Welcome to Royal Coach, a mobile home park situated at 39060 Cherry Valley Blvd in the serene community of Cherry Valley, California. Located in the picturesque landscape of San Bernardino County, Royal Coach offers a residential setting for those seeking a long-term living arrangement within a mobile home park community. While categorized under "RV parks near me" on some platforms, it's important to note that Royal Coach primarily functions as a mobile home park catering to residents who own or plan to acquire a mobile home for long-term occupancy.
Cherry Valley itself offers a tranquil environment, characterized by its natural beauty and a more relaxed pace of life compared to larger metropolitan areas. Residents of Royal Coach can potentially enjoy the surrounding landscapes, which may include views of the nearby mountains and the open spaces that define this region of Southern California. The location also provides access to local amenities and services within Cherry Valley and neighboring towns, ensuring residents have access to essential shopping, healthcare, and recreational opportunities.
Based on available information, Royal Coach can be contacted directly at (951) 845-2738 or via mobile phone at +1 951-845-2738 for inquiries regarding residency, availability, and specific park regulations. These contact numbers are crucial for prospective residents to gather the most up-to-date and detailed information directly from the management.
To provide a balanced perspective, it's essential to consider feedback from individuals who have experienced Royal Coach firsthand. Public reviews offer insights into the lived experiences within the park. One review mentions the park's historical aspect but points out a potential lack of shower facilities for guests. This suggests that while the park may have a long-standing presence in the community, certain amenities might be limited for visitors.
Another review presents a more critical viewpoint, alleging issues with pest control, specifically mentioning roach infestations, and expressing dissatisfaction with the current management. It's important for prospective residents to weigh such feedback carefully and consider it as part of their overall assessment. It is advisable to seek current information from the management and potentially speak with current residents to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the present living conditions and management practices.
When considering Royal Coach as a potential long-term living option, it is recommended to inquire about various aspects of the park. These may include the types of mobile homes accommodated, the size and layout of available spaces or lots, and the associated costs such as lot rental fees, utilities, and any other community charges. Understanding the financial commitments is crucial for making an informed decision.
Furthermore, it is important to inquire about the services and features offered within the mobile home park. Standard amenities in such communities often include water, sewer, and electrical hookups for each lot. Additional features might encompass on-site management, maintenance services, community areas, laundry facilities, and potentially recreational amenities. Given the feedback regarding guest shower facilities, it would be prudent to clarify the availability of such amenities for residents and their visitors.
Understanding the community rules and regulations is also essential for prospective residents. These guidelines typically cover aspects such as landscaping maintenance, pet policies, parking, noise levels, and other factors that contribute to the overall living environment within the park. Adherence to these rules ensures a harmonious community for all residents.
While specific promotional information is not available in the provided data, it is common for mobile home parks to occasionally offer incentives or special deals to attract new residents. Interested individuals should directly inquire with the management about any current promotions or upcoming offers that might be applicable.
In conclusion, Royal Coach mobile home park in Cherry Valley, CA, offers a long-term residential option in a relatively tranquil setting. While online reviews provide some insights into past and potentially current conditions, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence. This includes contacting the management at (951) 845-2738 or +1 951-845-2738 to obtain the most current information regarding availability, pricing, amenities, rules, and management practices. Visiting the park in person, if possible, can also provide a valuable perspective on the environment and overall atmosphere. By combining information gathered from various sources, including direct communication with the park and considering available feedback, individuals can make a well-informed decision about whether Royal Coach aligns with their long-term housing needs in the Cherry Valley area.

Royal Coach Reviews
The park is historic and it would've been better if there were someplace to shower for guests..
Apr 13, 2025 · Kc JonesKnow many people who have lived there. That place is roach infested and the new management sucks.
Feb 15, 2025 · laura kyneOwner doesn't take care of anything. Supposed to be senior park but they rent to anyone. Large dogs also.
Sep 28, 2024 · Sherrie Long110 spaces. This is a 55 plus mobile home community. The management is attentive and considerate of the needs of the residents. It's an older community mainly single wide mobile homes. The residents are friendly and help each other quite a bit. The community has a pool, a Jacuzzi, a laundry room and the clubhouse.Clubhouse activities include bingo, and Saturday morning coffees where Donuts are often provided. there's a billiard table and small kitchen in the clubhouse. Restrooms are available near the pool. Many residents use golf carts here for Local transportation. There's a small shopping center within half a block on Beaumont Avenue. Two restaurants and a bakery are in the shopping center. A church at the same corner at the Grange hall, and Shell gas station also on the same intersection. Beaumont High School is directly across the street. The local grocery store is nearby, and a Stater Brothers Market is 2 mi south on Beaumont Avenue.
