Greeley RV Park Introduce
If you're searching for "rv parks near me" in the Greeley, Colorado area, Greeley RV Park, located at 501 E 27th St, Greeley, CO 80631, presents a viable option for both short-term and long-term stays. You can reach them at (970) 353-6476 or +1 970-353-6476 for inquiries and reservations. Based on recent customer reviews, Greeley RV Park offers a generally positive experience with some specific points to consider.
One of the frequently mentioned positive aspects of Greeley RV Park is its quiet atmosphere. According to a guest who stayed for a few months, the park is described as "Quiet RV park," which can be a significant draw for travelers seeking a peaceful environment. This tranquility suggests that the park provides a respite from the noise and bustle often associated with more crowded or centrally located areas.
For those planning an extended stay, Greeley RV Park appears to cater well to long-term tenants. The same reviewer noted that there were "longterm tenants" present during their stay, indicating that the park accommodates individuals and families looking for a more semi-permanent living arrangement in their RVs. This can foster a sense of community within the park and suggests that the facilities are equipped to handle the needs of longer-term residents.
In terms of services, Greeley RV Park offers practical amenities that enhance the convenience of staying there. The "package and mail system was great," according to one review. This is a significant advantage for travelers and long-term residents alike, providing a secure and reliable way to receive mail and packages. Additionally, the availability of "Laundry facilities were very good as well" is another notable benefit, allowing guests to easily take care of their laundry needs on-site without having to venture out.
The physical layout of the RV sites is mentioned in one review, stating, "Sites were super close together." While this might be a concern for some, potentially impacting privacy and personal space, the reviewer also noted a mitigating factor: "but it wasn’t full so we got lucky and didn’t have immediate neighbors." This suggests that the experience can vary depending on the park's occupancy at the time of stay. If the park is not at full capacity, guests might enjoy more space and less direct proximity to neighboring RVs. However, during busier periods, the close proximity of sites could be a consideration for potential visitors.
Location-wise, Greeley RV Park offers a balance between accessibility and a slightly more secluded feel. The review mentions it being "Out of the city but only a mile away." This suggests that while the park provides a quieter environment away from the immediate urban center, it remains conveniently close to the amenities and services of Greeley, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and other necessities. This proximity is a significant advantage for those who appreciate a peaceful setting without being too far removed from city conveniences.
However, not all feedback is entirely positive. One review highlights a concern regarding the service provided by a "Young office lady." The reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with her perceived lack of care and responsiveness, specifically mentioning a significant delay in getting propane refilled. The comment, "She seems like she doesn’t care about her job or give a crap about what’s going on," and the experience of "waiting on propane for five hours" raises a potential issue with the efficiency and attentiveness of the office staff in this particular instance. The reviewer contrasts this with previous experiences where a person named Michael handled propane refills quickly, suggesting inconsistency in service quality depending on the staff member on duty. This is an important point for potential guests to be aware of, as it indicates that service experiences might vary.
The reviewer also mentions that the "North desk lady should be ashamed" in relation to the perceived poor service. While this is a strong statement based on a personal experience, it underscores the impact that front office staff can have on the overall guest satisfaction. Efficient and helpful office personnel are crucial for a positive RV park experience, handling inquiries, requests, and ensuring smooth operations.
Considering the information available, Greeley RV Park offers a generally quiet and convenient location for RV stays in Greeley, Colorado. It appears to be well-suited for both short-term travelers and those seeking longer-term arrangements. The availability of amenities such as a reliable mail system and good laundry facilities adds to its appeal. However, potential guests should be aware of the possibility of closely spaced sites and the reported inconsistencies in office service, particularly regarding propane refills. It might be beneficial to inquire about site availability and propane service procedures when making a reservation.
For local users searching for "rv parks near me," Greeley RV Park provides a location just outside the city center, offering a quieter environment while still being within easy reach of Greeley's amenities. The positive mentions of long-term tenants suggest a stable community within the park. While the negative feedback regarding one office staff member should be noted, the overall impression from the reviews indicates a decent place to stay, especially if a quiet setting and essential amenities like laundry and mail service are priorities. It would be prudent for prospective guests to consider the potential for closely situated sites and to perhaps inquire about the propane service process to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Greeley RV Park Reviews
Everything about this park is pretty good except the Young office lady. She seems like she doesn’t care about her job or give a crap about what’s going on. I’ve been waiting on propane for five hours. It seems excruciating hard for her to lift a finger and call The Man (Michael) to fill my tanks Last time… And the times before that …. It was a matter of 10 minutes and I even give him a tip but to her, it’s the world’s biggest problem and inconvenience. North desk lady should be ashamed
Apr 29, 2025 · Allonce HairWe stayed here for a few months. Quiet RV park with longterm tenants as we were at the time. Package and mail system was great. Laundry facilities were very good as well.Sites were super close together but it wasn’t full so we got lucky and didn’t have immediate neighbors. Overall a decent spot to stay. Out of the city but only a mile away.
Feb 20, 2025 · Colton AlbertStayed for about two months and overall had a really great experience! As with all parks, there are pros and cons.Pros - great laundry facilities, easy to get packages, less than an hours drive from Denver and a lot of other great tourist type places, refillable drinking water on site for $0.50 a gallon (same as Walmart) and amazing community of people!Cons - it does look run down (it’s really not that bad) and Greeley in general smells (no fault of the campground - it’s farm country)Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about the campground itself. Most people staying are long term which really gives it that feel of a neighborhood. If I’m ever back in that area, I will stay again.

Apr 24, 2025 · Rafael GuzmanMy wife and I stayed here for alittle over 6 weeks...Nice location with easy on/off access to the nearby highway. The shower and laundry facilities were great and they have a mail room for their guests which worked out great for getting our orders from Amazon. The staff was friendly and professional...Overall a good stay at an affordable price. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the Greeley area.
