Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" that offer affordability and a strategic location for exploring the southwestern region of Washington State? Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle RV Park, situated at 18909 Anderson Rd SW in Oakville, provides an inexpensive and clean option for RV travelers looking for a practical basecamp. While it may not be a "fancy" RV park, its functionality, cost-effectiveness, and access to local attractions make it a noteworthy choice for budget-conscious travelers and those interested in day trips.
One of the most significant advantages of Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle RV Park, as highlighted by a reviewer, is its affordability. Described as "inexpensive," this RV park offers a budget-friendly option for travelers who prioritize functionality and location over extensive amenities. For those looking to save on accommodation costs while still having a comfortable and clean base, this park presents a compelling value proposition.
Beyond its affordability, the park's location is frequently praised for its convenience. One reviewer notes that it is a "great place as a home base for day trips," indicating its strategic positioning for exploring various attractions and destinations in the surrounding area. While the specific day trip options are not detailed in the reviews, its location in Oakville suggests potential access to the Washington coast, the Olympic Peninsula, and perhaps even the greater Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan area within a reasonable driving distance. This makes it an attractive option for travelers looking to see a variety of sights without having to relocate their RV frequently.
In terms of amenities, Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle RV Park provides essential hookups for RVs. Guests can expect water and electric service at their sites, with both 30-amp and 50-amp options available to accommodate different RV power needs. This ensures a comfortable stay with basic necessities covered. It is important to note, however, that the park operates with a "dump station only," as mentioned by a reviewer. This means that individual sewer hookups at each site are not available, and RVers will need to utilize the central dump station, typically located at the entrance or exit of the park, for waste disposal. The significantly inexpensive rates are directly attributed to this limited sewer service, making it a trade-off that many budget travelers find acceptable.
A unique and attractive feature of this RV park is its direct connection to the Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle Casino. For those interested in gaming, dining, or entertainment offered by the casino, access is made incredibly convenient. Reviewers highlight that anytime guests want to visit the casino, they can simply call the hotel, and a shuttle service will be dispatched to pick them up directly from the RV park. This complimentary shuttle service eliminates the hassle of driving and parking at the casino, allowing guests to fully enjoy their visit without transportation concerns. This amenity is a significant draw for visitors looking to combine their RV stay with entertainment options.
While not described as "fancy," the park is consistently noted for its cleanliness. One reviewer explicitly states, "Not a fancy RV park but clean." This indicates that while the park may lack elaborate landscaping or extensive resort-style amenities, it prioritizes hygiene and upkeep, ensuring a comfortable and sanitary environment for its guests. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of a pleasant stay, and Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle RV Park appears to meet this basic yet crucial requirement.
To summarize the key aspects of Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle RV Park for local users searching for "RV parks near me":
- **Affordable Rates:** Offers an inexpensive option for RV travelers on a budget.

The absence of sewer hookups at individual sites is a trade-off for the lower cost.

Chehalis Tribe’s Lucky Eagle RV Park Reviews
Inexpensive with lots to do in any direction. Great place as a home base for day trips. Dump station only but very inexpensive as a result.
Mar 30, 2025 · David MedlockLove staying here when we want a quick getaway. Not a fancy RV park but clean. They have water and electric (30 & 50 amp) at the sites and have a dump station at the entrance. Anytime you want to go to the casino, just call the hotel and they’ll send a shuttle to pick you up.
Nov 29, 2023 · Lynne SimpsonThe RV park is always well kept and looks very nice, about the same as when we first started coming here after it opened. Getting the discount rate via the hotel booking process makes this a great affordable overnight stop. The park itself is always quiet but between the roundabout on Hwy 12 and the local gas station/store across the street it gets a little noisy once in a while. Still a great overnight while traveling i5or 12
Jul 03, 2023 · Troy RussellVery clean and quiet park, the staff are friendly and helpful. The pet areas are well kept and have nice grass. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.
Aug 23, 2023 · Mike CThis rv park is located about 1/4 mile from the casino. No one on site. You call the casino when you arrive and tell them what space you are parking in. The road throughout the park is blacktop and all the pads are concrete. Everything was easy peasy for our entire stay. No dump at your site and no showers. Nonetheless it was a great place to stay. Rated it 4 stars as road noise from highway 12 was a bit off putting.
