Fayetteville, North Carolina, is a dynamic city, primarily known for being home to Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg), which contributes to its diverse population and economic activity. The city offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including extensive retail centers, various dining options, and recreational opportunities. The 28314 ZIP code, where Art's RV Sites is located, is particularly well-regarded for its convenience. It is situated off Skibo Road, a major commercial artery in Fayetteville, ensuring that residents have easy access to virtually everything they might need. This area is characterized by a mix of residential and commercial properties, offering the convenience of urban living while still maintaining a sense of community. The climate in Fayetteville features hot, humid summers and short, cold winters, with rainfall throughout the year. The general environment in this part of Fayetteville is well-developed, with established infrastructure and access to city services.
The environment within Art's RV Sites itself is consistently praised for being quiet and welcoming. Reviews frequently mention that the park is "clean, quiet and friendly." The description of it being "like a little hidden gem" implies a more intimate and less bustling atmosphere compared to larger, more transient RV parks. The fact that the ground is described as "flat" is a practical benefit for RVers, simplifying the setup process for their rigs. While not explicitly stated to be heavily wooded, the area in Fayetteville generally includes mature trees, which can provide shade and a sense of natural beauty. The park appears to be designed to accommodate various RV sizes, with some sources indicating it can accommodate RVs up to 34 feet or even 36 feet, although one source specifies 32 feet for certain rigs, so prospective guests with larger vehicles should confirm suitability.
In terms of services and features, Art's RV Sites provides essential amenities for a comfortable RV stay. It offers a total of 16 RV sites, with a significant number featuring full hookups. Specifically, 7 sites are fully equipped with water, electric, and sewer connections, while 3 additional sites offer convenient water and electric connections. All sites are designed to accommodate 30 amp service, and some listings also mention 50 amp service availability, catering to a wide range of RV power needs. Crucially, good water pressure is highlighted in a review, which is a vital comfort feature for RVers. Wi-Fi is also listed as an amenity, essential for communication and entertainment in today's connected world. For those needing to dispose of waste, a dump station is available on-site. The park also welcomes pets, which is a significant advantage for travelers with animal companions, although specific pet policies (e.g., leash requirements, restricted areas) should be verified upon inquiry.
The promotional information for Art's RV Sites largely stems from the effusive praise from its residents, which paints a picture of a truly exceptional RV park experience. The owners, Art and Nicole, are consistently described as "very nice" and are lauded for making residents "feel at home." This personal touch and strong sense of hospitality are recurring themes in the reviews. Phrases like "smartest RV park idea ever" and "probably the most friendly RV park that I’ve seen in the area" emphasize the unique and positive atmosphere. The park's convenience to "everything you might need" due to its location off Skibo Road is a major selling point, making it highly practical for both short and long-term stays. The repeated recommendation for anyone looking for a spot in the Fayetteville/Fort Liberty area underscores the high level of satisfaction among its users. The phrase "it’s like a little hidden gem for long-term RV living" specifically targets those looking for a stable and welcoming community for extended periods, highlighting its suitability for military personnel, traveling professionals, or those simply desiring a longer stay in the area.
While specific recreational facilities like clubhouses or swimming pools are not mentioned in the provided information, the focus on quietude and friendliness suggests a more relaxed, residential-style RV park rather than a resort with extensive shared amenities. The emphasis is clearly on creating a comfortable and supportive environment for its residents. The combination of essential full hookup services, a convenient location, and, most importantly, the exceptionally positive management and community atmosphere makes Art's RV Sites a highly attractive option for RVers in the Fayetteville area seeking a welcoming and stable place to stay.

This is the smartest RV park. Art and Nicole are very nice. They make you feel at home. Love it.
Jul 27, 2022 · Monica ScarboroughThis is such a great place to stay!!! The owners are extremely helpful and it’s quiet there. It's probably the most friendly RV park that I’ve seen in the area and it’s convenient to everything you might need (off of Skibo rd). It’s like a little hidden gem for long-term RV living. The ground is flat and the water pressure is good. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking a for a spot while staying in the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area. 👍
Apr 03, 2022 · Dustin ThweattMy husband & is just recently bought an RV & this was the first RV park we stayed at its very quiet & peaceful here & we felt very safe our entire stay. the owner is so friendly, helpful & made sure we were ok or if we needed anything. Although there are no amenities i think the people who run it make up for it by making it such a pleasant experience. We felt like family after the first day or so & my husbands a veteran & has pretty bad anxiety around people so it takes alot for my husband to feel comfortable but he did here! Would definitely visit again!

I came from the Midwest for a while temporaryon family business. I have been here since fall of 2018. Some friends who have stayed here over the years recommend Art's RV to me. I have also told other friends the same. I am very content here.
