Five Star Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Tucson, Arizona area, Five Star Mobile Home Park, situated at 1305 W Prince Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, USA, presents itself as a community offering mobile home living and potentially accommodating recreational vehicles. This introduction aims to provide an objective assessment of the park based on the limited and somewhat contrasting feedback available from online reviews.
One of the initial positive aspects highlighted in the customer reviews is the helpfulness of a staff member named Tracy. One reviewer expressed extreme satisfaction with their experience, specifically mentioning Tracy's promptness and the ease she brought to the moving process. This positive interaction suggests that at least some members of the management or staff are dedicated to providing good customer service and facilitating a smooth transition for new residents. For those seeking "mobile home rentals Tucson" or considering parking their RV in a new location, helpful and efficient staff can be a significant asset.
However, a more recent and detailed review presents a contrasting perspective, raising concerns about security and management's response to resident issues. This reviewer, after residing in the park for less than three weeks, reported encountering problems with the security of their front area. They described a situation where non-residents would park and sit directly in front of their window, severely impacting their privacy and preventing them from opening their blinds or enjoying their outdoor space. The reviewer stated that they contacted management multiple times seeking solutions to deter this traffic from their front area.
According to this reviewer, the only suggestion offered by management was to park their own vehicle directly in front of their window, which they deemed impractical and unsafe due to speeding tenants in the back area of the park nearly hitting their car. The reviewer expressed significant disappointment with management's handling of the situation, particularly their apparent unwillingness to implement any form of barrier between their property and the park's entrance, which was described as being directly in front of their window. The reviewer felt that their privacy concerns were not adequately addressed, leading to considerable dissatisfaction just a few weeks after moving in, despite having invested a significant amount of money to relocate.
The issue of security and privacy raised in this detailed review is a critical consideration for anyone looking at "RV parks near me" or "mobile home parks Tucson." The lack of a resolution to the traffic issue in front of a resident's home and the perceived unwillingness of management to implement preventative measures could be a significant drawback for potential residents who value their privacy and security. It suggests that the park may have limitations in terms of infrastructure or policies to address such concerns effectively.
On a more positive note, another brief review mentions a friend purchasing a trailer park within this "small but very cute park" and encourages the park to "keep up the great work." This suggests that there are aspects of Five Star Mobile Home Park that are appealing to some, possibly related to its size or aesthetic charm. However, this review lacks specific details about the environment, services, or features that contribute to this positive impression.
Considering the limited information, Five Star Mobile Home Park appears to have a mixed reputation based on recent customer experiences. While one account praises the helpfulness of a specific staff member during the moving process, another detailed account raises serious concerns about security, privacy, and the management's responsiveness to these issues. The park is described as "small but very cute" by one reviewer, but this is a subjective assessment without further elaboration on the park's environment or amenities.
Given the contrasting feedback, potential residents searching for "long-term RV Tucson" options or "mobile home rentals Tucson" should exercise caution and seek more information before making a decision. It would be prudent to contact Five Star Mobile Home Park directly at (520) 353-3437 or +1 520-353-3437 to inquire about their policies on security, privacy, and how they address resident concerns. Visiting the park in person, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the environment, layout, and overall atmosphere. Asking specific questions about traffic flow within the park and any measures in place to ensure residents' privacy would be advisable.
The lack of detailed information regarding specific services and features, such as laundry facilities, communal areas, or RV hookups, makes it challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of what Five Star Mobile Home Park offers. The available reviews primarily focus on management interactions and a specific security/privacy issue. Therefore, prospective residents should proactively seek information about the amenities and services provided to determine if they meet their needs.
In conclusion, while Five Star Mobile Home Park has received some positive feedback regarding staff helpfulness and a general impression of being a "cute" park, significant concerns have been raised by a recent resident regarding security, privacy, and the management's handling of these issues. Individuals considering this park for RV or mobile home living should conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the management and ideally a visit to the property, to assess whether it meets their requirements and provides a comfortable and secure living environment. The limited and conflicting nature of the online reviews underscores the importance of obtaining firsthand information before making a commitment.

Five Star Reviews
I am extremely happy with my experience. Tracy is absolutely amazing she is prompt and has made every single bit of my moving experience that much easier. Thank you so much Tracy!!Update:After only being here less than 3 weeks I have a countered problem after problem with keeping my front area secure. I have contacted management and asked them for numerous ways on how to help me try to keep traffic out of my front area because the people just come and park and sit in front of my window making it to where I'm not able to open my blinds or have my door open or enjoy the outside area. The only solution is park right in front of the window where their back tenants speed through and almost hit my car so that's not possible. I'm very sad because I put a lot of money in to come and move into this house just to be disappointed and told that I'm not able to have privacy I don't know for what reason they're not willing to put up any barrier from my place to the entrance to the mobile home park and I'm just all in all after 2 and 1/2 Weeks very disappointed in the way management is handling the situation. I was told I'm not allowed to put any security lining in front of the fence just on able to go out and enjoy outside the entrance to the park is literally my front window they're not willing to put any barrier tokeep traffic from entering that area I'm at a loss.
