Southlawn Reviews
Margaret, our new manager, has really turned things around here. In the few months she has been here, it has changed from a sad, uncomfortable place to live, to a home community where we are treated as valued residents, instead of just a lot number and a rent check. Margaret treats people with care and respect. She was left with a lot of problems to solve, but she is making good progress. She listens to our questions and concerns and tries to offer reasonable solutions whenever possible.
Mar 07, 2025 · Mary Ellen GrayotIt is a place of love / peace in this community. The Manager that's on site now, is off the chain. She cares about how we live, she cares about what need in our homes to make us comfortable. She's a Caring Manager. I've never seen nothing like it. Even the Manager before her, Mr.Nazir he cared about what was going on. But it was only so much he could do. But he pushed, but the Manager that we have Now. God sent her to us, the Mobile Park is really feeling like home. We thank God for the "Release".
Oct 16, 2024 · Helen JohnsonThis is the worst place to live the rules don’t make since, you can’t park in your own yard because the parks says you can’t but you are responsible for the grass year round, I’m in a wheelchair and I pulled up close to my mothers door so it wouldn’t be so hard on me, she said and I quote you need to move your car off the grass before I have it towed, as rude and as power hungry as you can get, I was completely at a loss of words. The picture is where the car is parked now imagine it pulled forward 10ft, do not live here unless it’s your only option. This place is ridiculous. The sheer disrespect this woman had was appalling
Dec 15, 2023 · Nicholas BakerThis community is one of the best communities AS A WHOLE that I’ve come across in Fayetteville. It is very quiet, and police visits are a RARITY. They currently have a sale going on with a $10,000 incentive!!
