Noble Creek RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in Beaumont, California, that offer a range of amenities and a pleasant environment? Noble Creek RV Park, located at 650 Oak Valley Pkwy, Beaumont, CA 92223, USA, has garnered varied feedback from recent visitors, highlighting both its appealing features and significant concerns regarding recent price increases.
Several reviewers have expressed positive initial impressions of Noble Creek RV Park. One simply stated, "This place was great," while another noted it was "far better" than some other experiences. A particularly enthusiastic review described it as their "favorite RV spot so far," praising the spaciousness of the sites and the abundance of "big beautiful trees." The reviewer also enjoyed the sounds of nearby softball games and the activity at the horseshoe pits, highlighting the park's connection to local recreational facilities.
Indeed, Noble Creek RV Park appears to be more than just an RV parking area. It boasts a range of amenities that could appeal to families and those looking for activities during their stay. These include at least four softball fields, a dog run for pet owners, a children's play area, and an open field with a dirt race track. This suggests a park that is integrated with the local community and offers recreational opportunities beyond basic RV accommodations.
The nightly rates provided in one review offer a glimpse into the pricing structure: $35 for no hook-ups, $40 for water and sewer, and $60-65 for concrete pads with full hook-ups. At the $35 price point, one reviewer considered it a "great price." However, this positive sentiment is overshadowed by more recent and significant concerns about rate increases.
Several reviews within the last month point to a substantial price hike implemented after a recent board meeting. One reviewer stated that while most rent-based increases are typically in the 30-40% range, Noble Creek RV Park's increase was "close to 85%." This significant jump in rates appears to have been unexpected, with the reviewer claiming that no mention of such an increase was made during previous stays or while making reservations earlier in the year. The implementation of the increase was described as happening "overnight," leading to considerable dissatisfaction among some visitors.
The impact of these high rent increases seems to be noticeable within the park. One reviewer observed a significant drop in occupancy, stating that the number of campers went from 12-14 down to just 3-4. This "dead" appearance of the park raises questions about the value proposition for the increased rates. The reviewer expressed an expectation of corresponding improvements to justify the higher prices, implying that such improvements were not evident.
Another point of contention mentioned in the reviews concerns the park's maintenance practices. One reviewer noted that maintenance activities start early in the morning. Additionally, they pointed out an apparent inconsistency in the enforcement of park rules, stating that while golf carts and other motorized vehicles are supposedly not allowed for residents, maintenance staff operates such vehicles early in the day.
Considering the search term "RV parks near me," Noble Creek RV Park offers a location in Beaumont with a variety of amenities that could be attractive to RVers, especially families and those interested in recreational activities like softball. The presence of spacious sites and mature trees adds to the appeal of the environment. However, the recent and substantial rate increases are a significant drawback that potential visitors must consider. The reported decrease in occupancy suggests that others have found the new pricing unfavorable.
Potential services and features at Noble Creek RV Park, based on the reviews, include:
- RV sites with varying levels of hook-ups (no hook-ups, water and sewer, full hook-ups with concrete pads).
- Spacious sites with "plenty of room for RVs."
- Abundant "big beautiful trees" providing shade and a pleasant environment.
- Recreational facilities such as at least four softball fields, horseshoe pits, a dog run, a children's play area, and an open field with a dirt race track.
- Maintenance services (starting early in the morning).
The proximity to local recreational activities, such as the softball games, suggests a connection to the Beaumont community. This could be a positive aspect for those looking to integrate with the local scene.
However, the lack of communication regarding the significant rate increase and the subsequent apparent decline in the park's vibrancy are serious concerns. Potential visitors should inquire about the current rates and any planned improvements that might justify the higher cost.
There is no explicit promotional information in the provided text, such as discounts for longer stays or special offers for new visitors. The focus is on the park's amenities, the recent rate hike, and its impact.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Beaumont, CA, Noble Creek RV Park presents a mixed bag. The park offers appealing amenities and a potentially pleasant environment with its trees and recreational facilities. However, the recent, substantial, and seemingly unexpected rate increases, along with the reported decrease in occupancy and questions about value, should give potential visitors pause. It is crucial to inquire about the current pricing and any future plans for the park before making a reservation.
In conclusion, Noble Creek RV Park in Beaumont, CA, boasts spacious RV sites, beautiful trees, and a range of recreational amenities, making it potentially attractive to families and active RVers. However, recent and significant rate increases have led to concerns about value and a noticeable decline in occupancy. Potential visitors should carefully consider the current pricing and the lack of apparent improvements corresponding to the higher rates. Direct communication with the park management is recommended to obtain the most up-to-date information on pricing and any planned enhancements.

Noble Creek RV Park Reviews
This place was great. At least it was far better..In the last month a board meeting was held and at that meeting the board agreed on a price increase. Most rent based increases are between 30-40%. The park district increased close to 85%.At no point of any of my stays or while I was making reservations at the beginning of the year it was mentioned anything about rate increases it happened overnight. This is what the park looks like with high rent. Went from 12 to 14 campers to 3 to 4.Nightly rates35 for no hook-ups40 for water and sewer60-65 concrete pad and full hook-ups.Attached photos show different rates and spots that they offer.I would expect that there would be improvements made to show why they are increasing the rates.Maintenance starts there day early in the morning. Rules do not allow for golf cats or motorized vehicles but Maintenance comes by as the sun comes up.This place looks dead.

Aug 22, 2022 · MotoHomo RV lifeIt’s on the back side of Nobel park. As of 9/24 there’s lots of construction traffic that is currently working on the power lines adjacent. It has a very nice dog park that is well maintained and shopping a mile away. Good cell service but no WiFi or cable.
Sep 24, 2020 · Joshua BelloThis RV park has great potential but has serious issues. The power posts are 50 amp ONLY so bring an adapter if you're only 30 amp. Would've been nice to know that beforehand since sites listed as 30/50 & had to run to Walmart during rush hour to buy adapter. Power and water worked fine, didn't use sewer hookup. The RV park is essentially bare dirt & concrete sites. The weeds and "goat heads" have overrun this place. Every time I walked around I got stickers in my shoes. The unpaved dirt sites are covered in weeds. Also be very careful as gophers or ground squirrels have dug up holes everywhere making walks in the grass hazardous. The park is not well maintained at all, which is a shame because it's an otherwise nice green space. There are large overhead powerlines just to the north. Overall, I would stay again if it were solely for an event/emergency. Other than that I wouldn't go back.
Sep 12, 2023 · Douglas PostonI travel full time and stop at dog parks to let my pup run out her energy before we do a long drive to the next place. I tried to get a space for the night because it got dark and Im not safe to drive at night. They told me they couldn't rent me a space for the night because I'm not technically an RV. I have a very small pull behind trailer. I then found a space a good ways away from the park but close enough I could walk to the dog park in the morning before we took off. There was no signs saying I couldn't park for a night and the managers knew I was there they watched me set up for bed. I had no problems through the night but in the morning the managers woke me up at 6am and told me I had to leave. I told them I plan on it once the fog settles and after I run my pup and estimated about 1pp ish depending on the weather most likely sooner that I'd be gone. They said that was fine and I went about my morning routine. The next think I know I have 3 cops pulled up on me and threaten to tow my car and trailer and arrest me for threatening the manager and doing drugs. I showed all my paperwork and explained my side of things and they told me to get on the high way and get out of town cus if they see me again they are gonna arrest me and town my home. Be careful of the managers they will act nice to ur face and then be jerks behind ur back. They effectively ran me out of town because they denied me a place to stay that I was willing to pay for and got mad I found one for free. I would be careful here the managers are not nice. The people are great and the dog park is nice just not the managers.
