Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort Introduce
For those in search of "RV parks near me" in the Beaumont, California region, Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort, located at 36805 Brookside Ave, Beaumont, CA 92223, USA, offers a camping experience with a mix of positive aspects and areas for potential consideration. You can reach them at (866) 217-8111 or +1 866-217-8111 for inquiries and reservations.
Based on recent customer feedback, Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort presents a generally positive environment. One visitor who spent a weekend at the resort reported having a "good time" and noted that the "camp ground is well maintained." This suggests that the resort takes pride in the upkeep of its grounds, contributing to a pleasant and organized camping experience for its guests. While the same reviewer mentioned that the "spots are a little tight," this is a common characteristic of many RV parks and resorts, often balanced by other appealing features and amenities.
A notable aspect highlighted in the reviews is the opportunity to learn about membership perks. One guest mentioned sitting through a "sales pitch with Pat" and found him to be "great." They further stated that "if we were better off financially at the moment we would’ve certainly signed up as the memberships perks are great and worth it." This indicates that Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort offers a membership program that may provide significant benefits and value for frequent RV travelers. Potential guests might want to inquire about the details of these memberships to determine if they align with their travel habits and financial considerations.
Adding to the positive experience of this particular reviewer, they confirmed receiving a promised prize, directly contradicting claims made by others. This suggests that while some guests may have had different experiences regarding promotions, positive outcomes are indeed possible.
However, it's important to consider all feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of the resort. One significant concern raised by a recent visitor pertains to the pool facilities. They reported that "the pool heater is broke" and consequently, "Pool is too cold to use." For guests planning to utilize the pool during their stay, this is a crucial piece of information to verify with the resort prior to booking, especially during cooler months or times when a heated pool is desired.
Another point of contention raised in the reviews involves the resort's policy regarding children in the spa. A guest mentioned that "County allows children under 14 in sap with adult supervision," but claimed that "Management will tell you it’s against the law and you will be cited. It is not true." This discrepancy in information regarding local regulations and resort policy is something potential guests with children might want to clarify directly with the management to avoid any misunderstandings or issues during their stay. The reviewer further pointed out that "Emerald Cove allows children in the spa but Cherry Valley has an issue," suggesting an inconsistency in policies among different RV resorts in the area.
To provide a balanced perspective for those searching for "RV parks near me," it's evident that Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort offers a well-maintained environment and potentially valuable membership opportunities. The positive sales experience reported by one guest indicates a professional approach to presenting these memberships. However, prospective visitors should be aware of the reported issue with the pool heater and the differing information regarding children in the spa, and should seek clarification from the resort management to ensure their expectations are met.
As an RV resort, Cherry Valley Lakes likely provides essential amenities such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups at each site. Given that the spots are described as "a little tight," it would be beneficial for potential guests to inquire about the size and layout of the RV sites to ensure they can comfortably accommodate their specific RV. Other common amenities found at RV resorts might include restrooms with showers, laundry facilities, and possibly recreational areas or activities. Contacting the resort directly can provide detailed information about the specific amenities available.
The location in Beaumont, California, offers access to the natural beauty and attractions of the Inland Empire region. Beaumont is situated near the San Bernardino Mountains, providing opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and exploring. The area also offers local conveniences and services. For those seeking a base to explore Southern California, Beaumont's location could be advantageous.
In conclusion, Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort presents itself as a well-maintained campground with the potential for valuable membership perks. However, prospective guests should be mindful of the reported issue with the pool heater and the need to clarify the resort's policy regarding children in the spa, especially if these amenities are important to their stay. Despite these points, the positive feedback regarding the maintenance of the grounds and the helpfulness of the sales staff suggests a generally positive camping experience. For those looking for "RV parks near me" in Beaumont, Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort is worth considering, with a direct inquiry to the management recommended to address any specific concerns or questions about amenities and policies.

Cherry Valley Lakes RV Resort Reviews
Spent the weekend here and had a good time. Spots are a little tight but camp ground is well maintained. We sat thru the sales pitch with Pat and he was great. If we were better off financially at the moment we would’ve certainly signed up as the memberships perks are great and worth it. We received the prize and not sure why others here are saying differently. I recommend camping here.

Feb 25, 2025 · Mark WhiteWas made reservation. Traveled 3 hours to get there only to be denied entrance. No reimbursement of fee, nor gas or time traveling there. Completely frustrated with the lot!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone, oh besides the place looks like an rv storage not a rezort!
Apr 15, 2025 · Rach PatlaWe were excited to visit based on their website pics. But the RV sites were basically a bumpy/cracked driveway, no grass, unable to level our RV. Staff were nice. The website also stated 2 fishing ponds were stocked with trout and catfish. Able to catch 2 per day each. But at the resort, the signs were everywhere, stating catch and release only, barbless hooks only. They showed firepits, and when I called to ask, they permitted above ground pits with screen at our campsite, the answer was of course yes. Again, signs stated not permitted. Membership only, and we stayed for their presentation, but this park is just too run down to want to ever come back. Especially without fishing or being able to roast marshmallows for somors. Boring 😴 way too expensive for the lifetime bill. Nope
Dec 01, 2024 · Sandra TorresThe picture on here looks nothing like the place. The fishing pond is very small! The man at the office Jeff is so very rude and I believe judged us because we are a bi-racial all female couple with 2beautiful brown babies. The location is right off the freeway and there is nothing around there to do that you could walk to. The RV spots are extremely close together. We did not end up staying due to how we were treated and will never recommend this place to another living soul!!
