Based on the available customer reviews, this mobile home park appears to offer a peaceful and safe environment, managed by owners who genuinely care about their residents. While primarily a mobile home park, these positive attributes could also extend to any RV accommodations they might offer.
One of the most striking aspects highlighted in the reviews is the strong sense of community and safety at Westgate Mobile Home Village. A long-term resident of 33 years emphatically states that the place is "absolutely peaceful and safe for families" and that they "wouldn't choose any other place," especially considering negative experiences elsewhere. This lengthy tenure and strong endorsement speak volumes about the positive living environment within the park. The reviewer also suggests that any negative reviews might stem from individuals who were evicted for issues such as not paying rent or being involved in illegal activities, implying that the management actively works to maintain a positive and safe atmosphere by addressing problematic behavior.
The owners of Westgate Mobile Home Village are consistently praised for their caring nature and their commitment to the well-being of their residents. One reviewer describes them as "some of the greatest people you will ever deal with" and emphasizes that "they do care about the tenants well being and keep track of how the older tenants are faring." This level of personal care and attention to the residents' needs fosters a sense of security and community within the park. The fact that "everyone looks out for each other and the kids" further reinforces this image of a close-knit, family-oriented environment where residents feel supported and protected.
The park manager is also commended for being "nice and extremely helpful." A responsive and supportive park manager is crucial for addressing residents' concerns and ensuring the smooth operation of the community. This positive feedback suggests that potential RV guests can expect to interact with helpful and approachable staff.
The environment of Westgate Mobile Home Village is described as "peaceful," which is a significant draw for many seeking a tranquil living or temporary stay. This suggests that the park is likely well-maintained and offers a calm atmosphere, potentially away from the noise and congestion of more urbanized areas. While the reviews don't provide specific details about landscaping or common areas, the emphasis on peace and safety implies a well-tended and orderly environment.
Considering the perspective of someone searching for "RV Parks Near Me," the positive attributes of Westgate Mobile Home Village – safety, peacefulness, caring owners, and a helpful manager – could be highly appealing. While it is a mobile home park, these qualities often translate well to accommodating RVs, especially for those seeking a more community-oriented and secure setting compared to traditional, transient-focused RV parks.
However, the reviews do not explicitly state whether Westgate Mobile Home Village offers designated RV sites or what specific services and features might be available for RVs. Typically, RV parks provide amenities such as electrical hookups (varying amperages), water and sewer connections, and possibly common facilities like restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and Wi-Fi. To determine if Westgate Mobile Home Village can accommodate RVs and what amenities are available, direct contact with the management is essential. Inquiries should include:
- Do you have designated spaces for RVs?
- What types of utility hookups are available at the RV sites (e.g., 30/50 amp electric, water, sewer)?
- What are the daily, weekly, or monthly rates for RV parking?
- Are there any size restrictions for RVs you can accommodate?
- What amenities are available to RV guests (e.g., restrooms, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi)?
- What are your policies regarding pets and the length of RV stays?
The positive testimonials suggest that the owners and manager are likely to be forthcoming and helpful in providing this information.
The reviews also touch upon the sense of community within Westgate Mobile Home Village, where "everyone looks out for each other and the kids" and it's described as "basically a huge family" where "everyone is welcomed." This strong community spirit could be a significant benefit for RVers, especially those planning a longer stay, as it offers a sense of belonging and support that might be lacking in more transient RV parks.
In terms of promotional information, the overwhelmingly positive reviews act as strong endorsements for the park's environment, safety, and management. The long-term resident's unwavering loyalty and the praise for the owners and manager serve as powerful testimonials. The emphasis on peace and safety, particularly for families, could be a key selling point for those prioritizing these aspects when choosing an RV park. The welcoming and family-like atmosphere also suggests a friendly and inclusive environment for newcomers.
For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in Fayetteville, NC, Westgate Mobile Home Village presents a compelling option based on its reputation for safety, peacefulness, and a caring community. While it is crucial to verify if they accommodate RVs and what specific amenities are available, the positive feedback from long-term residents indicates a well-managed and welcoming environment. Westgate Mobile Home Village Reviews
This place is absolutely peaceful and safe for families. The only reason they have bad reviews is because there's people who didn't pay rent or sold drugs and caused trouble so they got kicked out. I've been here 33 years and I wouldn't choose any other place, considering I've had terrible incidents happen elsewhere. If I could give 10 stars I would. The owners are very nice people who looks out for everyone's well being. Everyone looks out for each other and the kids. It's basically a huge family and everyone is welcomed ☺️
Jun 03, 2022 · Laura JamnickOwners are some of the greatest people you will ever deal with. They do care about the tenants well being and keep track of how the older tenants are faring. The park manager is nice and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to move your mobile home then this is the place for you.
Nov 02, 2018 · cb pierceThis neighborhood is not a place that I would want to live. Some residents keep their lots nice but most are trashy and the mobile homes are run down. The roads are full of potholes that will put your vehicle in jeopardy.
Nov 27, 2018 · Joseph WarfieldI absolutely love the property, the only think is they need a new lawn service. They cut the grass but don't bother to weed eat around my friends steps nor his handicap ramp, which makes it more than difficult to go in and come outside, half the time I'm concerned something is hiding in the grass.
Sep 06, 2020 · Monika WoodsonThey're always going up on the lot rent saying they're gonna improve the place and never do. The park has went down hill. Use 2 be a nice place. Not no more.
