Situated within the city of Greeley, Countryside of Greeley offers a long-term living environment for residents who own or lease manufactured homes. Located in Greeley, a significant city in northern Colorado, Countryside of Greeley benefits from its accessibility to various urban conveniences and local attractions. Residents have access to shopping centers, dining options, recreational facilities, and essential services within a short distance. Greeley offers a blend of small-town charm and big-city amenities, with cultural events, parks, and community activities contributing to a well-rounded living experience. The community's location also provides relatively easy access to major transportation routes, connecting residents to other parts of Colorado and beyond.
The environment of Countryside of Greeley is that of a well-established manufactured home community. Individual lots are designed to accommodate manufactured homes, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. While specific details regarding common areas, landscaping, or recreational facilities within the community are not detailed in the provided information, manufactured home communities often include shared amenities for the benefit of their residents. These may encompass community centers, playgrounds, or designated green spaces, fostering a sense of community among the residents. To obtain specific information about the environment and any shared amenities at Countryside of Greeley, direct inquiry with the management is recommended.
In terms of services, Countryside of Greeley operates as a long-term residential community where residents typically pay a monthly lot rent and are responsible for their own utility connections. These utilities generally include water, sewer, and electricity. The provided customer reviews offer some insights into the management's responsiveness to resident issues. One review mentions difficulties in resolving a power box problem, indicating a potential disconnect between the park's responsibility and the resident's experience in getting it addressed. This review also notes the infrequent presence of the manager in the office and expresses concern about potential retaliation for reporting issues.
Another review suggests that while the community emphasizes the cleanliness of individual yards and lots, other rules, such as those concerning pets roaming freely and excessive parking on roadways, may not be consistently enforced. This indicates a potential inconsistency in the management's priorities or effectiveness in addressing all community concerns. For detailed information regarding the specific services provided by Countryside of Greeley, such as waste management, road maintenance, and community rules and regulations, interested parties should contact the management directly at (970) 356-0711 or +1 970-356-0711.
The primary feature of Countryside of Greeley is its provision of long-term residential living through manufactured homes. This offers a more stable and potentially more affordable housing option compared to traditional site-built homes or short-term RV park stays. The community structure allows residents to personalize their living spaces and establish a sense of permanence. The potential for building relationships with neighbors and being part of a long-term community is another significant feature that distinguishes manufactured home communities from the more transient nature of RV parks.
However, the customer reviews highlight some potential challenges within Countryside of Greeley. The concerns raised about unprofessional management, difficulties in resolving maintenance issues, and inconsistent rule enforcement are important considerations for prospective residents. The lack of consistent on-site management, as indicated by the reviews, could impact the responsiveness to resident needs and the overall community environment. It is crucial for potential residents to weigh these concerns against the benefits of long-term residency in a manufactured home community.
For local users searching for 'RV parks near me' who might be considering a longer-term stay or are interested in manufactured home living, Countryside of Greeley presents an option within the city. While it may not offer the typical amenities and services catered towards recreational vehicles, its focus on manufactured homes provides a different type of residential opportunity. Countryside of Greeley Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Very unprofessional management when problems arise. Problems with power box. Was told by Excel it was the parks responsibility to fix. Went through hoops to get it fixed. Manager has not been in the office. She left a note on the door but some people don't see it and I pray there will be no retaliation.
Aug 10, 2023 · Preston SowlOnly rules they care about here is your yard and lot to be clean other then that you see cats/dogs running around and excessive cars parked on the road and managent is never in the office
Jun 02, 2024 · Pedro MendezManagement appears nice, we just wonder why so many people don't like living there, little bit of a red flag.Over 80% of 'mobile homes' never go anywhere, due to contractual clauses, so you'd best be ready to either live here forever if you buy, or abandon the place and lose it by default when you move, only to be sold again by the parks' owners.Watch a 20 minute hilarious segment on 'Last Week with John Oliver: Mobile Homes' first. You'll laugh a lot AND think again.
Aug 25, 2019 · Richard MarkI Do not recommend this place for anyone at all. At first it was a nice place to live management abided by the contract you signed. Joyce, our first manager at the time was awesome then she and left and all went down drain. We were able to park for free in the storage and use the dumpster had access to the storage. Now we have a brown noser 👃 that does whatever she wants and constantly threatening to evict people. And rent constantly is going up, mail boxes constantly braking in when it snows streets don't get cleaned up like they should never in the office when you need them so, yeah look somewhere else to move in better. Today is 1-8-2019 and just happened to read last year response no it's a big lie dumpster was closed and we were not allowed to dump anything in it and my light outside lamp is still broken because Josie the manager told the maintenance man not to fix it and it seems that she picks and chooses . There are some houses here that has so much stuff in front and nothing is said to them and others get threatened warnings and"illI come and check your property to see how you are leaving " to me that is called harassment hostile environment if wanting publicity we can give you publicity . I recommend cease and deceased and no retaliation be taken for practicing our constitution freedom of speech .
Jan 09, 2019 · J E3 children and a pregnant mom have been without water because of the negligence of the park. It's been three days and counting with no response from management. They frequently have issues with the water and fail to resolve them. But if you're a minute slow to cut your grass - although this year it a burned up because they failed to turn on the water - they're "Johnny - on -the -Spot" to fine you or threaten you with an eviction notice.Seriously sad treatment of tenants.
