Rancho Del Sol Introduce
Rancho Del Sol, located at 3120 N Romero Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, USA, operates as a mobile home park that also falls under the broad category of "RV parks near me," potentially offering spaces for both long-term mobile home residency and extended RV stays. Based on the provided customer reviews, Rancho Del Sol presents a divided perspective, with residents offering contrasting experiences regarding its management and the maintenance of its environment. This dual narrative is crucial for prospective residents to consider when evaluating this community. The park can be contacted at (520) 244-1000 or +1 520-244-1000.
The environment of Rancho Del Sol is subject to varying interpretations. One resident, a long-term occupant, describes their experience as "amazing," suggesting a positive overall living environment. This implies that for some, the park offers a comfortable and satisfying place to reside. However, another review directly contradicts this positive portrayal, noting that despite lot rent increases intended "to maintain the safety and beauty of the park," the management "doesn’t really do anything" in practice. A specific environmental concern highlighted is that "The fence at the back of the park as been falling down for a year now and nothing has been fixed. It’s a safety hazard. Every time a storm comes through, it falls down even more." This indicates significant neglect of a crucial structural element that impacts both safety and aesthetics. Therefore, while some residents may find the environment pleasant, there are clear indications of neglected maintenance that detract from the park's overall appearance and safety.
In terms of services, the property management team at Rancho Del Sol receives both commendation and severe criticism. One long-term resident offers effusive praise, stating they "had an amazing experience with the property management team! They are always professional, responsive, and truly care about the community." Specific individuals, Lewis and Skylar, are singled out for "going above and beyond in making everything run smoothly," highlighting their "dedication and attention to detail." This perspective suggests that for some residents, the management is highly effective, supportive, and committed to maintaining a positive community. However, an opposing view asserts that "The management here is horrible." This stark contrast points to a potential inconsistency in management's performance or perhaps different experiences among various residents or over different periods. The core of the criticism lies in the alleged failure to act on maintenance issues despite collecting increased lot rent for that purpose.
The features of Rancho Del Sol, based on the reviews, include the fundamental aspects of a mobile home park: individual lots for homes and the presumed provision of essential utilities (water, sewer, electricity), although these are not explicitly detailed. The existence of a fence, even a dilapidated one, suggests an attempt at delineating the park's boundaries and perhaps providing a measure of security, though its current state negates this benefit. The primary "feature" under debate is the effectiveness of the maintenance and management in preserving the park's promised "safety and beauty." For those looking for "RV parks near me," the provision of RV spaces with necessary hookups would be expected, but the concerns regarding general park upkeep and management responsiveness would directly apply to RV residents as well.
Promotional information for Rancho Del Sol would likely focus on the positive aspects highlighted by satisfied residents: the professional, responsive, and caring nature of the property management team, including the specific commendations for Lewis and Skylar. It would emphasize the goal of creating a "great place to live" and a positive community experience. The park's location at 3120 N Romero Rd in Tucson would be presented as convenient, offering access to local amenities and services typical of the area. However, an objective introduction must also acknowledge the critical feedback, particularly concerning maintenance issues like the deteriorating fence and the perception that rent increases do not translate into visible improvements.
For individuals considering Rancho Del Sol, whether for a mobile home or an RV, it is crucial to reconcile these divergent perspectives. The contrasting reviews about management effectiveness and maintenance suggest that a thorough personal investigation is indispensable. Prospective residents should: contact the park directly at (520) 244-1000 or +1 520-244-1000 to inquire about current lot availability and rates, utility provisions, and specific park rules; ask direct questions about the park's maintenance schedule and how residents can report and track repairs; and, most importantly, visit the park in person. During a visit, prospective residents should pay close attention to the general upkeep of common areas, individual lots, and critical infrastructure like fencing. Speaking with multiple current residents (if possible, in an informal setting) can provide invaluable, firsthand insights into their experiences with management, maintenance, and the overall living environment at Rancho Del Sol, helping to determine if the park aligns with their expectations for a safe, well-maintained, and responsive community.

Sep 13, 2024 · Johnny FredrickThe management here is horrible. Raises the lot rent to maintain the safety and beauty of the park but doesn’t really do anything. The fence at the back of the park as been falling down for a year now and nothing as been fixed. It’s a safety hazard. Every time a storm comes through, it falls down even more.
Nov 04, 2021 · Becca Clementswent by as i am looking for a place to rent and everyone from the sales and leasing team to the property manager i spoke to were just the nicest! were very informative and helpful. the place i looked at was really nice and the neighbor i met when viewing the property was really sweet! looking forward to moving in!
Sep 13, 2024 · Samantha connerHad a great experience with Leo from property management. Was good in answering calls or getting back to me within minutes. Answered all questions and extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you.
Oct 18, 2024 · Juan PulidoLewis and Ryan are the rudest people i have ever dealt with in my life. Lewis held me hostage in the park to where i couldn’t leave! Absolutely no professionalism what so ever. Not to mention if you ever have any issues that need fixed, good luck getting someone to come fix it at that point its your problem. We have stayed there renting for barely a month and are already leaving due to the disrespect and harassment we have endured from Lewis alone. COMFORT COMMUNITIES IS NOT SOMEWHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE. There are houses full of trash floor to top they just let sit. illegal drug activity and people throwing there used burnt foil in our yard after they’ve smoked there drugs throughout the night walking around. they do not care about the tenants what so ever all they care about is your money and wasting your time. So to those who are thinking about living here because its cheaper than most, save yourself the time, money and effort because they will treat you very poorly. Absolutely the worst place ive lived, worst people i have ever had to deal with and i will say it until im blue in the face. terrible service, terrible management, and terrible attitudes.
