Country Estates Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching within the category of "rv parks near me," it is important to clarify that Country Estates Mobile Home Park, located at 3500 35th Ave LOT 165, Greeley, CO 80634, is a residential community designed for long-term living in manufactured homes, rather than a recreational vehicle park for temporary stays. You can contact them at (970) 330-2690 or +1 970-330-2690 for inquiries regarding long-term residency within the park.
Customer reviews for Country Estates Mobile Home Park present a somewhat concerning picture regarding recent changes and management practices. Several residents have voiced significant issues related to increasing costs and inconsistent communication regarding essential services. These points should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating long-term residency in this community.
A primary concern raised by multiple reviewers is the escalating lot rent under new management. One long-term resident notes that "Ever since being under new management, the lot rent has gone up every year (as often as they legally can) by at least $50 sometimes more..." This pattern of consistent annual rent increases poses a financial burden on residents, particularly those on fixed incomes. The reviewer also expresses a concern that this strategy may be aimed at eventually displacing older residents. This trend of rising costs is a significant factor for potential residents to consider regarding the long-term affordability of living in Country Estates.
Another significant issue highlighted in the reviews is the unpredictable disruption of water service. One resident reports that the management will "randomly shut off your water during the day to do maintenance without any sort of warning, no note or email regarding the situation." This lack of prior notification can be highly inconvenient for residents, disrupting daily routines without allowing them to prepare. This suggests a potential lapse in communication and consideration for the residents' needs during maintenance periods.
The sentiment expressed by one reviewer, "New management is nice as all, but it’s just another big corporation trying to convert affordable housing into another 55+ community money grab," raises concerns about the long-term vision and direction of the park. The implication is that the current management may be prioritizing financial gains and potentially aiming to shift the community's demographic, which could impact the existing residents and the overall atmosphere of the park.
A more recent resident, who moved in March 2023, echoes some of these complaints. Their primary issues include "people parking in areas that block my area where I park," indicating potential issues with parking enforcement or availability within the community. They also mention the problem of "the water being turned off without a warning to do maintenance work," corroborating the experience of the longer-term resident. Furthermore, this reviewer confirms the trend of increasing costs, stating that "the rent going up, they raised the cost of our trash removal." Adding to the communication concerns, they note that "they changed the days it comes without a proper notification to let the residents know."
Despite these significant concerns, the more recent resident also offers a slightly more balanced perspective, stating, "Otherwise I have no issues with the community or the leasing office staff." This suggests that while there are problems with management policies and communication regarding maintenance and costs, interactions with the leasing office staff themselves might be positive, and there might be a sense of community among the residents that is appreciated.
Based on the available reviews, the environment and overall atmosphere of Country Estates Mobile Home Park are not extensively described, aside from the mention of parking issues and the implication of a potentially changing demographic. There is no information provided regarding common areas, recreational facilities, landscaping, or community events. Therefore, it is difficult to assess these aspects of the park objectively based solely on the provided reviews.
Similarly, specific services and features of Country Estates Mobile Home Park are not detailed in the reviews, beyond the mention of water service and trash removal, both of which have been subjects of complaints regarding inconsistent communication and increasing costs. We lack information about laundry facilities, community buildings, pet policies, or other amenities that might be relevant to potential long-term residents.
There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the negative impacts of new management, specifically regarding rising costs and a lack of communication about essential maintenance and service changes.
For local users in Greeley seeking long-term housing in a mobile home park, Country Estates Mobile Home Park presents a community with potential concerns regarding increasing costs and inconsistent communication about essential services. While there might be positive aspects related to the community itself and interactions with the leasing office staff, the reported issues with rent hikes, unannounced water shutoffs, and changes to services like trash removal should be carefully considered. Prospective residents should weigh these potential drawbacks against any perceived benefits before making a decision.
Given the significant concerns raised in the reviews, it is highly recommended that anyone considering residency at Country Estates Mobile Home Park conduct thorough due diligence. This should include directly contacting the management to inquire about current lot rental rates, the history of rent increases, policies regarding maintenance and communication with residents, and the terms of the lease agreement. Speaking with current residents (if possible) could also provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living experience in the community and whether the issues raised in the online reviews are ongoing concerns.
In conclusion, Country Estates Mobile Home Park in Greeley has elicited concerns from residents regarding increasing lot rent under new management, a lack of communication about water maintenance, and changes to services like trash removal. While some residents might find positive aspects within the community and interactions with the leasing office, the potential for rising costs and inconsistent service information are significant factors that prospective long-term residents should carefully evaluate. This mobile home park does not appear to cater to the needs of RV travelers seeking short-term stays.

Country Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
If you move here, couple things you should know. Ever since being under new management, the lot rent has gone up every year (as often as they legally can) by at least $50 sometimes more, and I’m assuming they’ll do so until they can kick out all of the old residents. They’ll also randomly shut off your water during the day to do maintenance without any sort of warning, no note or email regarding the situation.New management is nice as all, but it’s just another big corporation trying to convert affordable housing into another 55+ community money grab.
Dec 02, 2024 · Nikole WertzI moved here back in March of 2023, so far the only complains I have are people parking in areas that block my area where I park. Second is the water being turned off without a warning to do maintenance work. Third is the rent going up, they raised the cost of our trash removal. In addition they changed the days it comes without a proper notification to let the residents know. Otherwise I have no issues with the community or the leasing office staff.
Dec 03, 2024 · Fabiola YangMaria, the property manager is one of the most prejudice people I've not had the pleasure of meeting since moving to Colorado. She constantly harrases, bullies and threatens a friend of mine because apparently it is the ONLY MOBILE HOME in the entire area where black people happen to visit.Yes, Maria the property manager, black folks have their OWN places to live. She gives my friend outrageous demands no other tenants are expected to do. She is extremely rude to my friend for no apparent reason but just out of pure hate for the company they keep. This is a review to inform MARIA, the property manager this is the year 2022, bullying/harassing/threatening a person in anyway is ILLEGAL, especially when it's based on pure ignorance and prejudice toward a certain group of people.
