery clean neighborhood. They are very forceful about their rules, but it's clear that is the reason this doesn't look like a run down crack head trailer park like some of those in the area.*edited 5 mo after move in... am renting and have had major issues with getting maint. issues resolved. Kept saying they'd take care of a water leak, but it got to the point of an ice flow out of my yard before anything was resolved.* edited after 1 yr of living here - if they were as good at completing maintenance tasks as they are at threatening the tenants they might not have as many vacancies as they do. I rented here under the assumption that i would be able to renew my lease for another year while i got financing together for a purchase. After the first year, all of a sudden they no longer lease trailers, (however I've found one of their trailers for rent on zillow) they had me fill out a loan application for their company and tried to get me approved for a loan higher than what they originally told me they were selling the place for. It feels like they just want us out so they can raise the rent or the purchase price to the next poor soul who comes along.
Aug 22, 2018 · Karen KBeen trying to purchase a home. Can't get ANYONE tin the office to answer the phone. Mon-fri 9-5 how about NO. And want you to pay pet rent on your own place. Someone should do the job they get paid to do and answer a phone. 4 days on residents app. NOT more like when it's convenient for them. Sorry if you want to sell your own home management makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE. Buyer beware!
May 14, 2024 · Samantha MaagGreat community, but the staff suck. They leave what we call “ nasty grams” over the smallest stuff and if you don’t do what they want, when they want, they threaten with fines or eviction.I've had multiple neighbors move because of the staff and their outrageous attitude.
