Carolina Springs Mobile Home Introduce
Carolina Springs Mobile Home, located at 1798 Gibson St, Fayetteville, NC 28301, USA, is an all-ages community designed to offer affordable and long-term housing solutions. While the platform category "RV Parks Near Me" often suggests temporary accommodations for recreational vehicles, Carolina Springs Mobile Home focuses on manufactured homes for residents seeking a more permanent and economical place to live in the Fayetteville area. It's a community that caters to individuals and families looking for an alternative to traditional rental markets, providing a distinct living experience.
The park is situated in Fayetteville, North Carolina, a city with a vibrant atmosphere and close proximity to key areas, including Fort Bragg. Carolina Springs aims to provide a friendly atmosphere with generously sized home sites and streets that are suitable for leisurely strolls around the neighborhood. The overall environment, as described by residents, presents a mix of experiences. On one hand, the presence of local wildlife such as deer and foxes running around at night indicates a connection to nature, which some might find appealing. On the other hand, the experience of constant observation by office staff, as reported by a former resident who felt "watched constantly," can contribute to a feeling of lack of privacy. This suggests that the management style might be more hands-on in its oversight of the community. The mixed perception of the environment indicates that while there are natural elements, the social dynamics and management's approach play a significant role in residents' experiences.
The park's location offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, being approximately three miles north of Downtown Fayetteville. This strategic placement ensures that residents can easily reach necessary amenities and recreational activities. Nearby attractions include the Cape Fear Botanical Garden, Fayetteville History Museum, and ZipQuest. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are walking trails, hiking opportunities, and golf courses in the vicinity, enhancing the quality of life for residents.
Carolina Springs Mobile Home provides essential services to its residents, though the quality and responsiveness can be varied based on individual experiences. A significant positive feature mentioned by residents is that water is included in the rent, which can lead to substantial cost savings for tenants. This is a considerable advantage for those on a budget, making the overall cost of living more predictable and affordable.
However, some reviews highlight challenges related to maintenance and pest control. Reports of bugs and roach eggs getting into homes suggest that pest management might be an ongoing concern for residents. Furthermore, promises of exterior maintenance, such as cleaning rust off trailers, have reportedly gone unfulfilled, leading to dissatisfaction. This indicates that while some services are provided, the follow-through on certain commitments and the overall responsiveness of the maintenance team may be inconsistent. Residents have recounted instances where requests for cleaning or repairs were met with delays or were simply not addressed.
The park is known to be pet-friendly, which is a key feature for many individuals and families looking for housing that accommodates their furry companions. This policy allows residents to bring their pets, fostering a more inclusive living environment. The park also emphasizes providing energy-efficient homes, which could lead to lower utility bills for residents over time, although specific details on this are limited in public reviews.
In terms of community amenities, information from external sources suggests that Carolina Springs Mobile Home Park offers a clubhouse, pool, play fields, pocket parks, tot lots, fitness center, and greenway trails. These amenities are designed to encourage social and physical activity among residents, contributing to a sense of community and wellness. However, it's important to note that specific resident reviews about the direct experience with these amenities at the Fayetteville location are limited, and some of these broader amenities might refer to a larger "Carolina Springs" development in a different area like Apex/Holly Springs, NC. Therefore, prospective residents should verify the exact amenities available at the Fayetteville location.
Carolina Springs Mobile Home positions itself as an affordable housing option in Fayetteville. The inclusion of water in the monthly rent is a key promotional point for its cost-effectiveness. For those searching on platforms like "RV Parks Near Me" who are contemplating a long-term move to a more permanent residence, mobile home parks often present a significantly cheaper alternative to traditional apartment rentals or homeownership in the area. The rental market in Fayetteville can be competitive, and mobile homes offer a more accessible entry point into the housing market.
While the exact rental rates for specific homes are not publicly detailed in the provided reviews, the general sentiment indicates that living here is "cheap." This affordability is a significant draw, especially for individuals or families looking to manage their living expenses effectively. The community aims to provide well-maintained mobile homes, often with features that contribute to comfortable living, even if there are occasional challenges with maintenance responsiveness. The focus on providing quality living at an affordable price point is central to its appeal.
For inquiries regarding current availability, specific home features, or to schedule a visit, interested individuals can contact Carolina Springs Mobile Home directly at (910) 491-2716 or +1 910-491-2716. It is always advisable for prospective residents to visit the park, assess the condition of available homes, and speak with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the living experience and to clarify any concerns based on past resident feedback. This proactive approach will help ensure that Carolina Springs Mobile Home aligns with individual housing needs and expectations.

Oct 16, 2024 · Kimberly HolmesWhen I called to get some information on the unit, the receptionist was rude and short. I think that what they are asking for rent they should offer a little more. But overall the park was nice and clean. There were a few lots that were unkept, but the maintenance of the grounds was acceptable.
May 28, 2013 · Neja TorainThe office manager is nice but lacks training, organization and professionalism skills. She provides costly misinformation. Despite good intentions, she serves poorly as a liaison for tenants and the corporate office. Contacting the corporate office is an unsuccessful challenge
Jul 01, 2019 · Amy EvansI stayed in the trailer park the over all trailer was ok. But the landlord was rude using cursing and just over all mean. When problems occurred with the trailer and I had to go over her head to corporate she would not give me the number. I went to google and got the corporate number myself. Mrs.Campbell is a nasty women when it comes to customer service she uses the maintenance man as her spy so if u move watch out for him.
