Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park & Storage Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Ridgefield, Washington area, Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park & Storage, located at 203 NW 179th St, Ridgefield, WA 98642, USA, presents an option that requires careful consideration based on recent customer feedback. You can contact them at (360) 326-3503 or their mobile number +1 360-326-3503 for inquiries. However, it's important to be aware of the concerns raised by recent visitors before making a decision.
One recent reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with their three-night stay. They pointed out a notable lack of direct access to the adjacent Clark County Fairgrounds, questioning why a pedestrian gate with a key code was not implemented for easier access. This could be a considerable inconvenience for visitors hoping to attend events at the fairgrounds. Furthermore, this reviewer reported finding trash and food in their designated spot upon arrival, indicating a potential lapse in site cleanliness between occupants.
More alarmingly, the same reviewer described witnessing raw sewage leaking from a long-term tenant's RV, specifically unit #1 located near the office. They expressed concerns about the gross and unsanitary conditions, finding it surprising that the office staff might not have noticed the issue given its proximity. Based on this experience, the reviewer strongly advised against staying at Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park & Storage and recommended looking elsewhere for RV accommodations.
Another, seemingly longer-term, reviewer also voiced several significant criticisms. They noted that the park was not new even five years prior and highlighted the poor quality of the internet service. This reviewer questioned the inability of the parent company, "rv in styles," which reportedly owns RV spots across the USA, to provide reliable internet access. An update from this reviewer indicated that free internet was no longer available and that the paid internet service, run by two brothers, was "awful," leading to a characterization of the owners as "cheap." For many RV travelers, especially those needing to work remotely or stay connected, poor internet can be a major drawback when considering "RV parks near me."
This longer-term reviewer also mentioned issues with parking regulations, stating that renters were not allowed to park their cars in different spots or on the road. They recounted an incident of someone doing brake work on a friend's car in the visitor parking in front of the office, noting that the individual lived above the office. This suggests potential inconsistencies or lax enforcement of park rules.
A significant portion of this longer-term review focused on the impact of concerts held in Ridgefield, WA. The reviewer described disruptive noise from concert attendees driving by, including yelling, cursing, drag racing, and distressed individuals. They recounted a specific incident of a car parked in the fire lane at the RV park for two hours late at night with someone sitting inside. Despite the police station being nearby, the reviewer claimed that no officers intervened, even after 10 pm, which is a noise ordinance violation in Washington State. The reviewer expressed frustration with the lack of enforcement and the prolonged noise disturbance extending well past the 10 pm concert end time, sometimes lasting until 12:30 am or later. They indicated an intention to call the police frequently during future concert events due to the noise.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," these reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the cleanliness, sanitation, amenities (specifically internet), and the overall environment, particularly in relation to noise disturbances from external events. The lack of direct fairgrounds access, despite the park's name, also diminishes a potential key attraction for visitors during fair events.
Given the seriousness of the allegations, including raw sewage leaks and persistent noise issues, it is imperative for potential visitors to exercise extreme caution and seek further information before considering a stay at Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park & Storage. Contacting the management to address these specific concerns and inquire about their current practices and any planned improvements is strongly recommended. It would also be prudent to seek more recent reviews from other sources to gain a broader perspective on the current state of the park.
Promotional information is absent in the provided data. Therefore, any potential services, features, or special offers would need to be directly obtained from the park management. Inquiring about amenities such as laundry facilities, restroom and shower quality, security measures, and the availability of full hookups would also be essential.
In conclusion, while Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park & Storage is located near the Clark County Fairgrounds in Ridgefield, WA, recent customer reviews raise significant concerns about cleanliness, sanitation, internet reliability, and noise disturbances, particularly related to external concert events. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in this area should carefully weigh these negative experiences and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the management, before making a reservation. It would be wise to explore alternative RV park options in the Ridgefield, WA area to ensure a more satisfactory and comfortable stay.

Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park & Storage Reviews
Not impressed. Stayed here 3 nights. The "Clark County Fairgrounds RV Park" is adjacent to the fairgrounds. But there is no access to the fairgrounds! Like, how easy would it be to put a pedestrian gate with a key code? Second, my spot had trash and food in it. Third, one of the RVs of longterm tenants had black water (raw sewage) leaking out from the RV. Super gross and unsanitary. And this was unit #1, right by the office. You would think the office could smell it?!? Wouldn't recommend staying here. Best look elsewhere. ✌️
Mar 24, 2025 · Wyatt Williams5 years ago this park wasnt new. The internet is awful. Explain to me why this company rv in styles owns rv spots across the USA but cant get internet to work.Update the have no free internet no more. Its a internet started by 2 brothers its awful. Cheap owners. How do Hotels do it. They let renters park there cars in different spots or in the road. All not allowed. One dude did his friends brakes in thr visitor parking in front of office. That dude lives above the office. The concert people driving by is a joke. They walk yelling, cussing, drag racing, girls crying. One chick last night pulled her car in the fire lane at the rv park for 2 hours. She was sitting in it. The cop shop is a block away. I didnt see a cop stop. Its after 10pm thats a noise ordinance violation. Like I said the cops just leave!Ridgefield,Wa should have never put that concert in. Its a joke and a mess. Not using my money to watch old worn out Bands.Concerts end at 10pm its 12:30 before the last car rolls by. No cops around either. Next year after 10pm when those folks take off and drive bye being loud. I am calling the cops every 20 minutes. Ridgefield Wa residents need ordinance. Its a Wa. Law after 10pm to 7am. Concerts are not above the law.
Nov 30, 2024 · Clayborn AnthonyBrand new park, excellent location & manager, no shoddy trailers, very nice laundry room, restrooms & showers. Was worried it was part of the fairgrounds but it's not & we couldn't even hear the concert playing. Only problem I had was GPS took me to the fairgrounds. Go straight thru the stoplights, don't turn toward the fairgrounds.
Jun 24, 2019 · Randy WestWonderful facility. We were there one night, for a concert. Well worth the money to stay. Short walk to the venue- clean- people were friendly.Easy in out access- big pull thru spots.Would recommend to concert goers- show up early- get set up- and relax before the show! It was fun walking with everyone to the concert.
