Lamplighter Reviews
I've lived here for over 10 years. The streets are maintained regularly. The pool is kept clean and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves. Tracy does a good job of running it and keeping it a quiet, clean place to live. My interactions with her have always been positive. As other reviewers have stated, as long as you follow the rules of the park, you won't have any problems.
Apr 19, 2023 · Tammy MehrI love it here! Lamplighter is a beautiful place to live! it always clean the manager Tracy is outstanding she is the best property manager I have ever had and she works really hard at keeping this a nice place. The pool and laundry rooms are immaculate! It's quiet and the residents here are friendly. Wonderful community to live in!
Dec 21, 2023 · tracie johnsonQuiet , clean. Tracy manages the property well. We used Uber a lot and they were even impressed with the maintenance of the property . The speed bumps are a little extensive, but hey no one’s speeding! The lot rent is a little pricey, but the electric is included with the lot rent. It would be easier if the lot rent was available to view & pay online. I hadn’t seen Tracy driving around the lot at any odd times, she’s just checking on the property, as she should.
Jul 01, 2023 · Rose FilanowiczI've lived here for over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about Lamplighter. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and clean. Tracey, the Manager has always been attentive and responsive to any questions or problems I have had. It's very nice here!
Apr 21, 2023 · Mark MillerNope that manager Tracy, she is unprofessional and very rude!! Stay away! Unless you want to live somewhere where the manager seriously drives around all night long and even parks in front of the park and just waits there yeah you have no privacy !! I don’t know how my friend lives there, we see her on the cameras when we visit just driving around just looking when I went over there to visit & that’s like harassment to them they can’t even be comfortable because of how much compliants she gives them and how she is just looking and doing circles like a security guard. Someone should be comfortable in their own home, they even told us not to visit them frequently because they didn’t want another complain from her. How sad is that. Stay away unless you want to deal with that manager Tracy!
